That is true, as well as the fact even the government cannot govern themselves. If they had to use God's Word, at times, they'll do so incorrectly. But granted of how man's law is, as is the recent situations mentioned, it is a double-edged sword which can prove to cause more problems for anyone, even concerning CSA. In some instances, a modern influence also plays into this factor too whereas those of some form of status are usually let go Scott-free and or receive a light punishment.
A broken system. This is why the people who are aware must teach and give warning because the dangers are real and serious.
Exactly, a level of bystander syndrome. This also goes for those of domestic abuse.
Moreover, the culture concerning Police has changed in which people deem them the enemy because of a few bad Individuals, for instance, the case of Daniel Holtzclaw, and his actions in the black community and how it concluded. Then you have groups of the political paradigm that makes the situation with police even worse whereas things like CHAZ was created whereas crime, rape, violence and a list of other things took place, so much so EMTs were afraid to even help a teen who is bleeding out due to those in CHAZ who view the police. Hence a creation of Fear for Law Enforcement whereas it creates problems, even good cops forced to resign and or end up getting killed in action.
I have many times and those who speak of CSA don't take action, but I guess the next time CSA is brought up, I might just update my thread concerning CSA and teaching children. Granted it benefited the visitors before, it is would be a good thing to bring it up again. But as of recent, I am looking for the video and information of what I told @Equivocation, even @Patiently waiting for Truth. If I can find it, or whatever is left of it, I can add that to my update.

Once again, how does  his mockery of the legal system help others? It's one thing to have sympathy for the victims, but another thing when he, stirrup a hornet nest with lies. Therefore, it's not possible to praise his intent.
When it comes to emotions, people need to have the right attitude when it's made toward such sensitive issues. You actually had JWs praising him without personal proof, here. He left the institution on hearsay. Yet, fools got upset when I called out @Pudgy with information the police and his State Government uses. They figured such a person is dangerous. That is just down right obtuse.  One fool even praised him when he emailed the UK IICSA. These are all so-called Witnesses. Therefore, here it doesn't matter. This platform is full of deception.
What good does it do the public when this platform allows for lies and deception? Once again, what benefit does this person possess?
I'd say, no one here is. They allow their emotions and sympathy do the talking for them,  instead of closely looking at an individual issue under a microscope. The ARC report is one of them. Those cases were in a span of 20 years. Some of those cases were women. There was limited information given to the government due to the Australian Privacy laws. Meaning, the Elders could only use information that they could use. So, if a person admitted to "Child Porn", that person would end up in that list. Why? In part, by the limitations made by that government to classify., Institutions could only categorize it one way, pedophilia. Now, what other information can make the list under the Watchtower? Depending on government regulations, some churches also included substantive information about spousal abuse, fornication, adultery, Child Neglect. Why does the government need to see that information about adultery, fornication, and masturbation? Yet, you have fools demanding the release of such information.
Governments combine a wide range of issues into pedophilia.
Therefore, it doesn't matter how you want to justify certain peoples, action, if no one here understands how to apply, government's laws correctly; the LAWS of the land, STAY out of those issues.

This depends, do you consider Christ a man?
Who comprises the Body of Christ alongside the saints?
Which bible are you relying on? Why do you find it a need to go against Christ as a widow? You do realize Christ instructed the apostles, don't you.

When  it comes to the legal system, governments don't recognize scripture. Therefore, it's more complex for the Watchtower, that has to deal with man's law and God's law, together.
Before, the victim was advised they had every right to call the police themselves, or by any family member. That can be easily proven by the letters to the Elders. When governments started cracking down on those issues in 2013, it was a slow rollout. It wasn't until the U.N. made recommendations because of child trafficking in 2016, it took off. What people here don't seem to understand, back then, some wives or a child didn't pursue secular justice out of FEAR! The Watchtower could not force someone, but at times, they did intervene for the safety of the victims.
However, there are still nations that afford the Clergy Privilege. Therefore, those institutions need to adhere to those privileges since, certain things would not be admissible in a court of law.
The Watchtower, still recommends any victim to pursue legal enforcement.
Explain that, not just to ExJWs but also, those that claim to be JWs.

Wow! You've been hanging around here too long. Go back to basics and relearn scripture.
    NIV Acts 6:1-5

6 In those days when the number of disciples was increasing, the Grecian Jews among them complained against the Hebraic Jews because their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution of food. 2 So the Twelve gathered all the disciples together and said, "It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of God in order to wait on tables. 3 Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them 4 and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word."
5 This proposal pleased the whole group.

Exactly, going by the Bible’s standards if nothing can change your brother or sisters stance on their sin by speaking to them in private or by having two or three go along with you yet they still don’t change, you’re then supposed to tell it to the whole church. The whole church would include women participating in the judicial process:
    https://biblia.com/bible/niv/matthew/18/15-17
But the far greater sin of a JW is not involving the saints that God chose in any of the judicial processes which involve actual forgiving or not forgiving sins, but rather 3 commoners take on the matter in a secret room:
“Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?” 1 Corinthians 6:1
And of course we know, once God anoints someone as a saint “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians. 3:28
The priests are all of one body, male or female, they make up one body and are who Jesus put in charge of forgiving or not forgiving sins, but they are overlooked, actually, the proper word would be “trampled” (Luke 21:24; Revelation 11:2).
“And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.” John 20:22-23

So we have a scenario like this:
Adam and Eve are perfect. Angel xy is perfect.
Adam and Eve sinned (as perfect individuals) and were punished for slowly aging, getting sick, and dying.
Angel xy sins (as perfect individual) but does not punished to grow old, does not get sick and does not die.
    What's this all about?
-Are there two or more kinds of "perfection"?
-Isn't the punishment for sin death?
-Does the Bible promote the postponement of the death penalty for sin?
-In both cases, is it not disobedience that should be punished by death?
-Why didn't Moses get the inspiration to tell us in writing whether God warned / informed the angels during the creation of the angels that they would be punished by death or that there might not be such punishments for them?
In the Bible, God has written that the impunity of the guilty causes the guilty to continue to do evil and that evil will therefore spread more easily and quickly and prevail over the good.
What message did God send to men, and what to angels when God immediately expelled the first people from Paradise and left Satan in his Perfect Family in heaven?

Perhaps I mentioned it somewhere already, but Reslite did get back to me with a response. And he also responded to a question I asked him on his blog. He is both careful and accurate, and therefore an excellent resource on Russell. He did not have the particular information I questioned him about, however, and he recommended another resource.
For most concerns about Russell, Reslite's default position is to defend him fully, and this is almost always the right direction to go. Most JW opposers (and Bible Student opposers) go for the more ludicrous attacks on Russell anyway, and therefore it's a safe bet on most issues to follow the information in the Proclaimers book and Reslite's information, too, where he can offer additional material.
But there are a couple of concerns about Russell that rarely get brought up, and one of these is the fact that Brother Rutherford claimed that Russell alone (individually - in his person) had been the "faithful and discreet slave" and Rutherford gave a funeral speech for Russell repeating this belief. This was in accord with Russell's own Watch Tower teaching about the "faithful and wise servant" for nearly the previous two decades. Rutherford also  published material about him clarifying that Russell himself accepted the title and would have claimed it publicly but that Russell's humility only allowed him to claim it privately.
This is not a big deal to me, but it is a minor concern, because the most current claim in our publications about this is that Russell "never claimed to be such" and therefore the idea is effectively blamed on others, with the idea that Russell only accepted this teaching about himself because of the undue influence of others around him. (See, Proclaimers.)
The actual history of the idea creates another minor concern about the current teaching: If Rutherford was one of those appointed by Jesus Christ in 1919  to be one of the select few members of the "faithful and discreet slave," then why was it that since December 1919 and all through at least 1927, Rutherford didn't accept this appointment from Jesus, but still insisted that ONLY Russell himself had been that faithful and discreet slave?
I have a feeling that the reason Dmitar referenced me with respect to this particular topic is because he recognizes the problems of these minor issues but he believes they are major, and therefore must somehow try to defend against them by making it appear they are just hearsay, not claims found in the WT publications themselves.

Oh! Taken out of the ARC playbook, how quaint! But, I guess you missed the point; that hypocritical court was implying, they want the Watchtower to give women the authority of an Elder to "interrogate" the children or women, themselves.
In other words, the ARC is suggesting the Watchtower go against God's inspired word in those situations. Funny, when it comes to the Australian government policing themselves by making whistleblowing a crime, such as it did with their immigration detention centers, the ARC court had no problem with it. 😏

Are you expecting a person to predict something totally out of the realm of prophesy already established in the scriptures?  Like…a prediction that money will fall from heaven on a certain date and it happens?   Is that the type of prophesy you’re thinking of? 🙂  It sounds like the work of sorcery, of “lying signs and wonders”, just as 1914 was. (2 Thess 2:9; Matt 24:23-25; 1 Tim 4:1; Col 2:8)
God talks about this in Deut 13:1-5. It says, God “tests” His people.  He allows the test, which originates with the devil. (Luke 22:31)  Where did God’s saints, the remnant, end up over the last 150 years?  In the Watchtower organization that has become their idol.  No JW that is fully devoted to it, can tear themselves away and follow only, the Father and the Son as warned about in the Deuteronomy 13.   (Rev 13:4-8)
John the Baptist preached repentance and to “prepare the way” for the coming of the Messiah.
The last prophet bears a similar message as John the Baptist/”Elijah”, for God’s holy people to “prepare the way” for the return of Christ.  (Isa 42:16; Mark 1:3; Matt 17:11,12; Rev 11:1-3)

Agree, however, in our institution, there is no such thing. Unity in Christ is appliable by Christ instruction and God's command. Therefore, there are no divisions or different churches among our ranks.
Now, I'm not talking about people here that disgrace that unity and our Church. I'm referring to loyal and faithful JWs.

He's actually right, I just responded to him
The miraculous gifts of the holy spirit included were a temporary provision. The Bible foretold that, if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away with; if there are tongues, they will cease.—1 Corinthians 13:8.
Not only does the Watchtower knows this, but people who understood Paul. If one understood how these gifts were passed around in the days of the early Christian congregation, it would make a lot more sense. I made a point to that, and I believe both @Space Merchant and @Arauna said the same thing. @Patiently waiting for Truth was more focused on the anointed Christians who had the holy spirit, but the fact apostle John was throw into the mix, it changes everything. Seeing that these gifts came to an end in the final years of the first century, it makes sense it did pass on with apostle John. The gifts were not passed on to anyone else afterwards, even John's students, and there is no history or evidence of others who had these gifts afterwards into the second century. There were people who did claim to have visions, but never had this gifts at all, or as to what @Space Merchant said, Prophets who are inspired and those who are not.
Whether Space Merchant, or his actual name, Baptiste, says something in a long post or a short post, if you actually read what he said, you'd understand, but from what I am seeing, if someone is actually educated and knows his craft, he a threat apparently. I guess discernment is actually a good thing. But he is clever in making his posts to root out something to challenge.
