After Jesus was resurrected, he still appeared on earth as a man. John 21:14   In God’s Kingdom the priests/kings who will “rule ON the earth”, (Rev 5:9,10) and serve God in heaven, could still appear as either female or male.  Rev 22:1-5  (John 1:51; Heb 1:6,7)  They are to imitate Christ, their Head and High Priest/”Husband”, becoming one with  him.1 Cor 12:27; Rom 12:5; Gal 3:29   Whether male or female, their kingdom rule will be based on the love, peace and wisdom that they have come to know through Jesus Christ.  Their “offspring” to come, are the rest of Abraham’s seed, that they help, nurture, and teach God’s decrees in the Kingdom, by bringing the dwelling of God to earth.  Mal 2:7; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22;Rev 21:2,3; Gen 26:4;28:14
Jesus had such compassion for people when on the earth, and God will choose and teach those whom he deems faithful out of the called ones, as Christ’s Bride; who will also display the same compassion as Christ, whether they are male or female.    1 Cor 2:16; Rom 15:5; Rev 17:14
Interestingly, the October 2019 study magazine made the confident  statement that “During the great tribulation, a change will take place regarding the brothers who take the lead on earth. At some point, all anointed ones who are still on earth will be gathered to heaven to share in the war of Armageddon. (Matt. 24:31; Rev. 2:26, 27) This means that the Governing Body will no longer be with us on earth.  WT 10/2019
Wow.  Such insight!  They KNOW who will rule with Christ!  David Splane spent some time warning the anointed about the possibility of being found"foolish" at Jesus return, but apparently that fear is no longer.  These insightful men have been given new light concerning the last days.  (Matt 25)   How they hurry and plan for Armageddon to arrive.
How horrible it will be for those
who string people along with lies and empty promises,
        whose lives are sinful.
    19         They say,
“Let God hurry and quickly do his work
so that we may see what he has in mind.
Let the plan of the Holy One of Israel happen quickly
so that we may understand what he is doing.”
20 How horrible it will be for those
who call evil good and good evil,
who turn darkness into light and light into darkness,
who turn what is bitter into something sweet
and what is sweet into something bitter.
21 How horrible it will be for those
        who think they are wise
and consider themselves to be clever.
22 How horrible it will be for those
who are heroes at drinking wine,
who are champions at mixing drinks,
23     who declare the guilty innocent for a bribe,
who take away the rights of righteous people.  Isa 5:18-23

...... nothing against your comment, just this remind me on "explanation" from past publication - Women gender of some of those in 144000 class, while were been on Earth, will help non-gender Kings and Priests to "help" people on Earth.
So, it seems how: fact that they have "spiritual bodies" after resurrection, and fact that they are "perfect spiritual beings"  and in Heaven, is not enough for them to understand people's need. There is a necessity that some of 144000 class individuals have had women's hormones in past life. :)))

    Not so fast Mr. Librarian!
Sept.2019 JW broadcast propaganda makes it clear: JW’s don’t want new recruits with beards.
Last April of 2018 I made an observational post about a reoccurring drama we were seeing be played out on JW Broadcasting. It was a series of videos regarding a devout JW wife and her non-witness husband named Thomas. Throughout this series over the last year, every time we have seen Thomas, he has sported some kind of neatly trimmed facial hair.
I ended my observations by asking the following questions:
“Since WT gets to control this narrative, it will be interesting to see what happens with Thomas. Will he finally accept a bible study, make progress to baptism and most importantly...will he sacrifice his personal freedom and style to be part of a cult? The real question is, will WT let him keep his proven affinity for a "neatly trimmed beard”?”
Over a year later, we finally get our answers to those questions. In WT’s most recent narrative, Thomas finally accepts a bible study and when we see him at his first meeting … he ONLY has a mustache, a style option we have not seen him make in any of the previous videos. In this staged scene, Thomas is surrounded by seven clean shaven male congregants. The message is clear, he is conforming and therefore acceptable.
Despite WT putting in print that in some cultures beards are acceptable, respectable and that even some appointed brothers have beards, they have yet to show this in any of their written or video propaganda. What are the chances in a culture where beards are obviously acceptable, that Thomas would have thought to shave his before going to the KH?
Clearly WT still has a bias against men fashioning beards and spend more time alerting their susceptible followers to be weary of men that are not follically approved, rather than child sexual abusers that look the part!

An interesting conflict in WT teaching; and its progression toward a full-fledged plaguing lie. (egg – tadpole – frog; 1 Tim 4:1; 2 Tim 3:13)
    w78 7/1 p. 25-26   Question:
    8. (a) Do men ordain priests, the same as men appoint elders, overseers and ministerial servants? (b) Where, in Jehovah’s spiritual temple, are the anointed remnant today, and what are they doing there?
18 True, the apostles such as Paul and Barnabas did appoint qualified men to be elders or overseers and ministerial servants in the Christian congregations, but they never appointed or ordained “priests.” (Acts 14:23; Phil. 1:1) Jehovah is the One who, by Jesus Christ, appoints or ordains his priests. Despite their not assuming titles, the anointed remnant of today are in what was foreshadowed by the “courtyard of the priests” in the temple at Jerusalem. In such a figurative courtyard in the spiritual temple of Jehovah, they offer “spiritual sacrifices” to him through Jesus Christ the High Priest.—1 Pet. 2:5.
Admission:  Men appoint elders, overseers and ministerial servants. Until…this:
    w06 5/1 p. 25-26 -
Does Jehovah expect those whom he appoints as servants and elders to carry the extra load by themselves? On the contrary, he provides practical assistance that enables them not only to cope but also to thrive. As discussed in the preceding article, Jehovah gives them his holy spirit, the fruitage of which helps them to care tenderly for the sheep. (Acts 20:28; Galatians 5:22, 23) In addition, Jehovah gives them wisdom, knowledge, and discernment. (Proverbs 2:6) How does he do this? Let us discuss three ways in which Jehovah trains individuals whom he appoints to care for his sheep.
Proclamation:  God has a new priesthood, made up of elders that He officially has chosen, even though it was admitted 28 years prior, that elders are appointed by men.    “It can be said”, then, that elders are the new “anointed” priesthood.
How does the GB make such a claim when they admit they are not inspired?   This is how:
3 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, (organization) and out of the mouth of the false prophet. (GB) 14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth (anointed, Rev 1:5) and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15 “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”
16 And they gathered them (the anointed "kings of the earth" [Rev 5:9,10]  together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.
An anointed priest cannot “keep his garments” signifying who he is, (Rev 3:5,18) if he allows another to falsely “represent” him; an army appointed by men.  It is prophesied that the anointed at the time of the end - who have no say in the organization, and  no ability to offer "spiritual sacrifices" as a priesthood - allow themselves to be “trampled” by these lies, coming out of the organization’s “mouth”, and the mouth of its directors. 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1-3,7; 13:1,2,5-7,11,14-17
This deceit – this delusion that IS the organization – is the tool Satan uses to destroy the “remaining ones of the woman’s seed”.  2 Thess 2:9-12; Rev 12:3,4,15; 18:4-8

For the record: I do not deny Jehovah's Witnesses the right to stand up for their interests, and demand from governments and international organizations that human rights are protected.
But it's odd that they are so fiercely opposed to political involvement, yet petition governments and ministers on regular basis.
It's very odd that Jehovah's Witnesses petition the United Nations to protect their religious freedoms, and at the same time they believe the UN to be the very entity that will attack all religions.

Lol my wife and I had the same question, if women aren't currently allowed to do much at all within earthly organisation apart from cleaning, witnessing and other non important jobs what jobs will they be allowed to do in the heavenly realm perhaps they will be genderless once they become spiritual entities my best guess... But then again the angels in Noah's day decided to become man instead of woman so there must be an inclination or a gender identification within spiritual entities. Too deep this subject 😳...

    @James Thomas Rook Jr.
Perhaps we would discuss the percentage:

Accuracy regarding the prophecies of our day: zero. But hey, I believe that Jesus did not appoint any steward to interpret prophecies,
rather, as stewards, everyone, and especially those who have more authority (the governing body) should feed and care for others. Although I prefer that there is a central doctrinal authority, better than each congregation to believe its own.
But, as others and I have commented previously, I feel very grateful for:
Dismantle the demonic teaching in hell of fire (official doctrine even today of orthodox Judaism, nominal Christianity and Islam, another thing is that ordinary believers do not believe it). Having learned the biblical truth about death, the hereafter, the soul and related subjects. Instead of thinking that God will destroy the Earth, believe rather that Jehovah will create a wonderful paradise, and see how that fits in with the original Purpose. VERY especially, not only knowing the divine name, but having learned the importance of using it, as well as the characteristics of the person and personality of God (as it is not a Trinity, for example) Something that has helped us all, I am sure, is to understand the question of Universal Sovereignty (I have read works of scholars on Job who do not at all convey such precious teaching) This core of teachings, among others, I would say are 90 percent wonderful. Maybe we have 10 percent of "nonsense" in between.
And then there is everything related to the "organization": Bethel houses, branches, the way of dressing of "mature" men and women, the way of exercising authority in the congregation and many similar things ... instead of putting a Percentage (because I am somewhat ashamed to write it) I will only say that I think it happens to us like the apostles when they were impressed by the temple stones. Jesus corrects them by explaining their relative value, in fact, predicting their early destruction.
(let the reader use discernment) Mt 24:15

IKEA were very quick to respond to my email and have changed the book in the 5 catalogues I’ve seen online so far. I’m impressed by how they acted on this.  Due to JwOrg having corrupt and harmful policies i thought it was necessary IKEA knows about it.  I will add the e-mails and Tweets in this vid. EXTRACT] Review of Current Records:
After discussing this letter as a body of elders, we would like the secretary along with the coordinator, or another assigned elder, to review what is currently in the congregation’s confidential file. They should examine the contents of all sealed envelopes in the file to confirm that they contain only the documents mentioned in the Shepherd book, chapter 22, paragraphs 22-23. The assigned elders should adhere to the direction in paragraph 26 when determining if the entire contents of the envelope should be destroyed. If the elders are not sure if a particular document needs to be retained, they should feel free to contact the Service Department for assistance.
Please ensure that all records kept in the file are in harmony with what is outlined in the Shepherd book, chapter 22, and our comments above. Additionally, we ask that each elder check his personal computer, or hard copy files, and even his meeting bag, to ensure that no confidential correspondence is retained outside the congregation’s confidential file. We would like the secretary to confirm with each elder that this has been done.

    @BillyTheKid46 quotes:
"The Watchtower doesn’t directly claim clergy privilege, it’s automatically given by each State that has it in their legal binding. (I.e. laws)"
"Then, perhaps the above will be clearer as to who is advocating the “clergy” identity. It’s not the Watchtower, but the legal system by definition."

Indeed, the Watchtower has a “clergy”; albeit a counterfeit one, and they know it.
    “Representative”:
Adjective:  Typical; having the same properties or interest as a larger group.
                         Representing, showing a likeness
Noun:  One who may speak for another in a particular capacity, especially in negotiation.
“Representing the royal priesthood are appointed elders, who serve in positions of responsibility in congregations of Jehovah’s people around the earth. These men deserve our respect and wholehearted support, whether they are of the anointed or not. Why? Because, through his holy spirit, Jehovah has appointed the older men to their positions.
In what way are elders appointed by holy spirit?
19 These older men meet the requirements that are set out in God’s Word, which is a product of God’s spirit. (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9) Hence, their appointment can be said to be by holy spirit. (Acts 20:28)    W 02/8/1 p. 13,14

They flex this assumed role according to their advantage.  If it means disfellowshipping individuals, (including members of the “royal priesthood”) judging them as unsuitable to remain in their idolatrous “Zion”, the elder body must be recognized for their falsely given “priestly” authority.  After all, it can be said they were appointed by Holy Spirit, they say.
In the court system, they will either defend their clergy-penitent privilege to their advantage; or deny it exists, because they have created their loophole, being “representatives” of the authentic priestly “clergy”.  In all cases, it is total hypocrisy.
2 Chron 13:9 - “You forced out the Lord’s priests who were Aaron’s descendants, and you forced out the Levites so that you could appoint your own priests, as the people in foreign countries do. Anyone who has a young bull and seven rams can be ordained as a priest of nonexistent gods.
W 02/8/1 p. 13,14  “Rather than challenge their authority, we truly appreciate our hardworking elders! Their record of faithful service, often over many decades, inspires our trust.”

“They (Korah and his men) came together to confront Moses and Aaron and said to them, “You’ve gone far enough! Everyone in the whole community is holy, and the Lord is among them. Why do you set yourselves above the Lord’s assembly?”
Moses also said to Korah, “Listen, you Levites! 9 Isn’t it enough for you that the God of Israel has separated you from the rest of the community of Israel? The Lord has brought you near himself to do the work for his tent and stand in front of the community to serve them. 10 He has brought you and all the other Levites near himself, but now you demand to be priests. 11 So you and all your followers have joined forces against the Lord! Who is Aaron that you should complain about him?”  Numbers, chapter 16
“Don’t let anyone deceive you about this in any way. That day cannot come unless a revolt takes place first, and the man of sin, the man of destruction, is revealed. He opposes every so-called god or anything that is worshiped and places himself above them, sitting in God’s temple (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; 2 Cor 6:16; Rev 11:1-3) and claiming to be God.” 2 Thess 2:3,4

POINT 1. and POINT 2.  are paraphrased words said by Jesus. He has been in safe position while talking about the issue.
All other people who latter want to tell something about, to make comment about "generation" found themselves on very slippery and insecure place.  Because they were trying to interpret the meaning.

So also, when you see all these things, you will know that He is near, right at the door. 34Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until allthese things have happened. 35Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.
Many people would agree how those things Jesus was told to his disciples and described in chapter 24 was happened in 1 century.
Problem arise if we want to see another fulfillment, again, ..... second .... or third or fourth? I haven't "light" that would be able to explain yours or other people expectations about some second fulfillment. I am not inspired, guided or motivated. I can err in explanations :))
Thing that i can do is to ask questions, to examine ideas and doctrines about issue, and to reevaluate results. The changes that are about this topic arose and disappeared in WTJWORG indicates that JW scholars wander in the fog. In fact, they adapt the interpretations of the "generation" to other insecure, questionable theses.
