ApostaBabe Linda James reacted to Patiently waiting for Truth in Watch Tower Can’t Identify Defendant in ‘Dubtown’ Copyright Suit, Court Declines to Help.... LEGO JWs
    https://torrentfreak.com/watch-tower-cant-identify-defendant-in-dubtown-copyright-suit-court-declines-to-help-210723/
The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society has run into problems in its copyright lawsuit against the pseudonymous creator of the animation series 'Dubtown'. The videos, which portray a fictional Jehovah's Witness town depicted in Lego, are created by 'Kevin McFree', but Watch Tower doesn't know who he is or where he lives, and nobody wants to help, including the court.
    Lego JWs ?
The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, the supervising body and publisher for the Jehovah’s Witness religious group, wants to put an end to the activities of a defendant known only as ‘Kevin McFree’.  ‘McFree’ (which is presumably not his real name) is the creator of the ‘Dubtown’ series of stop-motion Lego animations that take place in a fictitious Jehovah’s Witness town.
Who is McFree? Watch Tower Has No Idea
In a request for conference filed with the Court, Watch Tower says McFree “obtained purloined copies” of then-published videos and placed clips of those works in his video posted to YouTube. This amounts to copyright infringement and warrants a permanent injunction, Watch Tower says, but the road to that currently remains uncertain.  According to Watch Tower, it cannot ascertain the real identity of McFree. “The true identity and physical address of Defendant are not presently known to Plaintiff. The Infringing Video and YouTube account associated therewith identify Defendant only by the pseudonym ‘Kevin McFree’ and do not provide any physical address,” Watch Tower writes.  According to the religious group, it has made numerous attempts to discover McFree’s personal details. Referencing the 2018 DMCA subpoena application to YouTube/Google that requested access to McFree’s real name, address, telephone number and other personal information, Watch Tower notes that the process didn’t lead anywhere useful.
Sorry, I think this is so funny because my wife makes stop motion videos of Pippa dolls and uploads them to Youtube.

The question makes me think of Carl Sagan's Contact, if you haven't read it I recommend it, or at least I liked it and the movie adaptation as well.
Sagan brings up this subject in a way. There will be groups of Christians who will think the visitors are satan and his demons, (although I've never seen a picture of a demon shaped like a flying object). Then there will be the new age Christians who will think they are angelic messengers. Then there will be other Christians like me who will wait until we have contact and find out about their intentions.
But as a side question...if their intentions are to subjugate the human race or want our planet, will it be biblically wrong to defend ourselves via the war machine?

    aaaaaawh. So this was unserious.
    A throwaway comment.
So would your comments about "waiting untill the 3rd page" to Space Merchant, ( or as you put it, a "throwaway unserious " comment ) fall under what is called, "bantering?"
I know, this may appear to be a socially awkward question. But I'm being totally serious as I'm asking this.
So TrueTomHarley, if that be the case, then you weren't meaning to throw him off ( and I would assume anyone else for that matter ) with your "throwaway unserious" comment, because it's form of "bantering?"
And again, if that be the case, then I could really use some help ( and/or patience ) and a lot, and I mean A LOT of time with adjusting to what has always appeared to me, 🙄 as a disturbingly strange way of socially interacting.
I've seen people appearing to be, and it has even been explained to me as being, a form of 😊☺ social bonding through a number of dismissive insults. 😳😲😬 Yet when I see them get to the worst possible dig or insult, they will literally bust out belly gut laughing. Both of them! I, on the other hand am just speechless, ( possibly even traumatized ) as they will high five one another through what appears to be a really good time between the two of them.
As I write out this comment, I am coming to realize that with so many of your comments that I have read here at "World News," for the last year or so, where I have thought to myself,  💭 "What a pompous elitist schmuck this man is," 💭 what you've more then likely been doing is, simply attempting to bond with other's here through "bantering."
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Now if you are willing help me with this "bantering" thing, just know that for all of my life, I have never been able to tap into that place of realizing or knowing the difference between bantering ( which = fun ) and bullying. ( which = abusive. 😥 a tearing away at one's soul )

I was more focused on the original opening comment, haven't brushed over page 2, but yes. There are things that the human mind can't comprehend concerning aliens, and there are those, who are familiar with what I have mentioned, and it does not shake them, but enables them to tread carefully as is doing the research, i.e. Pentagon Reports and their confusion, focused base station lasers to fool people, Zimbabwe, etc.
In my case, stuff like this is another day in the office, if it weren't for my own history, then perhaps in a different reality my armor of faith would succumb to several cracks.
That being said, I said what I said because about a month ago, there was an discussion that lasted for almost 2 hours talking about aliens as is what I had brought up before.

So I gave this some thought. And I came up with this. When I made this I thought about sharing by way of going to them as well as them arriving here on 🌎. I can recall year's back. The Pope said that they were open to sharing the gospel with Extraterrestrials if or when they arrived here on 🌎. So if they do show up "and want to study the Bible with us," out of all four bible's that these astronauts who are holding, which Bible do you think would best suit them? I'm going to go with the kingdom Interlinear.
Which one would you choose and why?

The questions make sense. If God did not participate in the creation of human governments, which should be logical, because why would he create competition for himself, then these "kingdoms" are not his, but from those who established them.
We should establish historical events that show the emergence of “human rule”. It should then bring to light the possible moment when it was God who became the “owner” of all these past kingdoms (and today’s legal successors). What biblical account confirms such a conclusion? The appearance of Nemrod? But nothing speaks in favor of God appropriating or producing that kingdom. JWs only deal with the term - "God allows it to exist".
According to the development of events visible from the Bible, God was in some way involved in the creation of the Jewish Kingdom. The Jewish Kingdom was ultimately still (became and remained) human rule, thus part of the “political” picture at the time, and through the state of Israel it still exists today.
If God was ever the owner (I won’t say the creator of human kingdoms), at what point and why would He hand over all control and ownership to Satan? Let us not forget that God greatly regretted creating man. Would he then, and yet, contribute to the creation of competition in the form of “kingdoms” that he voluntarily gives to Satan? Or is it perhaps a matter of creating a seemingly invincible system on the opposite side, which God would destroy in the future to prove himself the greatest?
We can deny/refuse whatever we want, but we can still be reached by "someone else's reality". In the past, before becoming president of the new Yugoslavia after World War II, Tito was arrested and brought before a court in 1928. At the process of the trial he said that, he consider this court incompetent and recognize only the court of the Communist Party. But he was still sentenced to 5 years in prison.

    1 John 5 :199
    Berean Study Bible
We know that we are of God, and that the whole world is under the power of the evil one.
    NWT
19  We know that we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.
This seems to confirm that the Devil has that authority. And that is why true Christians are, as you say, 'no part of this world'. Unfortunately the Watchtower / CCJW / JW Org ARE part of that wicked world and they prove it regularly.
The Org are very materialistic and 'physical' in their thinking and actions. Large building complexes, the writing of many books, asking for donations, falsely predicting 'the time of the end', and deep involvement in Child Sexual Abuse, prove that they are indeed 'part of this world'. So who has authority over them ?

So my question is, Who in their right mind gave the devil "all the Kingdoms of the world?" Who would even have the authority to give "all the Kingdoms of the world" to the devil? Who thought this through and came up with this grand plan to give "all the Kingdoms of the world to the devil? Who's Infinite Wisdom was behind this decision of giving the devil "all the Kingdoms of the world? Were there some form of conditions that must be followed when having all their authority and splendor?
I don't know about you, but for me, this authority that is presented in the realm of Christianity regarding the devil claiming to have this authority, seems to be a misplaced authority at best. Might the devil be lying about having this authority over "all the Kingdoms of the world?" I've never read anywhere or heard anyone in a leadership position within Jehovah's organization present this story as though the devil was lying or that the devil having this authority over "all the Kingdoms of the world," not be the case.
    hmmmmm, what if....
What if this refusal of Jesus to worship the devil, was in fact an act ( possibly even a revolutionary act ) of refusing to acknowledge the devil's authority over "all the kingdoms of the world," Jesus showing his followers how to walk in his footsteps, ( hence "footstep followers." ) and we too can refuse to acknowledge the devil's authority over "all the Kingdoms of the world," and act in the same manner? Okay, that makes more sense. Jesus did say that he was no part of the world when he was here on earth right? Right.
But if Jehovah is the one who granted this authority to the devil over "all the Kingdoms of the earth," ( as senseless as that may appear ) would not Jehovah want those who reside within all of the Kingdoms of the world to worship the one whom he has given this authority to?
But then again if this authority was given to the devil by Jehovah, then I probably have no business questioning it, now do I?

ApostaBabe Linda James got a reaction from Srecko Sostar in Trial scheduled for Jehovah's Witnesses elders accused of failing to report sexual abuse
I have somewhat been following this one. From what I recall, Penkava was a school teacher and wrote a column in his local news paper. Being a school teacher also put him a position of being a mandatory reporter if he comes across any awareness of what may appear to be a form of child abuse. Once this suspicion or awareness is reported to those within the law enforcement, they have been trained handle it from there.
Penkava and Scott were made aware of what Arturo Hernandez-Pedreza, a JW member had done to his daughter. So if they did an in-house investigation by asking him if he did what the wife and child of this man claim that he had done. ( Which puts them both in great Danger! ) If the elders then receive an admission from him, then in that receiving of that one's admission, that is not considered, nor does it fall under the clergy tenant privilege confession. But the elders are not aware that this the case. But when the elders have received a confession when asked, the Org claims in the Court of law, that this is the setting with which the Org is able to claim "clergy tenant privilege." But its not. "Clergy tenant privilege" is when a person seeks out a spiritual leader (singular) to speak with them regarding a confession that that person, (who is considered the tenant) of a particular religious belief system, or not, would like "a one on one session" with a member of the clergy from their own particular belief system, or sometimes not, if the confessor is not all that particular. These are often deathbed confessions made by those whom are on their death beds.
When people are at the point of dying with in hospitals, they are often asked by their Dr.'s or the nursing staff if there is any form of clergy that they would like called upon for spiritual help and or support.
There are a list of numbers for different denominational clergy that have volunteered to be on call for the patients of hospitals so that they can meet the patients and their families clergy needs, including Jehovah's Witness clergy.
Believe it or not, the clergy that are full time on staff for hospitals here in the U.S. are often quite knowledgeable and equipped in several traditions and practices of several different belief systems. So they can not only be their for those patients within the hospitals who find great comfort in being able to experience the tradition and practices of their belief system, but they can also give the comfort one need from ( the Catholic inspired ) clergy pennant privilege deathbed confessions.
I have come to hate the fact that the secular government has their hands tied because they're not supposed to enter into the government of religious organizations and change up the dangerous religious disciplinary practices when it comes to CSA. Something needs to shift soon.
When It comes to the point where believers of several different religious hi control authoritative organizations have been led to believe that following the instructions of their spiritual leader's is on par with following god himself, I'm afraid we are just going to see more and more CSA case's where a mother and child who reported the crime that the male head of the household of their family has committed, will be encourage that forgiving him is the godly thing to do. Perpetrators will be continually be sent home to remain living with their victims at the spiritual directions of these elders, whom are the spiritual leader's of the congregation. They will yet again be wrongly informed by those elders who are taking the lead ( as they have unknowingly been directed with really dangerous guidance by the headquarters lawyers Department on so many occasions beforehand ) by the Lawyers at the headquarters of the Watchtower were Victims will continually be made silent with the accusations that they have infact brought these crimes upon themselves as they often find themselves being deemed by those taking the spiritual leed that what happened to them is viewed by these elders as these victims were not victims because the elders declared them as being willing participants to sinful acts in spit of the obvious pain that these victims are experiencing. Parents of these victims are threatened with disfellowshipping if they tell anyone as to what was said during these meetings. The perpetrators are given some spiritual guidance and a few suggestions that amount to, "don't do it again." Then when they are all sent back to the home. The perpetrator is still the head of the house and the mother and daughter still have to do as he instructs them to do. The way things are handled within this so-called Theocratic organization is a crying shame. There is nothing godly within the arrangement of how CSA is handled. Between "we don't take our Brother's to court," ·|· "this will drag Jehovah's name through the mud," ·|· "people can change," ·|· victim-blaming" along with a continual stall so that 95% of these CSA cases never ends up in court.
Something has to shift. I only hope that the shift of Justice will happen sooner than later.

ApostaBabe Linda James got a reaction from Witness in Trial scheduled for Jehovah's Witnesses elders accused of failing to report sexual abuse

I just found this on JW Org.
What Does the Bible Say About Revenge?
    The Bible’s answer
Even though a person may feel justified in taking revenge, doing so goes against the Bible’s counsel: “Do not say: ‘I will do to him just as he has done to me; I will get even with him.” (Proverbs 24:29, footnote) The Bible contains advice that has helped many overcome a desire for revenge.   What is wrong with seeking revenge?
If someone offended or harmed you, it is natural to feel angry and to want the other person to be punished for what he or she did. However, taking personal revenge is not in harmony with the Bible’s message. Why?
When humans seek their own revenge, it displeases God. In the Bible, Jehovah  God says: “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” (Romans 12:19) The Bible encourages those who have been wronged to seek peaceful ways to resolve matters when possible instead of pursuing revenge. (Romans 12:18) But what if such peaceful avenues are exhausted or unavailable? The Scriptures admonish us to trust in Jehovah to right all wrongs.—Psalm 42:10, 11.
