Plus, Pfizer is looking to zero in on its lucrative prescription drug business that has helped boost shares 7.5% YoY. This might be déjà vu all over again for Pfizer. It sold its consumer healthcare business to J&J back in 2006 for $16.6 billion only to buy another portfolio (which included Advil and ChapStick) when it acquired Wyeth in 2009.
