Werte Queen Esther, liebe Anke,
Du hast zuviele Nägel genau auf den Kopf getroffen, zu viele, um sie hier zu beantworten. Auch dieser Nagel ist "geköpft", wenn man es so sagen will. Der Paradies Train ist mir von einer VA eines KA im Kopf. Aber mein Kopfkino hat natürlich in meiner immerwährenden Suche nach Lösungen, die meine Heroes zur Wahrheit führen sollen seinen Platz gefunden. Nur ist meine Schreibblockade leider noch nicht völlig beendet. Es sind immer wieder nur auflodernde Flämmchen..

Lieber Peter, mir geht es ähnlich schlecht.... der Körper gibt unschöne Signale   Wenn man nichts unternimmt, wird es nicht besser. Ich hoffe, wir leben noch etwas...
Und ich hoffe sehr, es ist nichts Ernstes mit Dir?!!
Ich denke oft an Dich, mit einem schlechten Gewissen ;-(  Ein gutes Zeichen?  So oft wollte ich Dir schreiben....  fühle mich Deiner wertvollen, wirklich schönen Gedichte, einfach nicht gewachsen, so glaube ich.  Das hielt mich wohl vom Schreiben ab...
Aber die Zeit rennt so schnell dahin >>>>>>  erschreckend !
Spürte längst Deine Sehnsucht nach einer Antwort, wenigstens einige Zeilen....    Es sollen mehr Zeilen werden, besser per email u.privat.  Oder mal ein Tel.Gespräch?
Ich muß mir mehr Mühe geben, solange noch Zeit ist !

Dear Esther Queen, es ging/geht mir extrem heavy. Miserabler CT Befund. Mit Paradiese Train habe ich in ein Wespennest meiner Kreativität gestochen. Jetzt muß ich die entstandene  Novelle (Der Bahnhof) wieder zusammenkürzen, damit nur der Inhalt des ursprünglichen Gedichts übrigbleibt.

God’s Kingdom Rules! Page 230, par.19 & 20  says:
How to Prepare Ourselves
19  How can we prepare ourselves for the earthshaking
events that are to come? The Watchtower stated some years
ago: “Survival will depend on obedience.” Why is that so?
The answer is found in a warning from Jehovah to the captive
Jews living in ancient Babylon. Jehovah foretold that
Babylon would be conquered, but what were God’s people
to do to prepare themselves for that event? Jehovah stated:
“Go, my people, enter your inner rooms, and shut your
doors behind you. Hide yourself for a brief moment until
the wrath has passed by.” (Isa. 26:20) Note the verbs in this
verse: “go,” “enter,” “shut,” “hide”—all are in the imperative
mood; they are commands. The Jews who heeded those
commands would have stayed in their houses, away from
the conquering soldiers out in the streets. Hence, their survival
depended on obeying Jehovah’s instructions.[2]
 
20  What is the lesson for us? As in the case of those ancient
servants of God, our survival of coming events will
depend on our obedience to Jehovah’s instructions. (Isa.
30:21) Such instructions come to us through the congregation
arrangement. Therefore, we want to develop heartfelt
obedience to the guidance we are receiving. (1 John 5:3)
If we do so today, we will be more inclined to obey willingly
in the future and thus receive the protection of our Father,
Jehovah, and our King, Jesus. (Zeph. 2:3) That divine
protection will allow us to witness firsthand how God’s
Kingdom will completely remove its enemies. What an unforgettable
event that will be!
Prior to those paragraphs, and in harmony with Matthew 24, it was made clear that the sheep and the goats will have already been judged, the sheep being marked for survival. Why would there be further need to follow some other instructions in order to survive? Matthew 24 does not indicate anything about additional instructions as a criterion for survival. In fact it says “then two men will be in the field; one will be taken along and the other abandoned.  Two women will be grinding at the hand mill; one will be taken along and the other abandoned.” This indicates that people will be in ordinary situations, when they are “saved”. The rest of the gospels focus on doing God’s will and following in Christ’s footsteps as the criterion for gaining salvation. "For this is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments; and yet his commandments are not burdensome" 1John 5:3. None of the Greek scriptures talk about any special instructions that will have to be obeyed during the great tribulation and Armageddon.  It is only Isaiah that mentions this in relation to surviving the overthrow of Babylon, with similar references to the Passover in Egypt and perhaps also Noah entering the Ark.
I wonder why the Slave thinks that the same pattern will be followed when the ultimate destruction comes, as if Jehovah is not capable of saving individuals wherever they may be. Looking at it from a practical point of view, not everyone will be physically able to “go” or “shut” or “hide”. Think of the old and infirm.  The scripture in Zepheniah 2:3 talks about doing specific things well before  the day of Jehovah's anger. “Seek Jehovah, all you meek ones of the earth, Who observe his righteous decrees, seek righteousness, seek meekness. Probably you will be concealed on the day of Jehovah’s anger”.
The paragraph that follows,  (Par. 20) talks about us learning to obey the Slave now, so that when the time comes we will “obey” the Slave then, because our salvation depends on it.  But the scriptures clearly show our salvation depends on lots of other things, one of them being enduring faithfully to the end.  This was the symposium at this year’s Do not Give up convention as well. This included practical steps to “Run With Endurance”
·         Run to Win! (1 Corinthians 9:24)
·         Train Diligently (1 Corinthians 9:25-27)
·         Let Go of Unnecessary Burdens (Hebrews 12:1)
·         Imitate Good Examples (Hebrews 12:2, 3)
·         Eat Nutritious Food (Hebrews 5:12-14)
·         Drink Plenty of Water (Revelation 22:17)
·         Obey the Rules of the Contest (2 Timothy 2:5)
·         Be Confident of Gaining the Prize (Romans 15:13)
That pertains to everything we do now. And those are the things we will be judged on. That’s how we prepare ourselves surely? Not by obeying some last minute instructions as if Jehovah is not capable of saving each individual Witness wherever they may be, since the whole performance is going to involve supernatural powers anyway....Plus, it has been speculated that some may die at Armageddon, not by Jehovah's hand, but by other extenuating circumstances, even by being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I will do some more research on this....

Many find themselves searching with a search engine in one of the educational sites or networks. And find a page of apostates.
Is there criticism, information that you can not imagine, possibly lying?
Maybe you're thinking of statements like The Watchtower of 09.15.2002 on page 20:
"Doubts can be sown by the media, the Internet and today's apostates."
Or the Watchtower of 01.05.2000 admits on page 9 paragraph 9:
"Some defectors increasingly use various mass media, including the Internet, to spread false information about Jehovah's Witnesses."
Surely you've heard about the Bereans, who tried everything. And opponents use this argument to encourage you to read their pages:
"What would you do if you were looking for a new car? Would you ask the manufacturer or maybe look for a critical view with Google? A new television? Would you use Google to learn more about the vulnerabilities that the manufacturer hides? Why not with your Faith? Should not it be better verifiable and stronger than a car or television that you have for some years? "
Our slave, based on the Bible, admits that some of our people, due to lack of exact knowledge, have doubts. Watchtower 2015 says:  After this self-examination, you may have discovered that your faith is not as strong as you thought. But there is no reason to be discouraged. Even the apostle Peter let himself be carried away by fear and doubt. And on some occasions, Jesus rebuked all the apostles for their lack of faith.
And the same magazine adds:
"Read the Bible daily, study it and meditate on what you learn, but do not be content with that, research the issues you have doubts about".
We do not read that they encourage us to search in Google critical pages with our Faith,  in order to know the "truth".
What the Bible clearly says is:
"If any of you has a deficiency in wisdom, let him continue to ask God, because he gives generously to all, and without reproach, and it will be given to him.6 But let him continue to ask with faith, without doubting, because the that doubt is like a wave of the sea impelled by the wind and thrown from one part to another.7 In fact, that man who will receive anything from Jehovah will not appear, 8 he is an undecided man, inconstant in all his ways. Jehovah allows many testing situations to happen.  He will only intervene in this wicked world when the time is ready.  Satan is in control of this world and many bad things may still come to pass before Jehovah steps in. We can pray for our brothers and sisters to remain faithful and be wise so as to avoid problems which it is possible to sidestep.  If they are discreet (which we know they are), they will survive this oppressive regime.

@Queen Esther I think Jesus was just making the same point that Paul made in 1 Corinthians. Jesus made the point in a dramatic way that would catch everyone's attention. Paul, I think, is providing a commentary for the same point, showing that it was not literal, of course, but by personal choice. It's about the choice to marry or not to marry.
I merely pulled the three cross-referenced scriptures that the NWT uses for the verse in Matthew:
(1 Corinthians 7:32) Indeed, I want you to be free from anxiety. The unmarried man is anxious for the things of the Lord, how he may gain the Lord’s approval. (1 Corinthians 7:38) So also, whoever marries does well, but whoever does not marry will do better. (1 Corinthians 9:5) We have the right to be accompanied by a believing wife, as the rest of the apostles and the Lord’s brothers and Ceʹphas, do we not?

I figured I would start a topic on "peace and security' since so much news constantly comes out regarding this theme lately:
Paul in his letter to the Thessalonians.

He draws attention to “Jehovah’s day.” As used here, “Jehovah’s day” refers to the period that will start with the destruction of false religion and will culminate in the war of Armageddon. However, just before that day of Jehovah begins, world leaders will be saying “Peace and security!” This may refer to one event or to a series of events. Nations may think that they are close to solving some of their big problems.

..wir kommen nun einmal aus der Welt und sitzen in EINEM Boot auf der Welt Wogen. Haben uns uns oft mit letzter Kraft hineinbegeben. Wir sollen uns nicht wundern, dass manchmal die Brandung IN das Boot hineinschwappt, ganz zu Schweigen von dem Wasser, dass noch an unserem Körper klebt. Vor ein paar Tagen haben wir berichtet, dass ein  Königreichssaal in Deutschland mit 9 Punkten in Brand gesetzt worden war.  Die Feuerwehr kontrollierte das Feuer.
Die Polizei hat nach dem Betrachten der Sicherheitskameras im Gebäude den Brandstifter verhaftet,  der sich als Zeuge des Herrn dieser Halle erwiesen hat

Student: Sir, Es gibt mehrere Arten von Wärme, mehr Wärme, Überhitzung, mega Hitze, weiße Hitze, ein wenig Hitze oder gar keine Wärme. Wir können 458 Grad unter Null haben, was gar keine Wärme wäre. Aber danach gibt es nichts mehr. Es gibt keine Kälte. Kalt ist nur ein Wort das wir verwenden um die Abwesenheit der Wärme zu beschreiben. Wir können Kälte nicht messen. Wärme ist Energie. Kälte ist nicht das Gegenteil von Wärme, Sir, lediglich die Abwesenheit.
(Im Hörsaal war es still, man hätte einen Stift fallen hören können.)
Student: Was ist mit der Dunkelheit, Herr Professor? Gibt es so etwas wie eine Finsternis?
Professor: Ja. Was ist die Nacht, ist das keine Finsternis?
Student: Sie irren sich schon wieder, Sir. Die Dunkelheit ist die Abwesenheit von etwas. Sie können wenig Licht, normales Licht, helles Licht, Blinklicht haben. Wenn es aber gar kein Licht gibt, haben Sie nichts, dann ist es dunkel. Ist es nicht so? In Wirklichkeit gibt es keine Dunkelheit, sonst könnten sie die Dunkelheit dunkler machen, nicht wahr?
Professor: Also Gut, was willst du mir damit sagen junger Mann?
Student: Sir, was ich sagen möchte ist das Ihre philosophische Prämisse fehlerhaft ist.
Professor: Fehlerhaft?  Kannst du mir das erklären?
Student: Sir, Sie denken mit der Voraussetzung der Dualität. Sie argumentieren, es ist das Leben und dann ist der Tod, ein guter Gott und ein böser Gott. Sie sehen die Vorstellung von Gott als etwas Endliches, etwas was wir messen können. Sir, die Wissenschaft kann einen Gedanken nicht erklären. Es nutzt Elektrizität und Magnetismus, wurde aber noch nie gesehen, geschweige denn verstanden. Um den Tod als das Gegenteil von Leben zu betrachten müsste man die Tatsache, dass der Tod nicht als materielle Sachen existieren kann, ignorieren.
Der Tod ist nicht das Gegenteil vom Leben, nur die Abwesenheit davon. Nun sagen Sie mir, Professor, bringen Sie ihren Schülern bei dass sie von einem Affen abstammen?
Professor: Wenn du auf die natürliche Evolutionstheorie verweist, ja, natürlich tue ich.
Student: Haben Sie schon einmal eine Evolution mit eigenen Augen beobachtet?
(Der Professor schüttelte den Kopf mit einem Lächeln. Er begann zu erkennen wohin das führte.)
Student: Da niemand jemals den Prozess der Evolution beachtet hat, kann niemand es beweisen das dieser Prozess ein laufendes Bestreben ist. Lehren Sie nicht Ihre Meinung, Sir? Sind Sie deswegen nicht ein Wissenschaftler, sondern ein Prediger?
(Die Klasse war in Aufruhr.)
Stundet: Gibt es jemanden in der Klasse der jemals Herrn Professors Gehirn gesehen hat?
(Die Klasse brach in Gelächter aus.)
Student:  Gibt es hier jemanden, der schon einmal Herrn Professors Gehirn gehört hat,  gefühlt hat,  es berührt oder es gerochen hat? Niemand scheint das getan zu haben. Das bedeutet nach den gängigen Regeln der empirischen, stabilen, nachweisbaren Protokollen sagt die Wissenschaft, das sie kein Gehirn haben, Sir.  Bei allem Respekt Sir, wie können wir dann auf Ihre Vorträge vertrauen, Sir?
( Der Raum war still. Der Professor starrte auf den Studenten, sein Gesichtsausdruck war unergründlich.)
Professor: Ich denke, du musst daran Glauben, Junge.
Student: Das ist es, Sir...  Genau !  Die Verbindung zwischen Mensch und GOTT  ist  der GLAUBE.
Das ist alles, was Dinge lebendig und in Bewegung hält.

Thank You Anke. Ich werde immer müder von Tag zu Tag, es liegt an meiner schwindenden Kraft - und da kann ich Entmutigendes nicht brauchen. Wir sollten so unendlich dankbar sein, zur Zeit der letzten Apostel zu leben, sollen ihnen folgen und so Jehovas Herz erfreuen. That's the most important thing in the last hours of the last days.

Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg gab es in Berlin kaum Fleisch zu essen. Die Löwen aus dem Zirkus Hagenbeck waren aber immer wohlgenährt, etwas schlanker als vorher, doch gesättigt. Man munkelte, der Direktor würde Katzen und Hunde verfüttern. Falsch! Er gewöhnte die "Raubtiere" an Zuckerrüben und es klappte.
