  1. @Jesus.defender I answered half of these before, just know when I hit all 119 things you have mentioned, you will be proven wrong again - bob the builder. The Trinity is a heresy and it will not prevail against those who truly defend the Christ. What kills your list is the fact that God cannot die, he is the life-giver and Jesus claimed to have a God several times in Scripture.
  2. @BillyTheKid46 That too, for YHWH also means to exist. For all bene elohims come into existence because of elohim himself - God our Father, who has created them.
  3. @Martha Braun Amistadi You will not get a message across to someone who does not accept/agree the bible 100% and it's teachings.
  4. Granted I had witnessed and had experienced an aftermath of both shamans and Witch-Doctors, they do not take money, or bribes. The only thing they care for is blood, death and power, for money is meaningless to them. Actually followers of the Devil believe they can gain power from him which puts others as risk, a very high risk. There are some things taking place that will not allow you to sleep peacefully at night. That being said, nothing cannot bring down the apostolic church, many have tried, no one can stop it, and her people. There are those for God and those against him and those against him will be met with the Sword of the Christ and the army of which God gave him. So anything regarding occultism, dark magic and or blood rituals, etc. All this will be purged from the earth for good.
  5. But the irony here is we know Jehovah's Witnesses, Bible Student at the time, believed Jesus to become King and both the existing and non-existing Christian denominations stood by the Bible Students. Furthermore, it is not unknown to anyone what the War in Heaven was all about and what happen in 1914, for it was not war only that took place, a great sickness and several earthquakes took place that steam for some years, this is not unknown to anyone. Their Christology as always been the same if you understood the pastor of the Bible Students, Russell's, study and application of Jesus becoming a King that year. For if it had changed, the gospel would have ceased prior to what happen, for even the JWs know that a time will come when their preaching will cease - which was not he case. I posted here before of all existing and non-existing faiths that shared that same view of Jesus becoming a King in that time and Satan's cast out resulting in the sickness, war and death that took place all in 1914 at a grand scale. The truth stems from the very inspired Scriptures from the Bible. For it is used to teach, to profess, and to give/take insight (2 Timothy 3:16) No, it cannot. After what went down mid-2015, the truth about God will prevail, nothing can stop it, for God's Word triumphs all who try to change and or stop it. As did our Church Fathers who defended the truth, as do us all who know what is the truth. God the Father, the one and only El Shaddai. He is the God of our Lord, Christ Jesus, he is the God of me, and he is the God of you. Praise Yah. Because from the 4th century and onward, falsehood at entered into the teachings. So there is 2 factions, those with the truth and those who do not have the truth, and both faction consist of groups. So those who claim they know and or have the truth, speaks the truth if they adhere to the teachings of the Church and apply it by means of ministering, preaching, what have you. No because others who claim to have the truth do not have it. They abide by the accursed teachings that are not of the Church and will do anything and everything to justify it as truth when it is not i.e. religious authority is solely men and not women but they preach women can do the same when it is against God's Order, moreover, they will go above and beyond to say you are shaming women and or being ungodly because of defending God's order. We also have those who have the Bible to defend and justify homosexuality, altering Paul's Words or what happen in Sodom and Gomorrah. Among all things, one of the things that is against the true is the Trinity. The real truth can never change, if anything, those who study the truth make adjustment to Christ-life lifestyle and application of Scripture, especially in times when things are changing and new things from the Bible is learned. Because one can tell what is truth and what is not truth. God allows those who can see and understand the truth, inasmuch, to apply said truth. And when a truth is known, nothing will stop God's people from what is true in this imperfect world. Well you have the book right there, it shouldn't be hard to see what it is conveying. But you are one to not read into things as with all discussions. That is because in Restorationism, when they learn new things, mainly when it comes to application and or a shift in lifestyle, they apply it. For example, it is no surprise that Bible Students use to celebrate Christmas, as did those before them, but when they later learn the origins of the holiday, they ceased it, although they didn't take an extreme approach as their counterparts, but the application has been made, therefore, it can be noted, even by fact, that Jehovah's Witnesses are indeed Restorationist Christians, which is also fact according to their practices in a book I cited before. As to what facts are you pointing to? So far I do not see any deception, as of recently that becomes true back in October whereas one can see who is on the right side regarding God. God Word is inspired. As for the chosen ones of which you call anointed, they are not inspired or claim to be, never have they made such a claim. Even in the Bible we also see this, for example, the Mother of Samuel was mistaken to be a crazed drunk by a man of God, High Priest Eli, when in reality she was praying, Every year, Elkanah would offer a sacrifice at the Shiloh sanctuary, and give Penninah and her children a portion but he gave Hannah a double portion "because he loved her, and the LORD [YHWH] had closed her womb" (1 Samuel 1:5). One day Hannah went up to the temple, and prayed with great weeping (I Samuel 1:10), while Eli the High Priest was sitting on a chair near the doorpost. In her prayer, she asked God for a son and in return she vowed to give the son back to God for the service of God. She promised he would remain a Nazarite all the days of his life. According to Lillian Klein, the value of women is demonstrably enhanced by their child-bearing capacities. The narrative takes her pain and places it in her personal failure and then draws it out in a communal context. The desperation of Hannah’s vow indicates that merely bearing a male child would establish her in the community. Eli thought she was drunk and questioned her. When she explained herself, he blessed her and sent her home. Hannah conceived and bore a son, and named him Samuel, literally Heard by God, "since she had asked the Lord for him" (1 Samuel 1:20 ). The role of women giving names in premonarchic Israel suggests an authoritative social role, at least within the family. She raised him until he was weaned and brought him to the temple along with a sacrifice. And we have other examples too, in the Bible, so it is not a surprise today when anyone who is said to be chosen by God is not inspired, but they speak of God's Word, which is inspired. Let that sink in. And what does this have to do with people accepting Bible Truth? I recall I told you when I visited Thailand, I spoke to some there who didn't even know what a Bible was, and they later learned not what a bible is, but God's Word. Elsewhere I seen women who strive to serve God 100% and even in Africa as well. Perhaps if you did what Jesus did when he actually preached, according to the four gospel accounts, and that his own followers preached, as with the the Christians of Pentecost who went out like an army to preach the gospel, you'd see that for yourself. If the Lord asks you to spread the message, that is a command, if you ignore that command, well, when the Christ returns, you won't be recognized at all.
  6. Jesus has said the end is near, so we should be ready, vigilant and enduring, knowing that God's Day will be upon us soon. One interesting thing that has been going on lately is the marriage between the political powers and religion, something of which was in full swing since 2015, but spoken of time and time again since the early 2000s, furthermore, this push for interfaith while the other seeks security, but in doing so destroying and or siphoning countries. What you need is to apply the actual biblical truth from the Bible and abide by them, this goes for all men, and regarding JWs, their community knows that, as with all Restorationism for they hold to how the church of the 1st century did things in an organized fashion, hence God's Order, professed by Paul. One Christian who I have posted about before, someone I also make a reference to in my own topics, as with others, stated that if one is a JW or not/former JW, they still have to apply the bible teachings as the early church have done it, but some are often hindered by the actions of others resulting in Christian infighting and or something similar as with a spark of disdain and hatred, and this point shows of what went down mid-2015 and what took place in your country regarding the true gospel vs. the false one. One of the reasons as to why when we speak of men of other countries and or faiths, we understand their views and not adhere to falsehood or conspiracies of which some people point to the masses as truth, when it is really untruth. As for the Scriptures. Are you referring to Matthew 6:6 or 2 Chronicles 3:8-14? What should matter the most in the End Times is not of your belongings, but, your life. For life is more valuable than gold, and we hold to that Scripturally and Spiritually. Now this is why meditation is vital, in doing so, you can profess a verse and or passage from memory and from the heart. For example, I am a strong believer in commandment and or Law Shema Yisrael, and as to what it means and what it points to in the Bible, as with knowing that Jesus affirms Shema, as with Paul, who also affirmed it. We have to read and meditate the word daily, just as Jesus and others have done, in all our days we do something for God our Father. As my father had always told me, always do something for God, even if it is for an hour, even a minute, be it singing, giving praise and or reading, etc. Because in doing so, you show you take the Scriptures seriously, but shows you take the time in your day for God, for you have this day because God gave you life. That being said, always be vigilant and enduring because you do not know when the Master comes, for it will be unexpected like a thief in the night. No worries. When ideas come into discussion other things are talked about. For we can discuss apples and sudden moments later we speak of oranges.
  7. Just another day in The Divided States of America. You'd be amazed of how many want another civil war - it is wild.
  8. @Srecko Sostar Blood from man or beast should not be consumed and or taken into the body. This view is not only practiced by the Jehovah's Witnesses but several other Christians as well, even people of other cultures, my people for example do not consume blood of any kind, for religious and cultural reasons, to some extend, superstitious reasons. blood is life, yes, but remember as to what hangs by means of bible principles and the foremost commandments.
  9. @Jesus.defender Most of the stuff you said is a repeat from last time, Deserter and it has been confuted before and will always be confuted. God cannot be his own mediator, for this role is for Jesus to the men he made the covenant with and on to the people of that same spiritual house. God isn't a like a man or a son of man, or as Job puts it, he isn't men like us. You cannot use Thomas either because Thomas was present when Martha spoke Jesus and Thomas was also there at Pentecost. When Jesus had risen, it was regarding seeing and believing - as to which you have been corrected on before and the final verse Jesus refereed to himself as God's Son. And lastly, Jesus professed, even affirmed Shema Yisrael. Your resolve holds no water, Deserter , as it has been before, to now and onward, nothing more than an imitation of the so called Christian known as Bob the Builder, therefore, the Trinity - is unbiblical and Scripturally unsound.
  10. @BillyTheKid46 Agreed. Other than that there is a whole lot more things out there, some things that cannot be said, so I am trying to keep it on a PG-13 level. Now as for you guys, as with all of us, when such things start to spill over on to the people, in the schools and churches, it cannot be prevented and or contained 100% for the intent of a man who does man is not as easily recognized to the general people of the community, on the other side of the spectrum, there are even more darker things going about in the world, and in my case, I can tell you, among the things I heard and witnessed, the ruler of this world is obvious, and to all of us, we have to be careful, for how this world caters to people, ill desires, some among them will find targets, victims, take advantage of the rules and regulations in institutions in order to do so,furthermore, it turns anyone who is on the side of the one who is targeted into an avenger of blood, so to speak, which was the case with several folks who took the law in their own hands.
  11. And now I am suddenly thinking of eagles. That being said, this thread went from robots and dolls, to houses, to this.
  12. Well this is good, plus it opens to learning in all things Scriptures and or the Hebrew/Greek language itself. Protesting only prevent small instances and the problem as a whole priest, granted that even within government it is practice by the wealthy and powerful, i.e. those who partake in grim practices which is done to animals and children, perhaps far beyond child abuse and even going into the grounds of literal cannibalistic sacraments. The government will have their say on those the violent and abusive, granted it is not unknown to anyone that such ones infiltrate the schools, the churches, etc. So there is 2 sides running in the government, hence why such isn't trusted by the people, it should be known to you because one of your own in the UK lost an American ally to the government. As for the Jehovah's Witnesses, their churches are not immune and it isn't the protesting that is doing it, it is the fact that people know the history of those who infiltrate the church, as many pieces of our history proves that. The churches are just as easily accessible than the schools. That being said, if the protests were indeed doing something, better results would have been made without tossing the baby out with the water, so to speak in an attempt shut down a religion, as they say, for this resulted in people, even former JWs against other former JWs to stop them, for they claim they have a better solution than church disruption. The last time a protest took place, it took an artist, a gay man, and a friend of a known former JW to stop the protest, which resulted in the group to slander, send death threats, and fat shame the man in question and went on to go disrupt and attack another JW church, which caused members of the county to speak of the actions of the protesters as borderline extremism against a religion. Again, there are better ways, this way of doing it is not it. If I can offer a suggestion, take the child abuse situation to congress and or the like, going in front of churches and or disrupting a service will not do much. The man who was threaten, I wish I saved his video because all his videos had been flagged and taken down by ExJWs. The only remnant I can find is a JW betel video by someone named Loyd/Cedars.
  13. They have been people who fought against the child sex dolls, on the other side of the spectrum, you have those that accepts such things because it would keep pedophiles at bay, for them to keep to themselves, but at the same time, they do not release if you keep dancing with the beast, it will snap at some point and will attack you, in this sense, if they continue to carter to pedophiles in this matter, especially what is going on in the communities in some Asian countries like Japan, it is only going to get worse and push pedophiles to go after the real thing, even by means of kidnapping. So far, pedophiles are on online video games and social media now because they find it easier, which poses a problem and makes it harder to combat this issue. Nowadays, kids play anything, a game for 17+ year olds, no problem, they fin a way, ironically enough, and are often, in some cases targets. for if not a female, it is a child. As of recent, you have the whole VR chat situation also.
  14. There is always better solutions but people do not seek them or strive to make it the focus regarding child abuse. Protesting will not do as much, as someone once told me, protesting matters not, as long as blood soaks the streets and pavements of neighbors, such is meaningless, for he says this because of the series of events from 2016 into 2017 that led to a spark in violence and hatred. He says this because on occasion he believes he is a target, granted with how white supremacy and the uptick in influence and power is now in the states whereas all persons, young and old are in the cross-hairs. Another thing is we should be teaching our children and even older ones on the matter, help them to spot signs and the like, be it of abuse, bullying, violence. We cannot prevent all problems, but at least something one in some cases benefits, especially if going about things the right way.
  15. Before I start, you do realize the passage as a whole... right? How everything is align goes as followed: The Sermon on the Mount (1) The Beatitudes (2-11) Salt and Light (13-16) Christ Came to Fulfill the Law (16) Anger (21-26) Lust (27-30) Divorce (31-32) Oaths (33-37) Retaliation (38-42) Love your Enemies (43-48) Your focus is on verse 43, but the passage as a whole says the following: [43] “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ [44] But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, [45] so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. [46] For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? [47] And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? [48] You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect. So note, Jesus said You have heard that it was said, and he states the following, moreover, nothing in the Mosaic Law says anything about hating your enemy, the very reason Jesus made the point clear in the next verse. How do we know? Very simple, let's go for context. When it is spoken of, when one must love your neighbor, The Mosaic Law directed the Israelites to love their neighbor, we can see the law being professed in this verse below Leviticus 19:18 - You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord [YHWH]. Neighbor is in regards to one’s fellow man, for some Jews went off the rails on the meaning and focused on solely themselves than others, especially those who kept the specific verbal traditions; all other people were to be considered enemies, which is not the case according to the Law itself - therefore for you to say something is Lawful when it isn't even written by Law or in the Torah makes you incorrect and it shows that you are looking at the verse at face value without context. Now let's move on to hate your enemy. As already stated, the Mosaic Law contained no such command. Some Jewish rabbis believed that the command to love their neighbor implied that they should hate their enemy, but nothing Scriptural in the Hebrew Old Testament makes prove to a specific Law of Man as you make mention of that points to such - therefore,it is unfounded. Also these other references made help, regarding to continuing to love your enemies, just as Christ Jesus conveys by means of counsel, which is in harmony with the spirit of the Hebrew text and the Law itself (Exodus 23:4, 5, Job 31:29, Proverbs 24:17, 18 and 25:21), furthermore, this also hangs on to the foremost commandments. So far we have not seen any political leaders - as you claim. We haven't seen any Law of Man that professes to hate your enemy - as you claim, which is countered by the fact that to hating an enemy is nowhere to be found in the Mosaic Law. The only thing that is found is to regarding loving your neighbor, in turn, loving your enemy. If you truly understand Jesus' counsel, you would have been able to spot the fact of what he said before and after Matthew 5:43. After all, the cross-references even gives you the answer. Religious leaders and rabbis, leader of the Jews. Where are the political leaders you speak of, a specific one, like I asked? True, but then you have the Mosaic Law, and you were not being specific of a political figure who does something entirely different from what is written. And yet God's Spoken Word professed the Law and the Law was applied to the people, an example would be in Moses Day and the very fact that Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible and in the Hebrew Text it is called the Torah, otherwise known as Instruction. plethora of laws are found within the first five books, an example would be Shema Yisrael. So pretty much God's Word and the Law are one in the same, the Laws professed in the New Testament are the same, but are Biblical Principles to which Christians are to apply. Old Laws still hang on to the foremost commandments - for the Bible says so, therefore the fool will be made knowledgeable because he now sees God's Word is true. You may want to re-read the passage again if you missed that something was not mentioned in the Mosaic Law, what you professed holds no water if you cannot bring proof to claim. The laws still hang, I am pretty sure Restorationist Christians are aware of that if they themselves cross-references this and refer to it as the Law of Christ. It isn't unknown to anyone, simply read the Old Testament, for it matches up with what Jesus says in the New Testament and or anyone else? For example, when Satan tried to tempt Jesus: Matthew 4:10 - Then Jesus said to him, “Be gone, Satan! For it is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.’” Luke 4:8 - And Jesus answered him, “It is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.’” And what Law Jesus is referring to exactly? The answer is here by means of cross-references to the Old Testament: Exodus 20:3 - You shall have no other gods before me. Deuteronomy 6:13 - It is the Lord your God you shall fear. Him you shall serve and by his name you shall swear. Deuteronomy 10:20 - You shall fear the Lord your God. You shall serve him and hold fast to him, and by his name you shall swear. Very simple and at the end of the day, this is known by those who take the time to read, research, apply and study the Scriptures. Your point? Also you are aware that in those days there were people for God and people who were against God, and those who had no idea who the True God is - right? This should be known for we discussed this before. That being said, you are driving the focus away from the actually verses you based your topic on, so I will quote you as a reminder: Note: Pretty much your focus has already been answered several times on this same thread. I suggest you better acquaint yourself with what the Mosaic Law is. If you can somewhat comprehend Galatians 3:28, this, the laws of the Jews, should not be that complex.
  16. It isn't good because it puts you in a difficult situation. It is like being stressed out, confused and panicky of wanting to go left, or wanting to go right, wanting to eat an apple or an orange, etc. to the point you cannot decide. In the realm of Scrpture and Hermeneutics, you are between choosing context or not choosing context whereas if context is applied, you better understand the verse, but if no context is applied, you read a verse as is and not realize what the verse is telling you. For example, we have these 2 verses: John 10:30 - I and the Father are one. John 20:28 - Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!” No Context regarding these verses: At just the surface information, someone will be 100% convinced that Jesus is God because of what Thomas had said and what Jesus had said, they also ignore the cross-references and 99% of the chapter itself. With Context regarding these verses: We know that Thomas didn't see Jesus as God because he was present with Jesus when Martha, the sister of Lazarus and Mary spoke to him. Thomas was also not there when Jesus, who had recently been resurrected, met with the other disciples and was in doubt, only when he finally saw Jesus he believed and Jesus pretty much tells Thomas everything on the final verse that he is God's Son - hence the verse or passage is about seeing and believing, etc. While John 10:30, the disciples are also one as read in John 17:20-26, the people, John 10:16, and a list of other verses regarding people in union with Christ and having God dwell in them as God dwells in the Christ (all this is even more information filled with cross-references). As you can see context matters when it comes to a verse and or passage. @Josué2 is speaking about having not to rejoice against an enemy. God's people have not changed or had different views, for they followed all the commands of God and did as God had told them to, even in the face of those who are enemies of God. Never have we see in the Bible God's people boasting about killing an enemy and or ravaging the corpses of their enemy, which a thing we can see from those who are enemies of God's people, for example, The Philistines, Goliath, or that of the 2 Midianite kings, Zebah and Zalmunna, such ones taunt not just his people, but God also, they even make a mockery of fallen ones in battle such as Saul and his Son, as you can read in the Bible what happen to their corpses. Yes it was over the top brutal back in those days, but God's people would never rejoice over a brutal defeat of their enemy, if anything they will sing to God and give praise to God for delivering them out of the hands of their enemies - for there is always a reason, a cause and effect in such things, and we can see that in the Bible. This also goes hand in hand with the verses that you are focused on, when context is understood, it does not look complex. But the context is there, the question is, do you see it? It should also be noted there is always a reason of action in the days of old, just so we are clear. How are you so sure when their laws and commandments come directly from the scriptures? The foremost command Jesus spoke of hangs has those laws, in turn, Bible principles, hanging on to them, therefore, such laws are not of man's, but of God's if it persist through Jesus' day to now. Can you be specific on this "Law of Man" of which you speak of, Srecko? Also it would also help if you can identify one political leader as you claim, we know of religious leaders and judges, but it would be helpful if you point out the specifics in terms of those who has a political stance, as you claim mixed in with law of men.
  17. The Mystery of the Gospel Revealed (1-13), right? In outline format it being: Sacred secret to include Gentiles (1-13) Gentiles joint heirs with the Christ (6) God’s eternal purpose (11) The Ephesians to gain insight through prayer (14-21) Non-Jews are Gentiles. His link isn't bad when you understanding what he is conveying - granted this is an Epistle to the Ephesians. The change of spiritual position of Gentiles as a result of the work of Christ, moreover, with the account telling an apostle to the Gentiles, in the hope that this will keep them from being dispirited and lead him to pray for them. It is agreed by most the main focus regarding the Ephesians is in response to the newly converted Jews who often separated themselves from their non-Jew, Gentile, counterparts, their brethren. The union of the apostolic church, especially between Jews and Gentiles who are believers, is the primary focus of the book/epistle. Of which we can see examples from 2:5, 6, 15, 16 22, 4:4-6, something of which is also noted in also the Epistle of Philippians.
  18. @BillyTheKid46This is true. They've actually made robot/dolls that resemble children to carter to people and even young ones themselves sadly. It gets even worse because the pronographic industry in the Asian countries, predominantly Japan, also makes these robot/dolls that carter to those who indulge themselves in shota/lolicon material, which to the eyes of those on the outside, is borderline child pornography. Somewhat unrelated but is also a contributor to the problem: There was one instance a few months ago, not involving robots/dolls but soon sparked brazen art and imagery on pillows, a particular anime/manga that is popular in Japan, My Hero Academia (僕のヒーローアカデミア [Boku no Hīrō Akademia]) made by Kohei Horikoshi, he made a picture of all the female heroes in a bathhouse which caused controversy (some for it and some against) because the heroes in question were underaged (for such didn't cross his mind and he was more focused on his work that has become popular since day 1), but right after the controversy and backlash, material that carters to those who partake in shota/lolicon material made inappropriate dolls and artwork, to this day these things are being produced in great numbers - and it didn't start or end with Mr. Horikoshi. He apologized and didn't realize what he has done due to the backlash, however his fans are out of control and took what he did as an opportunity to produce more brazen products and imagery - granted to the eyes of everyone, whatever exists, even Mr. Horikoshi' work, there is bound to be brazen things made of ALL things that exist on the internet, so to speak. That being said, the plot only thickens at this point and the robot/dolls that resemble children or someone underage will continue to happen as long as people keep selling there will always be a buyer sadly, in the US it is spoken of as being a deter to pedophiles, which is crazy.
  19. I think science are already talked to find ways of procreation without means of a living partner by use of frozen eggs and or sperm, an attempt to make such a thing a reality. I heard something of the sort being talked about some years back during the whole planned parenthood thing going on. At times knowledge in this domain can also be a cursed, for it is only a matter of time when Johnny-5 is fed up with taking orders from man and decides to do things "his" way.
  20. I began to look into this because of one of my sources a while back who goes by the name S.o.G, Solider of God. He focuses such things, but since he is American who lives here, majority of his focus is in the United States itself. It can and has gotten a bit serious. Something that I and SoG and many others had high concerned about is the youth and what things of this world they are being taught, on the other side of the spectrum since we are talking about robots and dolls, there are those who make such things make them to resemble children, which in turn carters to a certain demographic as well as targeting pedophiles, for the claim is it will prevent cases of sexual abuse by means of these robots and dolls, but that is still a problem has escalated, for they think they can solve the problem this way but they make it even worse. Then we have the whole gender identity and sexual orientation, which is a mixed bag on its own. There are somethings talked about and discussed that cannot be spoken of here. Yes, but there are those who really want to find someone, however in today's society there is pickiness and pushing something on to those who are seeking a mate of something unrealized, example would be a girl named Sidney does not want to date/marry a young man named Jordan, the reason, because she already judges him and assumes, that Jordan does not look like a Leonardo DiCaprio, does not play basketball like Lebron James, and or isn't the type to be a comedian like Jim Carey, etc. It is as if they build walls and believe life is like burger king, having it their way, when in reality it is not. Now there is indeed people who do want to live alone, and for several good reasons, especially men, for there is a The mgtow Movement, which stands for Men Going Their Own Way other times it is regarding those who do not seek companionship or the fact that the type of person they are, they do not wish to cause harm in a relationship or to be a burden to someone else, but yes, what you mention is also true, for some people do not want to share their belongings with someone else, especially if the significant other seeks to separate and or divorce, 50% of what you have will be his/hers. On the other side of the spectrum you have the immoral ones who embrace brazen conduct, they see sexual pleasure solely with one or multiple partners, they go to crazy parties, night clubs, even overseas to seek such things, and such is committed by both men and women. On other occasions why some tend to be skeptical about young one staying in a university or college, they are open to these things and next thing you know anything regarding rape or some recording found online can spark outrage, I should know because someone I know had taken her own life over it. Agreed. But we have to be very careful of sexual immorality and all brazen conduct that stems from it - this includes sexual gratification by means of these inanimate objects, which includes robots and dolls, toasters, cars, what have you. This goes for both the single and the married, I mention the married because in both the US and the UK mostly, they tend to get into these things too.
  21. This has been pretty much answered. Also the other verses in question points to Proverbs 25:21-23 and Psalms 137:9. Now I see that you bring up Psalms 137:9 (which also points to Isaiah 13:1, 16), I have seen this verse brought up countless times by those who want to attack the Bible as well as those who do not understand this verse's context. Now, in context, it is regarding God having used the Cyrus, a Persian ruler, to liberate his people from Babylon, for the people were held in captivity. The final verse was not in regards to Cyrus, but rather, to Babylon the Great, the world power at that time - the old harlot, Babylon, the wild beast and the fact that it foretells the avenging of God's people - who today are identified as True Christians. Athirst tend to use this verse as a "Gotcha Question", but any man or woman who knows the context can answer this flawlessly. This also goes hand in hand with the prophet and sex slaves questions they tend to bring up, or another regarding Mary's age. The other verse, Proverbs 25:21-23, speaks for itself and it isn't too far from the original verse you professed. There inspired because they are found in the original manuscript sources. There is context in a verse and or passages, even in parables in all books of the Bible. Life, time, space, love, hate? You still on the Bible or somewhere else? But you are now between a rock and a hard place. You have the accepting of context of a verse and or passage and the latter, accepting the verse or passage word for word without taking in any sort of understanding. Also it would also be the best thing to look at all translations for those specific verses you are pointing to.
