HEARTBREAKING: Faithful dog led rescuers to his dead owners in Guatemala volcano disaster The incident happened in the village of SanJamie, close to the Volcan de Fuego (Volcano of fire) in south-central Guatemala. The volcano re-activated on Sunday when villagers describe how they heard small explosions before it began to erupt violently, spewing lava which ran down the mountainside.
