This is what Reddit.com said: "Most modern popular music has an alternating structure, where verses with different lyrics alternate with a chorus (or refrain) that has substantially the same lyrics each time. Often, after a few verses and choruses, there will be a new section called the bridge, which will have a new, contrasting melody and often a new key.
