Both properties are iconic relics of American culture. The first one is a strip mall in Yorkville, Illinois. It was built in 2005 and its 15,000 square feet are perfect for a Maurice’s takeover.

The second listing is a former Domino’s in Philadelphia that is actually listed on Zillow as a townhouse, which, sure! Seems fine! This 2,200-square-foot nightmare of a building is only a 20-minute drive from the center of West Philly.
