Jehovah's Witnesses believe salvation is a free gift from God attained by being part of "God's organization" and putting faith in Jesus' ransom sacrifice. They do not believe in predestination or eternal security. They believe in different forms of resurrection for two groups of Christians. One group, the anointed, go to heaven while the other group, "the other sheep" or "the great crowd" will live forever on earth.
    Basis
Jehovah's Witnesses teach that salvation is possible only through Christ’s ransom sacrifice[1] and that individuals cannot be saved until they repent of their sins and call on the name of Jehovah.[2] Salvation is described as a free gift from God, but is said to be unattainable without good works that are prompted by faith. The works prove faith is genuine.[3][4] Preaching is said to be one of the works necessary for salvation, both of themselves and those to whom they preach.[5] They believe that people can be "saved" by identifying God's organization and serving God as a part of it.[6]
The Witnesses reject the doctrine of universal salvation,[7] as well as that of predestination or fate. They believe that all intelligent creatures are endowed with free will. They regard salvation to be a result of a person's own decisions, not of fate.[8] They also reject the concept of "once saved, always saved" (or "eternal security"), instead believing that one must remain faithful until the end to be saved.[9]
Regarding whether non-Witnesses will be "saved", they believe that Jesus has the responsibility of judging such ones, and that no human can judge for themselves who will be saved. Based on their interpretation of Acts 24:15, they believe there will be a resurrection of righteous and unrighteous people. They believe that non-Witnesses alive now may attain salvation if they "begin to serve God".[10][11]

    The 'anointed'
Based on their understanding of scriptures such as Revelation 14:1-4, Jehovah's Witnesses believe that exactly 144,000 faithful Christians go to heaven to rule with Christ in the kingdom of God. They, with Jesus, will also perform priestly duties that will bring faithful mankind to perfect health and 'everlasting life'.[12]They believe that most of those are already in heaven, and that the "remnant" at Revelation 12:17 (KJV) refers to those remaining alive on earth who will be immediately resurrected to heaven when they die. The Witnesses understand Jesus’ words at John 3:3—"except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God"—to apply to the 144,000 who are "born again" as "anointed" sons of God in heaven.[13] They teach that the New Testament, which they refer to as the Christian Greek Scriptures, is primarily directed to the 144,000, and by extension, to those associated with them.[14] They believe that the terms "Israel of God" (Galatians 6:16), "little flock" (Luke 12:32), "New Jerusalem," and "the bride, the Lamb's wife" (Revelation 21:2,9) in the New Testament also refer to the same group of "anointed" Christians.[15][16][17]
Jehovah's Witnesses believe that being 'anointed' involves a personal revelation by God's spirit which "gives positive assurance of adoption" to the individual alone.[18] Members who claim to be anointed are not given special treatment by other congregation members.[19] However, only those in the anointed class partake of the unleavened bread and wine at the yearly commemoration of Christ's death, or Memorial.

Were all the anointed resurrected to heavenly life in 1918?

The 'other sheep' and the 'great crowd'
Watch Tower Society literature states that Jesus' use of the term "other sheep" at John 10:16 was intended to indicate that the majority of his followers were not part of the 144,000 and would have an earthly, rather than heavenly, hope.[20][21] In the resurrection, those who died faithful to God are included in the 'other sheep' and will receive the "resurrection of the righteous" ("just" KJV) mentioned in Acts 24:15.[22] Those who died without faithfully serving God will receive the "resurrection of the ... unrighteous" ("unjust" KJV). They will be given an opportunity to gain God's favor and join Jesus' 'other sheep' and live forever in an earthly paradise.[23][24] Individuals unfavorably judged by God are not resurrected, and are said to be in Gehenna, which they consider to be a metaphor for eternal destruction.[25] Those of the 'other sheep' who are alive today, some of whom survive through Armageddon without needing a resurrection, are referred to as the 'great crowd'.[26][27]
Jesus is not the mediator for the other sheep.

    A  HEART  TOUCHING  STORY❤     ( take a hanky...)
SON: "Daddy, may I ask you a question?"
DAD: "Yeah sure, what is it?"
SON: "Daddy, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?"
SON: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "If you must know, I make $100 an hour."
SON: "Oh! (With his head down).
SON: "Daddy, may I please borrow $50?"
    The father was furious.
DAD: "If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behavior."
The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?
After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think:
Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $ 50 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.
    DAD: "Are you asleep, son?"
    SON: "No daddy, I'm awake".
DAD: "I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier. It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $50 you asked for."
The little boy sat straight up, smiling.
    SON: "Oh, thank you daddy!"
Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.
DAD: "Why do you want more money if you already have some?"
SON: "Because I didn't have enough, but now I do.
"Daddy, I have $100 now. Can I buy an hour of your time?  Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you."
The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness. It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $100 worth of your time with someone you love? If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family and friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our family.

Jehovah’s Witnesses Extend Global Invitation to the Annual Commemoration of Christ’s Death

NEW YORK—On Saturday, February 27, Jehovah’s Witnesses will launch a global campaign to invite the public to an event the Witnesses consider to be the most important of the year, the Memorial of Christ’s death, which will take place on March 23. David A. Semonian, spokesman for Jehovah’s Witnesses at their world headquarters in New York, states: “The commemoration will include a discourse explaining why Jesus’ death almost two thousand years ago is relevant in modern times and how it inspires hope for the future. We would like as many people as possible to benefit from the spiritual guidance this ceremony will offer.”
Throughout the campaign, some eight million Witnesses around the globe will personally visit their neighbors to invite them to this event. Last year, nearly 20 million people attended the Memorial observance.

From among you yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things to draw away the disciples after themselves.—Acts 20:30.
Sadly, the original Christian congregation gradually became corrupted. (Acts 20:29; 2 Pet. 2:2, 3; Jude 3, 4) As indicated by Jesus, such apostasy, promoted by “the wicked one,” Satan, would grow and obscure true Christianity until “the conclusion of the system of things.” (Matt. 13:37-43) Then Jehovah would enthrone Jesus as King over the world of mankind. That happened in October 1914, marking the beginning of “the last days” of Satan’s wicked system. (2 Tim. 3:1) Modern-day anointed Christians pointed in advance to October 1914 as a significant date. They based this on Daniel’s prophecy about a large tree that was cut down and would grow again after “seven times.” (Dan. 4:16) Jesus referred to this same period as “the appointed times of the nations” in his prophecy about his future presence and “the conclusion of the system of things.”—Luke 21:24; Matt. 24:3. w14 7/15 4:9, 10

I cannot agree more with Joe Smith.
When The Almighty spoke through Jeremiah about the future covenant, He said: "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts". If you want to keep a record of whom you visit and for how many hours is up to you. Now if you want to share this record with some earthly organization this is up to you too. But one thing is clear: Do not be good to others just because someone told you you must fill up some hours of visits. You must do it because the Law of the Almighty is in your heart not written in some paper.
If you ask my personal opinion ...  that is you can write this hours and every hour that glorifies JAH and His king our Lord Jesus.

Continue to do good and be blessed !

You see Jay - the focus is all skewed. here you are obsessing about the TIME and you have not told us about the VISIT itself. Who did you visit? How are they? What Experiences did they have to share with you ? What Gift did you impart to them by way of the interchange? What needs do they have? etc etc etc
Instead the man-made Pharasaical style rules cloud the whole matter for you - its the TIME the TIME all about the TIME
I do volunteer work in poverty-stricken communities in my city - the last thing on my mind is the TIME I spend there -
And btw NO ! According to the man-made Pharasaical Style Rulz you cant count the TIME - it should be part of your Sacred Service - If they are baptised you cant count the TIME -
So dump the visits to the faithful oldies if you are concerned about getting your TIME in !

Look out not only for your own interests, but also for the interests of others.—Phil. 2:4.
Paul urged all Christians to “look out” for the interests of fellow believers. The essence of Paul’s counsel is that we should observe the gifts that others have and acknowledge them. (Phil. 2:3) How do we feel when someone shows interest in the progress that we have made? Usually, it stimulates us to make additional progress, bringing out the best in us. Likewise, when we acknowledge the value of our fellow believers, we help them to thrive and grow spiritually. All of us need special attention from time to time. Still, young or newly baptized brothers really need to sense that they are involved in the congregation’s activities. This will help them to understand that they do have a place among us. On the other hand, failure to give fitting recognition to such brothers may stifle their desire to reach out for more responsibilities.—1 Tim. 3:1. w14 6/15 4:9, 10

Queen Esther reacted to Queen Esther in Death and Sorrows are Temporary Things... Saturday, February 20. 2016
Death and Sorrows are Temporary Things
Death and Sorrows are Temporary Things
We can't live in misery when we have a Hope Greater than what we are going through
When dealing with trying times just remember it's our Heavenly Father in prayer
we need to always turn to  All the things we endure are only Temporary things
There is coming a time which Forever Peace he will surely bring.
The sadness of heart or spirit will be a thing of the past,
Nothing that we are going through now was ever meant to last.
Take Happiness in the Hope of what God’s Kingdom will bring,
In that Day tears of sadness will be replaced by the Joyful songs we will sing.
Thank you Father, in time you will be reliving our Hearts from All the Temporary things.

    •1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14
◦13 Moreover, brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who are sleeping in death, so that you may not sorrow as the rest do who have no hope. 14 For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus

Queen Esther got a reaction from Annette George Grayson in Death of a lovely sister
I read, the actress Lois Maxwell / Miss Moneypenny, died in Australia, in the age of 80 !  She was the first in 1962 beside Sean Connery ! I remember her, she was funny and always in love to 007 James Bond... ;-)
