Witness

I came across this quote from a governing body member’s talk (David Splane, I believe), which was given on the final day of the 2020 convention: “What other religious organization foretells the destruction of a World Empire of False Religion? We're the only ones, because the others are all part of Babylon the Great. They're not going to foretell the future of the destruction in the future. So, the destruction is going to be a surprise to everyone but Jehovah's Witnesses. And when it occurs, there will be no doubt in your minds that you're on the winning side, that you're on Jehovah's side. Some Brothers get all upset over some detail that they don't think that the organization has the right take on. It might be the pronunciation of God's name or the meaning of that name. Or the meaning of some verse in the Scriptures. They get all upset, they get obsessed over one detail and it interferes with their worship. But when Babylon the Great goes down, will there be any doubt as to which channel Jehovah God has been using all this time to do his will? You will be sooo glad that you are on the winning side.” Would God “channel” His pronunciations through an organization that has a history of failed predictions? (Deut 18:20-22; Matt 24:4,5,24,25) If the leaders themselves are not “inspired” by Holy Spirit, which they admit to, it is logical to conclude that they cannot be God’s spiritual channel. Does this mean then, that the organization itself, is “inspired”? Well, the Beast of Rev 13:1,2, which is under the “covenant of death”/Babylon the Great, is indeed, “inspired”. (Isa 28:15; Rev 9:1; 17:5) The WT names this Beast from the Sea, “Satan’s organization”. A false prophet/harlot daughter “breathes” spirit into this organization, causing it to become “spirit-directed” - a phrase that certainly should sound familiar to JWs. (Rev 13:11,12,14,15; 16:13,14) (See John 20:22) Since God and Christ are the source of Truth, and only truth, who is responsible for WT’s numerous failed predictions and changes in doctrine? The Spirit of God cannot lie. 1 John 2:21 states that - “no lie [nothing false, no deception] is of the truth.” When JWs proclaim they have “the truth”, or, that they are “in the truth”, they are lying. God’s Spirit would not motivate someone to predict a falsehood. The motivation to do so, comes from another source. “The Spirit says clearly that some people will abandon the faith in later times; they will obey lying spirits and follow the teachings of demons. 2 Such teachings are spread by deceitful liars, whose consciences are dead, as if burnt with a hot iron.” Tim 4:1,2 Should we trust a “teacher” claiming to represent an organization that has delivered documented falsehoods consistently, to then foretell the outcome of the last days before Christ’s return? Wouldn’t we be putting our trust in “lying spirits” and the “teachings of demons”? (Matt 7:15-19; 2 Cor 11:13-15) Humans are no contest against the devil and his demons, when those powerful spirits work to deceive mere humans (Luke 18:26,27). When an organization is backed by Satan (Rev 13:1,4,8) it can even deceive and dominate God's chosen ones/Temple (Rev 13:7; Matt 24:24,25). This was prophesied to happen in many scriptures. Here are some: 1 Tim 4:1; 2 Thess 2:1-4; Dan 8:11,12,24; 11:36;12:7; Luke 21:24; Matt 24:15,16; Rev 11:2. Those prophesies have now come to pass. The only deliverance from this final deception of Satan/Great Tribulation, is by means of God and His Spirit (Luke 10:19), …channeled (Phil 2:13; 1 Cor 12:6; 2 Pet 1:21; Matt 10:20) …through his chosen and faithful prophets (Rev 17:14; 11:3,4; Zech 4:11-14,6,7; Rev 22:6; 1 Cor 4:1) Pearl Doxsey Contrary to what the governing body member proclaimed, the “winning side” to be on, is that of the Spirit of Truth. It sounds like a religious internet competition, and WT is winning. Religious organization vs. religious organization via the internet; however, both the LDS and 7DA have individually, over twice as many congregants than the WT. So…even though the organization may “outpace” both those religions on the internet, where has it gotten them in numbers of believers? My point earlier was that there is presently, no more door-to-door preaching work for individual JWs. If they want to “preach”, the internet is available for them to do so, as it has been for anyone to do so, for quite a long while. Unless, there will be no more recording of personal preaching hours now that the organization’s website is “number one”? I admit that the WT’s website , its “cover”, does look appealing. Yet, if I were to do a search in its online library, would I find consistent teachings about… The Body of Christ “This generation” The “faithful and discreet slave” ? To name just a few. No, I wouldn’t. As a newcomer, I may question why some of the listed sources are cut off from access. I may question where the book is to be found on the website, that I was interested in reading called, “The Finished Mystery”; since it is mentioned quite frequently in the articles. I would have noticed that it is praised for its step toward “pure worship”, yet not available to read. How is it that those two words "pure worship" are connected to a book that has been discarded for its lies? Contradiction is the norm for the organization. No matter how progressive and appealing the WT appears to be, it doesn’t matter to God and Jesus, if its teachings do not last. Any spiritual teaching that doesn't last, is a lie. So, why does the WT praise a lie? John 15:16 Since what the organization's leaders produce, do not last, according to the book of John, this signifies that its leaders do not “abide” in Christ. John 15:4,7 You are so intelligent, JWI. I am amazed at what you know, but you are giving a comparison of accomplishments to other religions and are forgetting that the entire focus should be on the teachings of Christ. I see pride in what the WT as an organization has achieved in the technical field, but not in providing pure truth. It can't, since its leaders are incapable of it, so they manifest what they can do. With enough money, anyone in this world, can soar to great heights. What is more important? The advances in technology by the organization, in building endeavors, movie production… or, simply providing “good fruit” - teachings, that remain? John 15:1,5,6 Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. 2 As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there. 3 They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. 4 Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.” 5 But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building. 6 The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. 7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.” 8 So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. 9 That is why it was called Babel—because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world. The uniqueness of JWs’ form of preaching door to door, has come to a halt; even though the organization has stated that nothing would stop them from actively preaching, not even crocodile-infested waters. Many had put faith in that proclamation. But now, JWs are using computers to reach people, in the same way those who are not JWs, are doing. I remember resident Tom scoffing at the idea of preaching and reaching people in this manner. I also remember quoting Zech 4:6 and it was down voted by someone, which totally baffled me. How could anyone downplay the power of God’s Spirit to see His will accomplished? The identity of truth, and those who desire it, are under the guidance of the Father and the Son, through the Holy Spirit. (John 6:37; 14:6; 15:26) The identity of falsehoods, and what necessary evils are needed to spread them, are under the guidance of the evil one. To create the discrepancy between both “preaching” efforts, requires Satan to magnify not only the lie, but the manner in which it is spread. (Matt 7:15,22; 24:24) It becomes “lust” of the eyes – settling into the heart as a wicked desire. Luke 6:45 Whereas truth is pure, not needing regulations, rules and ‘tampering’, to make it palatable by men, to spread it. (James 1:17; Col 2:8, 20-23) The only effort needed, is the love of truth. It does not need massive visual aids to convince the hearer, that it is truth. It doesn’t need the corporate legal watchdog to preserve it. Along with Satan’s spiritual influence, his lies rely on large sums money to produce them, and defend them; lies that “tickles the ears” of one lusting after, the desire of the eyes. (1 John 2:16; 2 Tim 4:3) God’s Truth reaches the hearer by Holy Spirit, through Jesus, his teachings, and those who speak it. (John 13:20; 2 Cor 1:12,20) That is all one needs to not only live by truth, but by preaching it. If it takes massive efforts to grab money and hold onto it, all to maintain an organization and its visual effects, it is not the source of truth! It is a powerful deception. 2 Thess 2:9-12 Right now, JWs will either stubbornly uphold their organization with its belly full of “iniquities”; or they will leave it behind and either follow Christ, or perhaps their own desires, just to get away from the regulations and falsehoods of an idol. Rom 1:25; Rev 13:4;18:4,5 God’s “Temple” of truth, is not an organization that produces lies. (how can any JW refute his or her's organization's falsehoods?) There are anointed “living stones” of that Temple who speak truth, and do not demand money to provide it. (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22)(Matt 10:8; 1 Cor 2:12) There is absolutely nothing in Christ’s teachings that says we need to adhere to an earthly organization, stationed in the world where exploitation thrives...to receive salvation. (James 3:13-16; Phil 3:18,19) “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. 25 And He is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Again, I am not singling you out, but just your words, "unrighteous riches". I wonder, do these riches become "righteous" if used for "Jehovah's organization"? I also wonder why the WT even refers to the use of “unrighteous riches”, since the parable reveals that the “manager” who is “shrewd” with “unrighteous riches” is called a “dishonest manager”. (Luke 16:1-13) “And the Master praised the dishonest manager, because he had acted shrewdly. For the sons of this age are shrewder than the sons of light, with regard to their own generation.” (Luke 16:8) Do we compare the GB to the “manager” in this parable, or one of the “sons of light”? They are the GB, after all, managers of an organization. And, they have also placed themselves above all anointed ones, as stewards/managers over God’s household. Yet they reject any spiritual “riches”/food from God's priests, that they “owe” the Master (Luke 16:5); which certainly would not be considered “unrighteous” if they were to listen and obey Christ. It appears that the GB prefer “unrighteous riches”, both in the terms of money, and in the terms of their own selfish lust for power over Jesus’ servants. They have, without Christ’s approval canceled out any spiritual dept the anointed each must “pay” to the Master upon his return. (Luke 17:10) How? By teaching that a “faithful steward” over God’s household, is the only source of spiritual food. You see? The anointed are not allowed to offer their personal spiritual food, which is their obligation to the Master. Instead, they are beaten back from doing so, by the presence of the elder body who have the authority to keep them quiet and apart from one another – which benefits who? JWs? Not in the least. They have no clue what “truth” may have been revealed by the cohesiveness of the anointed Body working together under Christ and his Spirit. (1 John 2:27; 1 Cor 12:11,25) Cancelling out the debt the anointed have toward their Master benefits those in power, both the GB and the elders. It preserves their authority over all God’s priests, and every JW. (1 Cor 4:8; Mark 10:42-44) The “sons of light” though, would be focused only on the Kingdom, and not on the riches and burdens of “organization”, or the riches of holding power over another. (1 Thess 5:5) Their only motivation would be on heavenly things, on doing God’s will in the manner of “sacrifices of praise”. You see, the sons of light are not as “shrewd” as the dishonest manager, who knows all about “unrighteous riches”. “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.” Col 3:1,2 That’s pretty hard for the GB to accomplish when they are immersed with “things on the earth”, chasing after money, muscling their way to the forefront to receive the same riches another religious organization may receive; and then squandering it away instead of helping victims of abuse, abuse resulting from poor “management”. They challenge the court systems, they challenge the victims. They are so far from practicing God’s righteousness, it is sickening. Because the Master praises the dishonest man for his use of “unrighteous riches”, does this mean he’s safe with God? “And I tell you, make friends for yourselves by means of unrighteous riches, so that when it runs out they will welcome you into the eternal dwellings.” If the GB were ever to humble themselves before their anointed brothers and sisters, and “make friends” with the Body of Christ by allowing them to bond under Christ; by allowing the anointed to be independent and free to listen to their Master; to offer their priestly sacrifices as expected of them; (1 Pet 2:5,9) by realizing they are all equal before God, and treating them as such; then those who are “sons of light” would then recognize what a true honest steward would do for the spiritual house of God. (Eph 2:20-22) And under those circumstances, just maybe, if the GB were to lose all riches, both monetary and that of recognition of power and authority, the “sons of light”, sons of the Kingdom, would receive them into the “eternal dwellings”. But these men do not have a humble bone in their body. Jesus gave us parables that address the situation with the anointed today, because he knew what God’s priests would face in the last days, under the rule of a wicked steward. Why is all of this okay with JWs? 7 For we have brought nothing into the world, so that neither can we bring anything out. 8 But if we have food and clothing, with these things we will be content. 9 But those who want to be rich fall into temptation and a trap and many foolish and harmful desires, which plunge those people into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is a root of all evil, by which some, because they desire it, have gone astray from the faith and have pierced themselves with many pains. But you, O man of God, flee from these things, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patient endurance, gentleness." Command those who are rich in this present age not to be proud and not to put their hope in the uncertainty of riches, but in God, who provides us all things richly for enjoyment, 18 to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous, sharing freely, 19 storing up for themselves a good foundation for the future, in order that they may take hold of what is truly life." (1 Tim 6) The foundation we store up for the future has nothing to do with money! It has nothing to do with building huge complex communities, or procuring power over others. (Matt 6:20; Phil 3:18,19) From one month, maybe from one day, to the next, the WT pursues riches, to pursue its desires; and JWs fork it over. This isn't how one follows in the footsteps of Christ.

The reason that people organize is so they can get more things done, and get them done effectively—an obvious plus when it comes to gathering, teaching, and shepherding a worldwide congregation. The reason that people oppose such organization is that they do not want such things done. It is no more complicated than that. And the reason the Christian organization applies for money that is legally owed it is....do I really have to explain this? No, you don’t have to explain anything; although you’ve just cemented the fact that no Holy Spirit is needed to run the WT. It only needs people. And money. Just like all the other “worldly” religious organizations, right?

Does God, who supposedly guides this organization need any monetary rectification or equality with other religions? Or, is it men who demand rectification and equality? When did Christ’s kingdom become part of the world? “My kingdom doesn’t belong to this world. If my kingdom belonged to this world, my followers would fight to keep me from being handed over to the Jews. My kingdom doesn’t have its origin on earth.” John 18:36 The “followers” of the organization which has its origin on earth, fight for the organization - on all levels. They are not fighting for Christ, who has no interest in material possessions, including money. So, why is this fight by “Jehovah’s organization”, for worldly funds from a government, a positive action? JWs will reason that its rights as an organization must be upheld. That’s fine, for an organization in the world. But Christ and the Father cannot be linked to the world, no matter what the GB might tell their "sheep". “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him, 16 because everything that is in the world—the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the arrogance of material possessions—is not from the Father, but is from the world. 17 And the world is passing away, and its desire, but the one who does the will of God remains forever.” 1 John 2:15-17 To the WT organization, money carries more clout than Holy Spirit.

I wish everyone could witness the majesty of a redwood tree, and of a grove of the giants. What is pretty incredible, is that your small country, Croatia, has an abundance of National Parks from what I understand. Pictures I have seen of their beauty, are awesome. 🙂

The fires in the state of California are raging once again. There has been loss of lives and sweeping destruction of homes, farms and ranches. People’s livelihoods once again, have been upended. Also making headlines, is California’s oldest established state park of redwood trees, seriously affected by the fires. I lived several years in the redwoods, miles up the coast from this park. My husband worked in maintaining their habitat, while making it accessible for all to enjoy. My children played under the protective canopy of these giants ruling the skies, and walked their nourishing streams that meandered and flowed gently among their roots. When I saw this news clip about the park, I thought of God’s “fine trees”, who must avail themselves to “refinement by fire”. But the Bible also says that leaves are eaten and are used for medicine, so the meaning is more complex than simply being persons. The trees are the teachers. The leaves are a part of the tree (a part of the teacher). Leaves absorb light from the sun. What part of a teacher, absorbs the truths of Jesus? It is the mind. Just like a leaf turns light into food/sugar for the tree to be able to make fruit; the MIND of a teacher (leaves) enables the teacher to convert the truths of Jesus (light), into teachings (fruit)... when the spirit from Christ in them (chlorophyll) helps them (Luke 24:45). Prov.11:28 says that "the righteous will flourish like a green leaf". This is not saying that the righteous are a green leaf. Yes, the apostles, and I know all the faithful anointed since then, would take on a balanced view of God and Christ. What the man in the video pointed out, was the imbalance shown by the GB in how they interpreted scripture. They have come to have an “overbalanced importance” on “Jehovah”, causing Jesus Christ to be downplayed. I understand what you are saying. I am also getting older, and finding it difficult to keep my thoughts in order. What you are able to surmise about the situation of the anointed in the organization, is prophesy being fulfilled. Daniel and Revelation speak of a Beast that “makes war” with the “saints”. (Rev 13:7) Daniel says it is… “the beast that crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left.” Dan 7:19 See: Luke 21:24; Rev 11:2 It is out to destroy God’s spiritual people. This war is not through the use of literal weapons as the WT will have us believe, and the primary target is not JWs, yet they are affected also. (Rev 9:3,4) But, as Rev. points out, it is by the use of deceit – by lies, spoken by another symbolic “Beast”/false prophet that directs the “Gentile” Beast which blasphemes God’s sanctuary. (Rev 13:6,11,12,14) Yes, I am very vocal about this as an anointed one. As “Zion” rises with faithful anointed coming together as the “two witnesses” in Rev 11:3, the organization will become “level ground”. (Zion - Isa chapter 2) These chosen witnesses (Isa 43:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9) address the very point you make, that the Temple of God, has been compromised – desolated - by the presence of “Gentiles”/elders, “sitting”/ruling over it, over “Israel”, the “living stones”; which means truth in Christ has also been compromised. (Mark 13:14; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1,2) The Temple of God is built on Truth, with the apostles and Christ Jesus as its foundation. (John 14:6; Eph 2:20-22; 1 Tim 3:15) Those who speak truth outside the organization, and those who speak lies under the false prophet in the organization and where the majority of anointed reside, are at spiritual “war” with one another. We all must make our decision, we must choose our side. You are already doing that. (Joel 3:14) The majority of the anointed will remain in the organization. Always during these times when God’s people have transgressed His covenant and withdraws his protection, the repentant remnant that is saved, is small. (Amos 7:5; Matt 7:13,14; John 10:7-10) I know you look for “true” anointed ones to build an organization blessed by God. There will be no other earthly organization run as the WT is, in the world of Satan’s commerce and lies. All that the WT avails itself to, in order to make its organization thrive, are treasures of this world. Jesus never accumulated goods, real estate, investments, and never admonished his followers to. (Matt 6:19,20) Whatever money the disciples carried, was given to the poor. (John 12:4-6) The organization has transformed their material possessions into acceptable possessions belonging to Christ. This is a lie that has led to idolatry. They admonish that these possessions are what God expects us to support with our money, contrary to what Jesus Christ taught us about accumulating riches. (Matt 19:21) God’s true organization is spiritual; as you say, the Body of Christ, the Temple of God, is comprised of the anointed. (John 2:19-21) That is His “organization” and we will see its fruition with the last “stones” of the Temple sealed in placed, at Armageddon’s finished. These are “small beginnings” or “small things”, where many have already found the “true” anointed ones in Christ, who speak truth from God’s Word. Those in what the WT calls, the “world”, recognize the repression of Jesus Christ in the organization; although they may not know exactly why. This man has found the quote that I had once read, and lost the source of. It shows a total change from concentration on Jesus Christ and his sacrifice, to the “name” of God over the years in the organization. Was this the goal of the apostles? (take note @Arauna, what your organization has to say about Christ’s sacrifice quoted in the video) After giving short quips of Gerrit Losch’s comments about who are the counterfeit Christians, the maker of the video asks; “Am I the one who is trying to paint a picture that Jehovah’s Witnesses are slighting Jesus? Or, is it a deliberate mission by Jehovah’s Witnesses? “God’s Kingdom Rules”, ch4, pg 42, par 9: “First, Jehovah’s servants came to have the proper view of the importance of God’s name. Faithful early Bible Students viewed the ransom arrangement as the Bible’s main teaching. That explains why the Watch Tower often focused on Jesus. For example, in its first year of publication, the magazine mentioned the name Jesus ten times more than the name Jehovah. Regarding the Bible Students’ early years, The Watchtower of March 15, 1976, noted that they gave “overbalanced importance” to Jesus. In time, though, Jehovah helped them to discern the prominence that the Bible gives to God’s personal name. How did that affect the Bible Students? Especially from 1919 onward, says the same Watchtower article, “they began showing more appreciation for Messiah’s heavenly Father, Jehovah.” In fact, during the decade following 1919, The Watch Tower mentioned God’s name over 6,500 times!” What an accomplishment! Really? The organization made sure, “Jehovah” was inserted in the New Testament; and at times, replacing where the reference to Jesus as “Lord” should have remained. I repeat what I’ve said before, it is as if this hybrid name, “Jehovah” has become some sort of talisman for JWs. Was the apostle Paul, and all the apostles, guilty of giving an “overbalanced importance” to Jesus, by speaking about him as much as they did? We are to support Christ’s truth, his teachings as the Word and “law” of God. (John 8:31; John 1:1) This is what the apostles did, without hesitation, without fear! Jesus said, we cannot come to know the Father without knowing the Son, first! But, the entire mission behind the organization is to bypass the concentration on Christ and his teachings, which is documented above; even though JWs may stress they follow his teachings. (Matt 7:21-23) "For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it!" 2 Cor 11:4 This evil mission causes one to never begin to “know” Jesus Christ, and diverting that person from knowing the Father. This is why people who leave the WT are found speaking about Christ! They finally have the freedom to search him out. How is that done? How is the truth suppressed in the organization? Number one, by installing a “wicked slave” who beats down Christ’s bodily members who are to speak truth from their hearts. (Matt 24:48-51; 1 John 2:27) Two - by telling them not to “bond” as a group; which means not to recognize their immediate Head as Jesus Christ, instead of 8 men who rule over them. Their union would become a spiritual threat to Satan’s “synagogue”. (Rev 2:9-11) These men and their priesthood have so much power, that God's "Israel" refuse to speak, not only for God, but also for Jesus Christ and truth. Three – replace them with a counterfeit priesthood, and trample down God’s Temple in Christ. (1 Cor 3:16,17; 2 Thess 2:3,4) “So they were saying to him, “Where is your father?” Jesus replied, “You know neither me nor my Father! If you had known me, you would have known my Father also.” John 8:19 Can any JW say, they know Jesus Christ?

Isn’t it true that we believe Satan is the reigning “king” of darkness? The “ruler” of this world? (John 12:31) From the first century, Jesus has been a reigning king of light. A king receives authority to rule. “And Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.” Matt 28:18 A king conquers. “I have said these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have affliction, but have courage! I have conquered the world.” John 16:33 Christ’s light has overpowered the darkness of Satan. “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.” John 1:5 Does he need any of us to rule with him? No, but the purpose of the 144,000 Bride of Christ is to bring to fulfillment to the New Covenant promise of life; firstly, to those of his Bride, and then to all of God’s children. Jesus, “the righteous one” (1 John 2:1; Heb 1:8,9), shares with his anointed faithful, kings/priests (whether male or female), what he inherited as the “firstborn” seed of Abraham – the earth! (Gen 22:17; Gal 3:26-29) Adam lost his inheritance, the “second Adam” receives it. (Hos 6:7; Ps 2:7,8) The “righteous shall inherit the land”. (Ps 37:29) Are the faithful 144,000 not found “righteous” as Jesus? (Rev 19:8) The full spectrum of the Kingdom where Christ and the anointed “rule”, is both “heavenly” and “earthly”. (2 Pet 3:13) Each sealed anointed one is “in Christ”, becoming one with him, just as he is one with God. At the end of their physical life, they rule immediately with Christ in heaven. They are not waiting for a resurrection. And, these “righteous” ones in Christ, are “kings” sealed in “heaven”, while still on the earth. Heb 12:10; Rev 5:9,10 Being in heaven or being “heavenly”, is a spiritual state, it is not a place, as the earth is an established place. Can we not picture the apostles as priests and kings reigning with Christ, even before they lost their physical life? They were sealed in the “heavens” before they died. (2 Cor 1:22) The priests are “messengers” (Mal 2:7); in Christ, they are spirit messengers. The Greek meaning for “angel” is “messenger”. Angels are of heaven, they are spirit (Eph 2:6; Heb 12:22,23; Rom 8:9) The anointed are “angel”/messengers. Col 1:12-14 – “giving thanks to the Father, who has enabled you to share in the saints' inheritance in the light. 13 He has rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son he loves. 14 In him we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” “Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting? 1 Cor 15:55 John 6:63 - “The Spirit is the one who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.” Does God’s Spirit ever – die - or remain unresponsive in the abyss? We already know that Jesus was alive in spirit while in the abyss, preaching to demons. (1 Pet 3:18-20) To reiterate, the anointed are “born again” (1 Pet 1:23), they are given spirit life, the spirit of God; and if they are found faithful – if they have not lost God’s spirit, which can happen (1 Cor 10:12; 2 Pet 3:17) - they will pass from physical death to their spirit life with Christ. They are the “new creation”, both flesh and spirit. Yet even so, they are alive in spirit while remaining in their physical body. There are many "144,000" kings reigning alongside of Christ in “heaven” now, who is the Head of the members of his “Body”. (Rev 14:1) Each one of these also had to conquer darkness. Would Jesus leave his members to wait in the grave, if they had conquered darkness and evil just as he had? “I have written to you, children, because you have known the Father. I have written to you, fathers, because you have known the One who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God resides in you, and you have conquered the evil one.” 1 John 2:14 “You are from God, little children, and have conquered them, (“antichrist”) because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 5 They are from the world; therefore they speak from the world and the world listens to them.” 1 John 4:4 Psalm 110:1 “A declaration of YHVH to my lord, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool.” Does this mean that Jesus was inactive as he sat at God’s right hand, waiting for God to put enemies at his feet? Does this mean that it was in 1914 that all of Christ’s enemies finally became his “footstool”? If so, who is he battling against in Armageddon? “For it is necessary for him to reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.“ 1 Cor 15:25 Christ and the Father are one. Christ said whatever he does, comes from the Father. Thus, they are both putting his enemies under his feet. So Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly, truly I say to you, the Son can do nothing from himself except what he sees the Father doing. For whatever that one does, these things also the Son does likewise.” John 5:19 Psalm 110:2 - YHVH will send out your mighty scepter from Zion; rule in the midst of your enemies. He has been ruling since the first century, over his priests/kings. His enemies are those anointed “kings” who align themselves with Satan. (1 Tim 6:15; Rev 1:5) They speak lies about his reign. They speak lies about the reign of the anointed, which we see happening in the organization. They are the accusers, just as Satan accused Jesus when he was on earth. (Rev 12:10) The accusers were once “among” his faithful ones. (1 John 2:19; Heb 12:15; Rev 8:10,11; 13:11,12) Ps 110:3 - Your people will be free will offerings (“volunteers”) in the day of your power. Who are his people? Wouldn’t they be God’s anointed ones – “Israel”? Isa 43:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9 “In holy splendor, from the womb of the dawn, you will have the dew of your youth.” Watchtower’s teaching of 1914 is evidence of suppression against Christ’s rule already established in the heavens in the first century - what it is for, and of the rule of his priests and kings with him; whether on the earth once sealed as faithful, or after their physical life has ended, and are raised to “heaven”. Who would promote the lie that he did not reign until 1914? It would be the ruler, “king” of this world, who is furious at losing his kingdom. (Rev 12:7-9) It is already evident that the teaching of 1914 hangs on by a thread of lies to keep it alive. Even past leaders have questioned its authenticity. Who would also promote the lie that Jesus’ faithful members of his Body are still awaiting a resurrection? Doesn’t it seem that such lies would create a picture of Christ as powerless, as well as God’s anointed as powerless? So, here’s the conundrum. Gerrit Losch said that at the outbreak of Armageddon, the GB would be resurrected to heaven. Does their physical self, die, before this? Do they spend any time in the “grave”? He didn’t mention dying, only that the elders would take over for the GB and they would be ruling with Christ. Are they allowed spirit life immediately with Christ, while the apostles or any other faithful and sealed anointed over the last 2,000 years waits until the resurrection? Do they believe the tombs will open once the GB has ascended? Can you see their push to be exalted, not humbled, before Jesus Christ judges them? (Matt 25:23,30) This is the whole agenda of the WT, both the organization and its leadership (Rev 13:1,11); to take down the anointed in Christ, with lies, and it is accomplished by the use of DECEIT. (Rev 13:11,12,14; 20:10) I didn’t see it while in the WT; no one can, unless they step aside and plead with God and Christ to know the truth - not allowing themselves to be encouraged by earthly desires in an earthly organization, that foster what they want to believe; and by leaning on their own understanding. Prov 3:5-7 I’ve realize how important it is to start from scratch once leaving the organization. Its leaders have changed, twisted, and made 360-degree turnarounds in their teachings over the years. I am appalled that I swallowed “fruit” that had no stability or lasting nourishment. (John 15:4) It is like plugging into a feeding tube of lies. Anything could be added to it, without one being aware of the consequences. (Deut 29:17-20) To find any genuine “truth” that comes from the organization, takes work; and we on the outside, understand that. Although, it is just how Satan wants it to be. (Col 2:18; Rev 13:10;16:13-16) Because it does takes work, it is far easier for the general JW, to accept what comes out of the mouths of the GB, any time, any day, than to do any independent scriptural research. There is enough subtle fear tactics used, to prevent it. “ But these people have hearts that draw back from God and wills that rebel against Him; they have revolted and quit His service and have gone away [into idolatry]. 24 Nor do they say in their hearts, Let us now reverently fear and worship the Lord our God, Who gives rain, both the autumn and the spring rain in its season, Who reserves and keeps for us the appointed weeks of the harvest. 25 Your iniquities have turned these blessings away, and your sins have kept good [harvests] from you. 26 For among My people are found wicked men; they watch like fowlers who lie in wait; they set a trap, they catch men. 27 As a cage is full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit and treachery; therefore they have become great and grown rich, 28 They have grown fat and sleek. What’s more important to you - God’s Temple arrangement of His priesthood – 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22 Or, men’s organizational arrangement which “represents” God’s priesthood? What do you think is more important to God? "Have you not driven out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron and the Levites, and made for yourselves priests like the peoples of [other] lands? Whoever comes to consecrate himself with a young bull and seven rams, even he may become a priest of [what are] no gods.” 2 Chron 13:9 Which arrangement is “holy”? “If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.” 1 Cor 3:17 Since the elders “represent”, judge, spiritually “kill” anointed who speak up for Christ’s Body which is God’s Temple and is the house of His Spirit… … who/what do you think this scripture is speaking about: “who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.” 2 Thess 2:4 You see, it does matter to make the distinction between the "holy and the common", between God's arrangement of the Temple in Christ, and man's flawed, corrupt arrangement of an earthly organization. (Ezek 44:23) It matters, because in the last days, the "man of lawlessness" created by Satan, is so powerful, so deceitful, that JWs prefer not to know the truth about it. All of these scriptures refer to the anointed Body of Christ, not a false priesthood - "Gentiles who "sit" in God's Temple. (2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1,2) Nothing in the organization takes place "decently and by [God's] arrangement" in Christ. It takes place indecently by man's arrangement. The "gifts" are given to "Israel" for a purpose, which are not used under the GB/wicked slave. The anointed priests (1 Pet 2:5,9) are the shepherds that God has assigned, yet are ignored in your organization. Are the elders, "saints"? Eph 4:11,12 - "And he himself gave some as apostles and some as prophets and some as evangelists and some as pastors and teachers for the equipping of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for building up the body of Christ"

Below is an excerpt from the "Golden Age" magazine of April 2, 1930 pg 446 Truly, this is a patriarchal organization, from the ground up. Its foundation is formed by such teachings. I see the correlation to Matt 6:14. Although I'm not sure what believing in the trinity, or not, has to do with how the scripture is rendered. These scriptures can be considered: “Then behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.” 3 And at once some of the scribes said within themselves, “This Man blasphemes!” 4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? 5 For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk’? 6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” 7 And he arose and departed to his house. 8 Now when the multitudes saw it, they marveled and glorified God, who had given such power to men.” Matt 9:2-8 So He got into a boat, crossed over, and came to His own city. Always it either Christ or Lord. It makes you wonder why the WT takes such liberties. They could have easily left it as “Lord”. But, Satan's vendetta in the last days is against Christ and the anointed in Christ. (Gen 3:15; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 12:17; Rev 13:1,7) I am not surprised of any efforts, subtle or otherwise, that are made to remove evidence of the glory and power of Christ.

I know that the organization teaches that Revelation’s “woman” is the “heavenly organization”, or the “wifelike organization”, even calling it the “wife of Jehovah” (w63 12/1 pp. 712-719) In another instance, your organizations says of the woman, She is a “bride” of many component parts, a composite “bride,” and so an organization following, imitating and doing the will of the prospective Bridegroom. w81 5/1 pp. 22-27 Which they mean by the “bridegroom”, Jesus Christ. Is this “woman”, the wife of God, or Jesus Christ? Which WT teaching do you adhere to? Which do you believe is “truth” about the woman? You deserve, yes anyone is worthy, to know the truth. Gal 4:22-26 tells us exactly what the “woman” represents. “For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. 23 His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise. 24 These things are being taken figuratively: The women represent two covenants. “Covenants” – a contract, compact, a testament …a “promise”: “ But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother. Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise. Gal 4:26,28 Can you see that the “woman” of Revelation is the New Covenant which is symbolized by “Sarah”, and includes those within it, which are the anointed as @4Jah2me pointed out? (Gal 4:31) They are “New Jerusalem”, because…they are the Temple. 1 Cor 3:16,17 – “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” They are “heavenly”, as a new creation – “born again” in the Spirit. 2 Cor 5:17 The only “organization” that God recognizes is the Temple built on the chief cornerstone, Jesus Christ. Eph 2:20-22 God does not need a wife. He didn’t need an “organization” to produce Jesus Christ, which is another lie of the WT. To reason on this false doctrine..... It is asserted that by means of the "heavenly wife-like organization", Christ was brought forth. It is said that these angelic Sons of God somehow gave birth to Jesus Christ, as well as the group of 144,000. Please...according to reason and logic.... Who created these angelic sons of God in heaven? Were they not created by means of the Firstborn...the Christ? (Col 1:15-18) Yet, he himself was NOT the WIFE of Jehovah. He was God's firstborn Son, and "master worker" (Prov 8:22,30). It was through HIM that the angels were created...not the other way around (Col 1:16). Once created, these angels are also referred to, as "sons"... (not as "wife") (Job 38:7). So, the last remnant under the “woman” covenant is the target of the dragon. What sort of record is needed to validate that a person is preaching about God and Christ? A filled-out time slip for men to record, which benefits only the organization? Do scriptures back up this "tradition"? Those are rules of men. God doesn’t need a time slip; only men who judge one’s spiritual worthiness, need it. How many JW's here, count their time when speaking to an exjw? It doesn't take an organization, it doesn't take rules and regulations by men, to speak about God and Jesus. If we have to be spoon-fed, rule upon rule on how to preach, it is not the Holy Spirit that is directing that sort of preaching work. If we have to submit any time that we have accrued for what you call, "preaching the good news", it is the influence of scheming leaders who feel they must know what you are doing, and not doing, for the sake of the organization. "Since you died with Christ to the elemental spiritual forces of this world, why, as though you still belonged to the world, do you submit to its rules: “Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch!”? These rules, which have to do with things that are all destined to perish with use, are based on merely human commands and teachings. Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom, with their self-imposed worship, their false humility and their harsh treatment of the body, but they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence." Col 2:20-23 There were believers of Christ among rulers in the days of the Pharisees, but they couldn't make the break and follow only Christ. They were slaves to men, and feared for their immediate role of leadership and prestige among their people. They feared being thrown out of the synagogue, and losing everything and everyone they knew. Every JW is aware of what they will lose if they refuse to follow the organization’s guidelines. Can our heart be manipulated by wickedness and the dominance of others? Most certainly. “For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves.” Acts 20:29,30 Just because the WT touts to "preach" worldwide, does not mean that the organization is "the truth". Either we genuinely believe in Christ and follow him, or we hypocritically believe in an organization, and follow it. “But although He had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in Him, 38 that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke: “Lord, who has believed our report? Although most JWs cannot “see” what you say, I am appalled at the shameless approach the WT takes toward the role of the anointed these days. The decay of who the anointed are and their role as God’s priesthood, has been gradual; while at the same time, the exultation – the rise and power of the elder body – has become predominate. (Dan 8:9-12; 11:16; Rev 16:13,14) The assumption that the Holy Spirit works for this change, is blasphemy. Secular meaning of “blasphemy” - the action or offence of speaking sacrilegiously about God or sacred things; profane talk. Blasphemy is the act of insulting or showing contempt or lack of reverence to a deity, or sacred objects, or toward something considered sacred or inviolable. Some religions consider blasphemy to be a religious crime. (wikipedia) God’s holy people are His anointed ones. (Isa 43:10; 1 Pet 2:9,10; Rev 5:9,10) They are His spiritual dwelling. His living Temple. (1 Cor 3:16,17; 2 Cor 6:16; 1 Cor 6:19-20) Would He allow others to attack His dwelling with sacrilegious insults, for very long? The anointed heart is where Holy Spirit resides - the Spirit that is truth and should motivate the heart to teach it. (John 16:13; 1 John 2:27) Thus, this statement uttered by the WT, is blasphemy: “Modestly, anointed ones acknowledge that they do not necessarily have more holy spirit than those with an earthly hope. They do not claim to have special knowledge or revelations; neither do they try to prove that they are in some way superior. w16 January p. 23-24” So, what is an anointing for? And why would a powerful group of people suppress the role of the anointed – who are in the minority? It is the “pouring out” of Holy Spirit onto the individual. It begins from outside of the physical body and eventually reaches every internal part of the person. (1 John 2:27; Rom 5:5) Can that be dismissed as ‘not necessarily having more holy spirit than another person’? If God’s anointed were allowed to speak about this supernatural event; if they were not fearful of the dual power hovering over them and the slander made against them if they do speak up, JWs would realize the difference between the “common and the holy”. (Ezek 44:23; Rev 11:1,2) That individual, a “living stone” of God’s Temple, should protect the Temple, but in a religious setting where another group of people has gained power over them, what happens to God’s Temple, and what are the consequences? (1 Cor 3:17) Who would create a religious setting where the anointed have gathered, yet are also slandered with falsehoods about themselves? (Rev 13:1,7; Rev 20:7-9) “Don’t let anyone deceive you about this in any way. That day cannot come unless a revolt takes place first, and the man of sin, the man of destruction, is revealed. 4 He opposes every so-called god or anything that is worshiped and places himself above them, sitting in God’s temple and claiming to be God. The anointed are God’s sons - they are “gods”. (John 10:34-36) They are to “house” the word of God, Truth from Christ, in their heart. (John 17:8) It is their role to defend God, to defend His dwelling. It is their role to defend Jesus Christ, the Head of God’s Temple. It is their role to remain “in Christ” and teach his truth. (Mal 2:7; John 15:4) They don’t need to defend a false priesthood that has warned ahead of time, that its role cannot be challenged. But sadly, in the WT, they have allowed the dismantling of their spiritual holy garments as God’s priests and handed them over, to lawlessness that rules over them, in the absence of truth. If the elder body was sanctioned by God, why the need to tell God’s Temple members, not to challenge the ‘representation’, of themselves? I wish JWs would see that the organization they ‘love’, is out to destroy God’s holy people. The “man of destruction” would say this: “…neither do they try to prove that they are in some way superior”. The “man of destruction” would say this: “In addition, anointed Christians do not view themselves as being part of an elite club. But, in the case of the topic, Furuli's new e-book: "My Beloved Religion - And The Governing Body", I do feel most of the primary posters could fit your idea of “trolling”. Most everyone had gone off topic. I’m pretty old, so the term “trolling” had to require an internet definition. “An internet troll is someone who makes intentionally inflammatory, rude, or upsetting statements online to elicit strong emotional responses in people or to steer the conversation off-topic. “ I believe I’ve experienced that from a JW here who uses the term “hate-OCD” quite regularly, or another who has damned me completely. I'm not expecting them to be removed, even if one of them has received a warning. They can come in many forms. Most trolls do this for their own amusement Yes, we do have a writer on board who comes up with the most amusing, and often sarcastic comments directed to a poster; sometimes, when least expected. but other forms of trolling are done to push a specific agenda. Who wouldn’t be pushing their own agenda if they are commenting on a topic, within a forum open to both JWs and non JWs? I fully admit I do, and I feel that others can share the same opinion. Although we were taught while within the "Watchtower", that this "man of lawlessness" (2 Thess 2:3,4) pertains to "Christendom"; We now see that this is an identity that actually comes to dominate the authentic anointed.... the genuine priests of "God's temple" (1 Cor 3:16; Rev 5:10). I think it is safe to say that people in general, gather inanimate objects to help them remember the places they have visited. It is not unusual for us to collect a rock or a piece of wood discovered in a natural setting, to remind us of our visit. I have a pile of rocks to prove it. Possibly we may boast to others of our find, as evidence that we once enjoyed an extraordinary place in the world. It seems we just have to collect a souvenir of some sort, something to bring the experience back into focus. It is commonplace to treasure an item previously owned by a loved one who died, by including it in our own possessions. It helps to reminds us of the person we miss. I had a sweater belonging to my father that I held onto for years. I just came across it a few days ago after it being packed away and forgotten. When I acquired it from his clothing after he died, that and one of his favorite checkered shirts provided a sense of security; flooding me with memories about him that I didn’t want to lose. I wore the shirt to tatters, using it as an additional covering on chilly spring or fall days. Just recently, I put the sweater out at the end of our road, along with other things for someone else to take care of. I realize that I don't need that sweater to create the image of my father in my mind. It had been out of my sight for a number of years, yet I had never forgot my father’s generous smile, nor was I unable to hear the deep quality of his voice in my mind. I can still draw on experiences of his love and patience for me, ready to provide comfort, while not always knowing why. I have not lost the image of my father, in my mind. There can be a dangerous projection of imagery, that can transgress our relationship with God. This imagery leads to idol worship. In 1 John 5:21, the Amplified Bible reads such: “Little children (believers, dear ones), guard yourselves from idols—[false teachings, moral compromises, and anything that would take God’s place in your heart].” The nation of Israel was highly influenced by what its leaders taught. Israel’s kings promoted worship to false gods, while many times adjoining it to their worship of YHVH. (1 Kings 12:28-30) When deep in idolatrous practices, their pride and self-confidence resulted in forgetting their God; worshiping Him “in pretense” (“deception” – Jer 3:10), with an unfaithful heart, which resulted in Israel suffering severely. (Deut 6:14,15; Jer 3:6-10; 1 Kings 12:28-30; Judges 3:7; 10:10) It was only a minority of Israel’s kings who stressed worship to be given exclusively to God. It said that the early Jews “had a tendency to attribute Jehovah’s acts to idols”. The organization has created their own altered version of the Almighty God. There are personality traits assigned to “Jehovah” that are not those of YHVH; the God whom we must give exclusive devotion. (Deut 13:4; 1 Sam 12:24; Col 3:23,24) To serve “Jehovah”, requires serving the idol – the organization. (Rev 13:1,4) The spirit of “Jehovah” is said to be infused within the idol/organization, allowing it to become the channel of “Jehovah’s acts”. (Rev 13:15) Likewise “Jehovah’s acts” are controlled by the operations of the organization – by those who direct it. (Rev 13:11,12) If the organization experiences negative results, one must “wait on Jehovah” to correct it; if it experiences positive results, “Jehovah” has blessed its efforts. It is assumed that they are spiritually connected – a “spirit-directed organization”. The counterfeit personality of YHVH as “Jehovah”, has “breathed” spirit into the organization. This is the teaching of the WT. Yet the reality is, a false prophet has been granted to “breathe” spirit into the idol. (Rev 13:11-15) (Rev 13:1,2) At Rev 13:15 it reads; "The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed." Rev 13:8 tells us, that all the land, worships this beast (not its image). How is that idolatry accomplished, through the events of Rev 13:15? We see a very interesting relationship, between the actual Beast, and its own image ... and the effect and result, to those who worship. First, the false prophet uses the power given him (Rev 9:1), to give the Beast an image of spirit-inspiration, so that it CAN speak, and, condemn to death. How can a mere Idol, do such things? (Ps 115:4-8; Isa 44:10,17,18,20) Please let me illustrate: Imagine that you have respect for the laws of the land, and wish to obey the authority and power of the police. If a man approaches you and shows you his police badge, you will comply with all his demands. But suppose a different man approaches you, and he does not have a badge, nor is he a representative of the police. Do you still comply with all his demands? Essentially, there is no difference between the two human men. The only difference between them, is that one of them represents an identity that you respect to have the power and authority to direct your behavior. The police officer is the tangible representative of that image of authority and power. It is the same with the beast and its image. Once the false prophet gives the Beasts' Image an appearance of being divinely inspired; the tangible beast (as the physical manifestation of its' own image), is empowered with the authority to judge and kill ... thereby giving this unique idol, the ability to speak, through its tangible representatives. This causes the beast itself to be worshiped, because it represents its own image. I hope that the present fulfillment of this scenario is perceived in the minds of readers. I know this explanation, sounds convoluted. But this is the greatest and last-ditch effort and machination of Satan, to take captive the remaining ones of the woman's seed. He is the crooked and twisted serpent, and the very father of deceptions. In the time of the end, Satan finally creates an idol, that can speak. Pearl Doxsey – “The Beast and the Image / An Idol that can speak” The Beast “speaks” through its “tangible representatives” – the “divine” elder body/false priesthood including the governing leaders; while the representatives of God’s living Temple, the ambassadors of Christ/ anointed sons of God, are restricted from speaking. (1 Pet 2:5,9; Heb 13:15)(Matt 24:48-51; Rev 13:5-7) Their spiritual “sacrifices of praise” have been cut off and replaced with “burnt offerings” to an idol. (Dan 8:24,25; 11:31,32,37-39) King Josiah was one of the few kings who ‘rid the land of idols’ during his reign. (2 Kings 23:3-5) In the organization’s drama about King Josiah, there is a scene where a son is alerting his father, who is a priest of the god Baal, of Josiah’s intentions to destroy all forms of idol worship. He tells his father, “You don’t understand. Josiah plans to tear down all the high places”. “Oh, I understand alright. When his extremist ideas become the law of the land, there will no longer be any joy. No tolerance, no freedom of worship, only narrow-minded rules and oppressed people. Do you understand that?” We can flip this comment around and direct it to the organization that produced it. Through evidence of its “narrow-minded” man-made rules, intolerance to scriptural independent thinking through a regulated spiritual feeding, we can comprehend the deceitful irony in this comment. (Rev 13:16,17) The anointed Temple members of God’s spiritual dwelling must respect the unity of all, by not bonding as a body; they are barred from offering their sacrifices of praise and truth under their Head. The organization’s mask of holiness falls away, to reveal its idolatrous apostasy. (Isa 5:20; 2 Cor 11:14,15) Can you see that the spirit that operates the organization, is the spirit of Satan? (Rev 13:2) The truth in Christ sets us free of oppression and slavery to an idol. (John 8:32) In Christ, we are not locked down to serve an earthly organization and the commands of men. This ideology contradicts God’s word. (Ps 97:10; John 14:21; Gal 5:1; Rom 1:25; Col 2:8) Marduk or “Bel/Baal” (meaning lord, master) was the god of the Babylonians – an agricultural deity, and storm god, as well as possessing benevolent traits. At his side is a dragon, with “a head of a snake, hind feet claws of a large bird of prey, front paws of a lion and the tail of a deadly scorpion.” This god was the creator of the world, including humans, and was Babylon’s protector while housed in the temple in Babylon. Marduk's reign decreed unity among all people. Under his rule, was a divine force of lesser gods, whose role was to care for and supply the needs of all humans in the scope of their supervision. These humans accomplished all other work of the Babylonian society, out of respect for the gods and the will of a compassionate and caring Marduk, who ruled with justice. We are well aware that Satan is the source of false worship, false gods and idols; and these practices and have crept through time, down to his most profound machination against the anointed remnant in the last days. (Rev 12:3; 13:1; 12:4;13:1,7) Personally, I believe it is ingenious for him to use his previous ideas, utilizing personalities of past gods to alter one’s perception and worship to be given the true God, into one of blasphemy. And, we see similarities in spiritual “Babylon” happening today. The false “gods”/elder body/locust-scorpions promote organizational unity among its people. JWs do the work that the “gods” have no time for, while these gods supply all with spiritual food. In turn, JWs willingly obey and respect the “faithful and discreet slave” including the entire elder body, while “Jehovah” watches protectively from above. His spirit resides in his “temple” – the organization. (Dan 11:36; Gal 4:8; 2 Thess 2:4; Rev 9:3-5) It appears that Satan’s “last ditch effort” as Pearl called it, has required a mixed plethora of past forms of deceit, using his “gods”/false priesthood of today, to hunt down and “overcome the saints”. (Ezek 13:20-21; Jer 5:26; 2 Pet 2:12-14,17,18; Col 2:8; Rev 13:6,7,10) It was a prophetess that spoke God’s words to Josiah and all of Israel, about their hideous practices of idolatry: She said to them, “This is what the Lord God of Israel says: Say to the man who sent you to me, 24 ‘This is what the Lord says: I am about to bring disaster on this place and on its inhabitants, fulfilling all the curses written in the book that they read in the presence of the king of Judah, 25 because they have abandoned me and burned incense to other gods so as to anger me with all the works of their hands. My wrath will be poured out on this place, and it will not be quenched.’ 2 Chron 34:19-25 Also today, it is a prophetess in the spirit of “Elijah”, who carries a similar message to spiritual “Israel”. They have been influenced into idolatry by a leading Harlot, directing/”riding” the Beast organization. (Isa 52:1,2,8,11,12; Mal 3:1-6; Matt 17:11; Matt 25:6; Rev 11:1-3) “Israel” has allowed God’s Temple to be ransacked and trampled by an abomination standing in the midst of them. (Deut 32:16; Ezek 44:10,12,13,6-9) (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22) “But when you see the abomination of desolation (“I.e. the detestable one who desecrates the temple.” …standing [in the temple sanctuary (1 Cor 3:16,17)] where it ought not to be (let the reader understand) then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.” Mark 13:17 They have allowed their worship to God to be compromised by “evil ways”. (Jer 11:9-12) Keeping their faith in the “mountainlike organization” is stressed, and paramount for salvation, over and above, one’s whole-souled worship to YHVH.
