What makes me wonder after reading this two posts of yours is this: For all those who want to escape from dangerous places, primarily they need to have many important and detailed information about who is who in this fight, and where they are placed and where they will go.
How they heard and collect such "classified" information? Also they needed political and military understanding of such information. If first Christians (ex-Jews) acted as Christians aka JW's today, who, according to WT publication, are as 1st Christians in 1st Century, that means they are not part of the World, and not interested in political and military things of this world. That would means, both of this Christians (in 1st century and JW's today) are not "able" to have, to get such kind of secular understanding of political movement and plans, because they are occupied exclusively with spiritual things and matters inside congregation.
What WTJWorg and JW members doing is looking at the general "signs", such as wars, earthquakes, pestilence, shortage of food, crimes and similar. Some sort of going into political examinations and understanding and to giving political picture, analyze about who is "King of the North", who is "Gog of Magog" and similar shows lack of real knowledge and understanding, because interpretations was changed through history. In fact what sort of knowledge GB showed? Political? Religious? Or mixed?  
I am not saying how our looking to go deeper in understanding and our tries to get, to see more is not good, as you showed in your posts (that was good to read for me and helped me to wrote this comment), but want to say how (temporary) WTJWorg attitude "to not be part of the world" also it can mean: We are not voting and not take sides, but we are interested to understand political moves of "our enemies" to be able to escape bad things.
Obviously, GB understanding of political moves in Russia didn't be of much use and "they didn't escape on time" from Russia territory to save life (from suffer and prison) and basic material things. 1st Christians done exactly this. Didn't want to be martyrs, or to suffer for religious rights and similar reasons. 

The best way to sanctify Jehovah's name is as Jesus told in John 15:8: My Father is glorified in this, that you keep bearing much fruit and prove yourselves my disciples. .....12  This is my commandment, that you love one another just as I have loved you.
Matthew 5:22 However, I say to you that everyone who continues wrathful with his brother will be accountable to the court of justice; and whoever addresses his brother with an unspeakable word of contempt will be accountable to the Supreme Court; whereas whoever says, ‘You despicable fool!’ will be liable to the fiery Ge·henʹna.
43  “You heard that it was said: ‘You must love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44  However, I say to you: Continue to love your enemies and to pray for those who persecute you, 45  so that you may prove yourselves sons of your Father who is in the heavens,
Paulus, how do you know if the governing body is right condemning me and my understanding? Could it not just be that they are themselves mistaken?
 

@Arauna  , didn't took time to see videos you put. I think how G. Jackson gave some explanation on JWorg TV about "correct" and "wrong" pronunciation. But who can be sure does he know enough about it and what is his "agenda" :))
You gave explanation about two sort of reasons why pronunciation of name was not clearly known. Jew's tradition based on God's command to not using Divine Name in vain, and second is Roman's efforts to preventing any use of Divine Name. If Jews already not using Name in every day life nor in Temple, i am not sure what would be interest for Romans to prevent what was already not been practice in Jew's nation for very long time before Romans came on Israel territory.
I am not sure that using of noun "Father" as way of conversation to God, is in same range as other titles. Because using of this word speaking about specific relation between two persons. Even word "God" is specific and i am not thinking of it as merely as title of person who is creator of life. Problem with such words coming when individual in India or Asia want to explain or convince some individual in Europe or Africa what God is his God and therefore God for each and everyone in this World. :))

Perhaps to say "Father" or "Heavenly Father" would be best solution .... or "God", with large G letter
In fact, this terminology is supported by Jesus' famous prayer as answer on his disciples question, asking; "teach us to pray."

I get it. Jehovah takes no pleasure in the suffering of humans and therefore would have him killed without much suffering.
I get it. You would take pleasure in prolonging the suffering of a fellow human because they were apostate. You like the idea of prolonged torture against enemies.

(James 2:11-13) If, now, you do not commit adultery but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of law. 12 Keep on speaking and behaving in such a way as those do who are going to be judged by the law of a free people. 13 For the one who does not practice mercy will have his judgment without mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

If we wanted to understand how voices, letters and words were created, and then how their meaning came about, we would have a difficult task.
On the other hand, it is very simplistic to accept the appearance of a fully developed and clear language appearing with Adam and Eve. But things get even more complicated when we read the report that God initiated many fully developed languages during the time of Nimrod. It means that God is the source of the meaning of every vocabulary.
The words and their origin, concept and meaning that have or have had to people before us or today sometimes changes.
Asking a question or doubt as to whether it is permissible to use a particular word is not completely justified. It's similar to some "vulgar" word. Is "vulgar" word vulgar in itself? I don't think so. The social community has begun to find the word shameful and wants to put it out of use. You know that some people in their curses send an interlocutor with whom they disagree "go to that * thing *". What is "that thing"? Male or female sex organ. What would be the difference if we used a medical or lexical official term for a particular part of the body instead of a vulgar word? Would that even be vulgar swearing then?
Does particular word  have any "magic" meaning? Is there a word of "pagan" origin? Words serve to distinguish between different persons, things or phenomena. The wrong purpose of a particular word is another question. If I start using the word "car" for every house I see in town, it means that others will not understand me or say that I'm a lunatic. But if I gain enough supporters then in that group that word will have exactly that meaning.
 

I was thinking of my family’s resources for drinking water where I live. One son receives gravity fed spring water from a jagged faced mountain across the road, that has been tested to be on par with the cleanest source of drinking water in the U.S. It is delicious. Our other son’s well taps into water that has seeped through bedrock under the flowing waters of a mountain stream, located just a few hundred yards from his little house. It too, is delicious and refreshing. On the other hand, the well water I drink must be filtered twice, to remove any murky sediment and gravel bits, to ensure an adequate drinking source. Although my well was dug into the earth at a depth of 365 feet to miss the iron layer that pollutes many water systems in the area, I have had better mountain well water than what I drink from now. My son’s well is 150’ deep and of course there is only a holding tank to capture the spring water feeding my other son’s 90 year-old cabin.
So, what is the definition of pure drinking water? My source must be made purer than its original form, but it will never be considered pure; whereas I believe the two other sources are naturally purified and superior drinking sources.
Robert Luccioni, a GB helper recently used the term “pure waters of truth”, as never before offered by the organization. Has the WT’s water/teachings ever been truly “pure”? And are they today? The speaker defended his source of spiritual provisions by using an exaggerated argument. He said all around the world you will find “brothers and sisters” feeling closer to the organization than ever before. How does this statement show the organization has “pure waters of truth”? Numbers and growth of a religion do not prove anything, since there are many religious organizations that teach lies with much larger numbers than the WT. (Luke 13:24; Matt 7:21) This GB helper left a vague picture of an earthly organization producing what is deemed as the only spring of “living waters” that one could find on this earth.

“Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, ‘If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink! He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water.’” John 7:37,38
"But whoever drinks from the water that I will give him will never get thirsty again. In fact, the water I will give him will become a well of water springing up in him for eternal life." John 4:14
A true disciple of Christ would be distinguished by the water source he or she “drinks” from; and subsequently, offers to others. His “well”, or heart is filled with living water. (Luke 8:8,11,15)
Certainly, JWs look toward the organization as the source of “living water”; but through the abundance of doctrinal errors, and changed teachings, much like dirty water filters, it show it has taken a route from the true, pure living water Source, Jesus Christ. It has contaminated Christ’s teachings with men’s ideas and deceitful lies. In this impure state, its ability to spiritually nourish one to “life”, is impossible. (1 Cor 10:21; Isa 28:8; 2 Tim 4:3,4)
The speaker made an interesting comment which I will paraphrase. He said Satan’s intent is to ‘neutralize’, or eliminate the effect of…or ultimately dissolve…God’s “life-giving guidance”. Isn’t this exactly what the organization has done by neutralizing the truth from Christ, with a copious amount of “new light” in the form of men’s doctrines, historically and today?
He quoted Jer 2:13 - “For My people have committed two evils:
They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters,
And hewn themselves cisterns—broken cisterns that can hold no water.”
“Living water” is found at the Source, Jesus Christ; yet, at the time of the end, God’s people are thirsting for this life-giving water, with the majority not realizing it. Truth has slipped through their fingers. (Amos 8:10-12)
The speaker mentioned one’s “treacherous heart” could stop a person from responding to God’s “directives”, or His wisdom. (Jer 17:9) These directives which the WT blatantly ignores, are found in Christ’s words.
“A good person produces good out of the good stored up in his heart. An evil person produces evil out of the evil stored up in his heart, for his mouth speaks from the overflow of the heart.” Luke 6:45
“For there is no good tree that produces bad fruit, nor on the other hand a bad tree that produces good fruit, 44 for each tree is known by its own fruit. For figs are not gathered from thorn plants, nor are grapes harvested from thorn bushes. 45 The good person out of the good treasury of his heart brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasury brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.” Luke 6:43-45
Can a well suddenly produce pristine water after offering a polluted version for years? Not my well. It is either just adequate to drink, or cloudy, indicating the filters need changing. I can always depend on sediment returning in my water system. In the organization, not only has years of sediment polluted their “waters”, but a heavy iron layer…the “man of lawlessness”/elder body…has corroded and weakened the hearts of the anointed who are to carry and teach the laws of God – the Truth of Christ’s Word. (Ezek 34:18,19) (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Heb 8:10; Mal 2:7) (Luke 21:20,21; Matt 24:15; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1,2; 9:3,4,9,10; 13:5-7)
Yet, those with eyes that see, have discovered that WT’s glass of “pure water”, is instead, pure poison. It is only those whose hearts are “treacherous”, believe their ‘filtered’ waters are now offering pure teachings of truth, never to be had before. From the beginning, the organization has leaned on its “own understanding”, outlined in Prov 3:5 and quoted by the speaker.
“From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so! 11 A spring does not pour forth from the same opening fresh and bitter water, does it? 12 A fig tree is not able, my brothers, to produce olives, or a grapevine figs. Neither can a saltwater spring produce fresh water.” James 3:10-12
In the last days, there are two sources of waters – teachings – that declare to be truth; one that neutralizes any living truth from Christ, through the deceitful work of “Wormwood”. (Phil 2:15; 1 Cor 10:12; 2 Pet 2:1; Jude 1:12,13; Rev 9:1,2; 8:10,11)
The other choice, is offered by Christ’s genuine faithful servants, producing “good fruit”; devoid of all the fanfare, organization, or exaltation of men with their assigned titles, or the sensational announcement of heightened numbers of “brothers and sisters” found all over the world. (John 7:18, 38; 16:13; Dan 12:4,9; Rev 22:6; 1:1; Rev 19:7,9,10; Matt 22:2,8,9) 
Jesus said, "Wisdom is PROVED RIGHTEOUS by its children/results/works" (Luke 7:35) (John 7:17,18; 8:54,50).
Although the governing body claims that they are "the faithful slave", and they enforce that claim with an army of Gentile "elders"...
If by their own admission, the "wisdom" that they previously declared, is conceded as error (needs to be changed), then it was never God's wisdom (Jer 14:14; 23:16,15; Rev 8:10,11).
How does a teacher "PROVE RIGHTEOUS", and therefore, exhibit genuine wisdom?
Rom 3:4 tells us...
"Let God be true, and every human being a liar. As it is written: "So that you may be *proved righteous* (John 7:18 16:13) when you speak, and prevail when you judge."
There it is. If our speech is to be proven righteous and therefore wise and true, we must accept that God is true, and each of us, is a liar.
We prove our belief that God is true, when we derive ALL we teach, from scripture (John 17:17; 16:13; 7:17,18) and Holy spirit (John 4:23,24). If we don't, it is not God who lied, but us.
If our teachings are from God's Word, it will be found wise and true, and be proven righteous. It will not need to "vary" or change (1 John 1:5; James 1:17).

WTJworg "persecution" and "final of final days" is described in publications, videos and interpretations with picture of human enemies who will try to put all JW's to be inactive in worshiping God, to force them for compromise about worship and finally to "destroy" JW's if they refuse to obey secular governments.
Of course we can put this corona virus events in that format too. But it seems how GB leaders don't think how secular commands about health issue have something with "persecution". Corona Virus is just "sign" for "final part of final part of last days". Perhaps some of them wondering will this be how devil will stop worldwide preaching service. And congregational meetings. This two things are big tools of how JW's is organized and how they operate. And this can put on test their loyalty and spiritual health. Because they are temporary cut off from normal and regular way of spiritual life and activity. Yes they using technology in this moment, but that is also "under devil influence" and situation can be changed in a second.
Issue of "flee" is not reserved only for some future events, but is everyday question. Because spiritual "flee" from wrong doctrines and interpretations, from organized religion and other things too, is always very actual
  

My wife and i sat and watched this Special Talk on Sunday 5th April 2020
In honesty I thought it was a bit weak, but I suppose it was for 'people of the world', or was it to convince the congregants ?
However the stupidity of starting the talk with the idea of comparing to other religions and their morality. 
Come on, even some of you have said CSA is everywhere, in all religions. And divorce, and fornication. 
The CCJW is not seen as the clean religion standing out above other religions anymore. It is rather naive to think that the public find the CCJW cleaner or with higher moral standards. Or was it aimed at JWs ? Who really was he trying to convince? 
And the second failure was the 'picture of the GB etc'. The speaker makes the point that Jesus is the leader, which of course is good. But then he shows this picture of the GB and others as if the picture is from God. He was using scripture, great, but then this picture, as if it came from the same source. 
Anyone that was convinced by it must be very naive or lack intelligence. And the excuse cannot be that God and Christ use the less intellectual, because the Bible tells us to make sure of all things. The speaker did not use any scripture in relation to the picture, but tried to convince people that just because it was in that picture it must be true. How totally uninspired is that ?  A picture of Christ above the GB, above others in the CCJW. with no scriptural backing. 
And then he went on to ask 'How would you show how you accept Christ's leadership ? ' He follows this by quoting Matthew 16 v 24, to disown oneself and follow Christ. 
But that in no way proves that the CCJW are the way to go. It says to follow Jesus Christ. 
One last point, he mentions the Great Crowd 'described in Revelation' but once again NO scripture. 
A very poor talk with very little basis and even less scripture. It really showed a lack of God's Holy Spirit.

I think you have stated the question very well and have already implied the answers.
Yes, some see it as a ritual. But it really is a ritual, just as baptism is a ritual that is not optional. Some religions also treat all wedding ceremonies and even funerals as rituals. Some have different or additional rites and rituals. For one who considers himself or herself anointed, it is like baptism: not an optional ritual.
As you (and the WT said) the important thing is not to see the ritual as something more than it is. It is not a necessary part of salvation, but an opportunity for a personal and public expression of faith, just like baptism. Although it seems appropriate that members of the other sheep should joyfully celebrate such expressions of faith by the anointed, it is too solemn to be considered a celebration. It is often more solemn than some Witness funerals. There is such quiet and seriousness, that no one even seems to notice if someone, somewhere in the Hall, had partaken. Sometimes, I only notice whether all the glasses, initially filled to exactly the same height, come back to the front table with one of them having less wine in it. And then I wonder if there was a partaker, or if some sister got some wine accidentally spilled on her dress.
For a time, the Watchtower made it clear that persons who were of the "other sheep" class, were not invited to the Memorial. Some time later, it was made clear that they would not partake of the emblems and they were invited to join.
Sometimes (rarely) we hear the objection that the other sheep only attend in order to show that they are refusing to follow Jesus command to "Take, Eat!" and "Take. Drink!"  Or even as if we are only there to physically reject the symbols of Jesus' ransom, I have answered that this is just as much a way for the other sheep to express their faith in an earthly paradise under the rule of Jesus and the 144,000 but separate from them.
I have seen Memorials where the scene is "over-the-top" ritualistic when the emblems are offered and refused by the speaker. It can seem even more so where the speaker partakes, and it looks like the changing of the guard at Buckingham when a specially choreographed arrangement is made on the stage for up to 4 servers and the speaker to pass the emblems among themselves, with the speaker in the middle and a table off to each side.
 

I have noticed many friends seem to be stressing about the acquisition of the memorial symbols during the coronavirus lockdown. There have been quite a few discussions on social media and in person.
These discussions were mainly regarding the necessity for memorial symbols if such became troublesome to purchase and if no one in the household was a partaker. The elders sent out information, one  of which was the 85 WT 2/1/ p. 31 "question from readers" ( https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1985128 )which says in part:
"On occasion, raging storms or floods have prevented a congregation, or some of its members, from meeting together as planned. In rare cases, martial law has been in effect with armed soldiers barring citizens from being out-of-doors after sunset. Other Christians have not been able to be at the congregation’s celebration because of being hospitalized or seriously ill. What can be done in such instances?
While it is fitting for the whole congregation to unite for this important event, circumstances such as noted above may make that impossible. When extreme weather, a natural disaster, or the like, absolutely prevents a family or a portion of a congregation from meeting with the congregation, the isolated ones can meet and discuss Scriptural accounts such as found in Luke 22:7-23, 28-30 and; 1 Corinthians 11:20-31, as well as discussing the meaning of the occasion. Similarly, if an enforced curfew makes it impossible for a congregation to gather on the appropriate night, meeting in Congregation Book Study groups or neighborhood groups might be the best alternative, the sum of those in attendance serving as the congregation’s attendance report. A brief talk may even be given if a capable, dedicated brother is in the group. There need not be concern that no suitable emblems are available as long as no one in this emergency situation previously partook of the bread and the wine as an anointed Christian".
It made me think about the whole topic a little bit more. To observe the memorial was a command by Jesus for the anointed, and as far as I am aware, there is nothing in the Bible commanding the great crowd to observe it, even as spectators. However, at the beginning, before the great crowd was identified, all were partakers. After that, the emblems kept being passed, and those who were anointed partook, and those who were not obviously didn't. Fast forward to today, in a congregation setting, even if we "know" that currently no one partakes, that can change. So while all the anointed are not sealed yet, we cannot assume, and stop passing along the emblems on the account that we think no one is anointed in our congregation. No one is asked beforehand if they are going to partake, that only becomes evident when the emblems reach them, and they eat the bread and drink the wine. That way, no one is put on the spot. Of course, on top of that, since we are one flock, and we support the anointed in everything, we observe the memorial with them, as spectators, and also to show appreciation for what Jesus did for us. But, under lockdown circumstances if we know for sure no one is going to partake in our family, then there is really no need for the emblems. That's how I see it anyway. But some prefer to have the emblems to help them visualize things better. Although we are supposed to be walking by faith, not by sight...😀
I like how our website puts it: "The purpose of the Lord’s Evening Meal is to remember Jesus, showing our gratitude for his sacrifice in our behalf. Unfortunately, it seems like some are viewing the memorial as some kind of religious ritual, and are even going to pass the emblems among themselves as if touching them somehow makes all the difference....Because I come from a Catholic family, I find this kind of reasoning a little disappointing...
Also, I don't know if anyone has listened to the memorial talk, the brother says that Jehovah's Witnesses would risk their lives to be at the memorial. In view of all the above, isn't that statement a little far fetched?

Old Israel have had longer history than 1st Congregation and WTJWorg together. All in all, it is notable to see how their God left to Israel people, how they would like to handle inside problems. About politics, about economy, about religious doctrines. God showed patient and wait to see, according to Bible. And when they failed to make changes, He made them to make changes. From some inside moves or from outside forces (other nations). 
Well, if JW's members stay inactive, despite facts how they see wrongs of own leaders, someone else will do the job.

This relates to Matthew 24 v 48 - 49  48  “But if ever that evil slave says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying,’b 49  and he starts to beat his fellow slaves ... 
The reason that the (GB) evil slave says that " My Master is delaying " is because the ( GB ) evil slave have been concerned about the exact time of Armageddon. They have been predicting the 'time of the end' over and over again. They are now embarrassed about their false prediction and have had to admit to NOT being inspired of Holy spirit. This of course makes them more worried about their position and escalates the beating of their Fellow Slaves. 
BUT @TrueTomHarley  Still says that no one can disfellowship the GB. 
This shows that the GB have exalted themselves above the rest of the Slave Anointed ones and shows proof of the hierarchy in the CCJW. 
 

"I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge" (Rev 20:4)   "If you forgive anyone's sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven." (John 20:23). In the context of the last scripture (John 20:22), Jesus showed how, some are authorized to forgive, or not forgive, sins. It reads; "When He had said this, He breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit."   It was the breath of holy spirit, which made them qualified priests, to judge. *But who is it, that judges, today?* Is it God's priests, who have received holy spirit from Christ? No. A different identity has been empowered by "breath"/spirit... to do judging. But it is not by "holy" spirit/breath.   In speaking of what the false prophet does... Rev.13:15 reads; "He was granted to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast could both speak and cause all who refused to worship the image of the beast, to be killed."   Can you see that the beast, is given authority to judge and execute, those who refuse to idolize the beast's image? Can you see that the "breath"/spirit, and its' authority to judge, come from the false prophet?   Isn't it interesting, that the governing body has declared from its own mouth, that the WT is "spirit-directed" and it's representative body of "elders", are authorized to judge and condemn to spiritual death, those who refuse to worship the image of the WT as of God?   Rev. 13:11, says of the false prophet, "he had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon.". Rev.16:13 helps us to know where the false prophet got the spirit that is in its mouth, which authorizes the WT "elder" to condemn those refusing to idolize the organization they represent. It reads; "Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming from the dragon’s mouth, from the mouth of the false prophet, and from the mouth of the beast".   Satan's empowerment of this Cult, is repeated in many scriptures (2 Thess 2:3-12; Rev 9:1-3), as well as the effect it has on God's people (Matt 24:24,25; Rev 13:7,10; Col 2:8). (1Cor.6:1-3) Pearl Doxsey   ****************************************** Just a sidepoint: I was speaking with a friend about Armageddon a while back, and she had recalled reading in an old dictionary, the term “new skin” attached to the meaning of Armageddon. Out of curiosity, I did a bit of research and came across someone’s description of the Bible’s use of frogs in Rev 16:13. (Rev 16:12-14)   But firstly, the demonic expressions coming from the mouth of the dragon, the Beast from the Sea and the false prophet/Beast from the Earth as “frogs”, indicates a gradual shift from what was truth, to a full-fledged lie. This can be related to the life cycle of a frog beginning as an egg, transforming into a tadpole and finishing off as a completely different looking creature. This change can be expressed in doctrinal adjustments called “new light”, throughout the organization’s history. I’m still running across subtle changes evident in the organization’s literature, that for most JWs go undetected, over their gradual development into a complete lie.   Yet, there are other characteristics of a frog to be considered.   They are cold-blooded. Trampling one’s “brother” into submission to a dual ruler-ship, and subsequently passing judgment as spiritually “dead”, is a cold-hearted act developed and practiced in stricter measures today. (John 13:34,35; Matt 24:12; Luke 21:12; Matt 24:48-51; John 16:2; Rev 13:15)    Frogs inhabit both the land and the sea, and are able to “breathe” or absorb oxygen in both elements. “The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name.” Rev 13:1 “Then I saw a second beast, coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon.” Rev 13:11   And this interesting thought; frogs frequently shed their skin, providing a renewed look, while supporting their ability to breathe easily in water. Old skin is pulled off and eaten. “About once a week, frogs shed their skin. The process begins with the frog doing a lot of twisting, bending, and stretching to loosen the old skin. The organization’s old debunked and modified teachings provided temporary “nourishment” through their life span. How so? Revelation speaks of the Beast from the earth requiring a 'buying and selling' of a restricted diet within its own monopoly of spiritual food. This is produced by the false prophet, that in the long run, only sustains the growth of the idol and those who spearhead its development - the false prophet/Harlot and the Beast she rides. (Rev 8:10,11;13:1,4,7,8,11,16,17; 17:15)    Just as a frog’s old skin disappears, the majority of the younger JWs today are not aware of the old teachings, but only the new progressive format and doctrine. They ‘buy’ into it, with their dedication, service and material goods that sustains the idol/Beast from the Sea. (Rev 13:17)    It takes a lot of “twisting, bending and stretching” for the leaders of the organization to produce new skin, aka “new light”, as the example of the “generation” teaching throughout the years, vividly reveals. 2 Pet 2:1-3     “Announce this to the descendants of Jacob

It seems the circumstances that prompts disfellowshipped JWs to return to the organization are usually after suffering severe hardships from one’s life choices, or the longing to return to family and friends. It could also be the loss of status and recognition no longer received on the outside. Often, it is a combination of all these reasons.   As I listened to a short clip of a circuit overseer’s account relating his choice and experience upon leaving the organization when young, it was apparent that he left for selfish reasons; and, he returned for selfish reasons. There was no awakening to the organization’s falsehoods and hypocrisy, no seeking truth through Jesus Christ, but purely his motivation was to experience the world of drugs and immorality, which brought him to the brink of collapse. This was not the difficult road to finding truth that many experience when leaving the WT, but an alternative fork in Satan’s deceptive world, leading to hardship. (Matt 5:10,11; 7:14)    Before doing this, he had been a regular pioneer, a title that comes with status, and was supported fully by his family through his development process of becoming a baptized JW. He stated his return came with discipline through guidance of ‘loving’ elders. He mentioned that this discipline ‘molded and trained’ him…to accomplish what? As he said; ultimately, he received “privileges and service” that he would never have imagined.   I thought of the frequent use of the word, ‘privilege’ found in the magazines. Just quickly searching for it on the JW website, brought up 3,891 hits. I tend to bristle at the organization’s use of this word, since it relays a sense of superiority, from the elite leadership, down to its members. (Matt 20:26,27; 23:12; Phil 2:3,4)  The apostles and anointed throughout time, suffered affliction repeatedly, while under service to God and their Master. (Acts 7:57-70; 1 Cor 4:11-13; 2 Cor 11:23-29; 1 Pet 4:12; Heb 10:32; 2 Tim 3:12)   The peace and love they experienced was amidst those conditions, which is completely contrary to this man’s experience. Likewise, those who leave this Beast/organization and its “false prophet” to serve the Father whole-souled, suffer persecution from their own spiritual and fleshly family members. Jesus predicted that any who obey his teachings and follow him, would expect such treatment from their own people. (Luke 10:25-28; Matt 5:10,11;10:38; John 15:18; Luke 21:12; John 16:2; Heb 13:13; 2 Tim 3:12; Rev 13:15) 
The type of privileges and service the overseer and thousands like him enjoy, is not related to serving God; but related to serving men and their disciplinary rules necessary to run an earthly organization – a religious idol. (Rom 1:25; Rev 13:1,2,4,11,12,16,17)    The English word, “privilege” can be defined as “a special right, advantage, or immunity granted or available only to a particular person or group.” Contrast that with the Bible’s use of the word, “charis” (Rom 12:6) which many translations do define as “privilege”; yet, its primary application is “graciousness…especially the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in the life; including gratitude”. Basically, it is the gift of divine favor, grace and its benefit. Through the anointed Body of Christ, these gifts of the Spirit benefit all believers in Christ. (1 Cor 12:4-7; 1 Cor 4:1; 2 Cor 5:20; Eph 4:29)    Who bestowed the “privilege” of bearing the title of elder and circuit overseer on this man? God? Although it is said that Holy Spirit plays a hand in deciding who becomes an elder, they are appointed through a system of recommendations by a body of elders and circuit overseers. On the other hand, an anointing by God, which is an appointment of service under Christ, involves no other person but the individual receiving the outpouring of Holy Spirit. (John 15:16; Rom 5:5; 8:16,28; 1 John 2:27; Gal 1:11,12) While this appointment by the Father is both subtly attacked and ignored in the organization, man’s choice of who are to shepherd, is heightened and honored. (Jer 23:1,2)    The circuit overseer calls elders “trained spiritual doctors”. (Jer 8:11) This type of verbiage is just what JWs willingly respond to. I’ve heard many members fully defend the elder body, while giving little notice to the anointed in their congregations, whose spiritual “molding” and training is to be received directly from God and their Head, Jesus Christ. (2 Cor 4:7; Eph 2:10; Phil 2:13; Heb 13:20,21)    Yet, the majority of God’s called ones, also defend the power and privilege of those who rule over them. The “divine influence on the heart” of an anointed one is the receiving of God’s laws as His priest. No JW can see this with their spiritual perception, let alone with their literal eyes; thus, these laws lay unheeded in the anointed heart. An anointed one is not sought after to teach the people. (Mal 2:7; 1 Pet 2:5,9; Heb 8:10) JWs see the training of elders through regulations and protocol outlined by the organization, which takes precedence over the laws of God fulfilled in Christ. (Matt 5:17-20; Mark 7:7,8; Col 2:20,21; Eph 4:14; Gal 1:11,12) This is exactly what Satan desires them to see. (2 Thes 2:3,4,9-12; Rev 13:1-4)    "When Jesus describes which of his slaves are rewarded in the life to come, he portrays them...
NOT as men who have already honored themselves or one another....
but as men that wait for Jesus himself to judge and honor them...when he returns.

They may not use the title "Reverend", but they do use the titles of "elder", "overseer", Pioneer", etc.
all of which bestow undeserved honor. To learn FROM THE BIBLE who deserves to be called an "older man" and "overseer", is to realize that those who carry these titles, do so without scriptural backing. They may believe that they fulfill the scriptural qualifications (1Tim.3:1-9) for these titles, but they believe so in their ignorance. They do not dig deep enough into the Bible, to see who these "overseers" really are (1Pet.5:2; Deut.15:10; Isa.65:22).  The word "pioneer" or "governing body" is not in the Bible (Gal.1:15,16,17,11,12; Mark10:42,43), nor their designations, nor their positions (Matt.6:1,2,3,4). In truth, his return was to the same spiritually corrupt religious system he had left; this time to rise in rank as an integral element in the “trampling” of God’s Temple priesthood, resulting in truth of God’s Word in Christ, being cast “to the ground”. We living all under hierarchy system. We don't know nothing else, from our born. And we all have "problems", or we facing with issue of "equality" through all life, more or less. In all life fields. Including JWorg "spirituality" that can't escape from same problems.
General picture in JW World is how people who are in some "special" service inside Organization, are in such service because they are "deeply spiritual". That means, "spirituality" is proved by manifestations in material matters. Some working and living in Betel, some spending many hours in preaching, some are elders etc. Ordinary JW feels as some blessing or privilege to be in society with such people. Why we personally feels to be "privileged" if we are invited to help in Betel, to have lunch with them? Or to have them as guests in our home, to have conversation with some of such persons? If we are "equal", how people in such religious group can avoid to consider "friendship" with this specific individuals as "privilege"? Or in any other social group, on our work place etc?
As @James Thomas Rook Jr. well said we are not "equal", because we all are different and have different characteristic and are different in our "spirituality". Because of age, because of experience, because of our wishes etc.
Are we all "equal" before God? I want believe we are. But religious system, even "the best" one in WTJWorg :))), proves members are not equal before men, and by that also not before god who has "representatives" in JWorg priesthood class. Don't forget how "priesthood class" aka elders (many in special services of all kind too) are (have to be) the most "spiritual" individuals, not only in the Organization, but also in whole World. We all know that is not real to expect.   
This is very good thought. We have to be powerful and unique individuals who contributing to welfare for yourself and   all other people in place we are living, and by that to whole World. Thanks @4Jah2me

I think @JW Insider  said that the so called signs were actually just the opposite. They are things not to get excited about, because it gives false hope. 
And as I've said before Jesus warned against those looking for 'signs'. Looking for physical signs is showing a physical viewpoint not a spiritual viewpoint. 
Surely there are many things to happen between now and the Judgement.
