If anyone is to help out the anointed priesthood, should they be given the position of authority to rule and judge the "chosen" as fit or unfit for God’s Kingdom?  Rom 14:4  The anointed priesthood are the “living stones” of God’s Temple.  The WT elder body, who are APPOINTED, not ANOINTED, rule over God’s ANOINTED PRIESTHOOD in the organization.

There is no leeway in the scriptures for this to be condoned.  Men have made this acceptable.  2 Chron 23:6,7; Ezek 44:6-9

The “woman” New Covenant, is a promise of life, initially to the “firstfruits”/priesthood/dwelling of God. Lev 23:10; Neh 10:35; James 1:18; Rev 14:4  They must prepare intensely to be an acceptable offering  AS  God’s dwelling, as the Bride of Christ.  Once the Temple is “capped”, it “comes down out of heaven” as a fulfilled “woman” promise, bringing life to rest of God’s children under the Kingdom Covenant.  So, yes, this promise of “seed” through the “woman” is for all who hold faith in Christ, love him, serve him, and recognize those whom he sends (who become part of the Bride) in truth.   Rev 22:17; Heb 1:14; John 7:38; Matt 10:40,41

The 100 or so verses apply the true identity of "shepherds" to the anointed priesthood, not to spiritually "uncircumcised" "Gentiles".    JWs may have a foggy view these days of who the anointed are, but they are aware they exist in the Watchtower, unless they have been "thrown out of the synagogues". John 16:2   If you were a JW, you would understand anointed and not anointed.  I am sorry.  This is a message for the anointed and companions.  It will be clearer in time.

There was a time when I eagerly looked forward to the organization’s new publications, thinking each new release was a nourishing “buffet” to sustain me spiritually.  These photos of Watchtower’s banquet of “fruit” that has now been discarded, proves to me that the organization’s leaders never asked Jesus for help in providing fruit that remains.   They have outdone themselves in Biblical Bantering!

“Be on your guard against false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravaging wolves.  You'll recognize them by their fruit. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes or figs from thistles?  "In the same way, every good tree produces good fruit, but a bad tree produces bad fruit.”  Matt 7:15-17

Revelation reveals who the ravaging wolves are, that have misled the anointed and companions.  It is not a book that remains cloaked in mysticism, as Rev. 1:1 shows.  Jesus has anointed servants that he has entrusted, to provide fruit that will last.

The abyss, Sheol, Hades, all represent the consignment to darkness and death, and is associated with Abaddon.  As a JW, I believed that the abyss was a location that couldn’t be seen by the physical eye, but was somewhere on the spiritual side of the universe.  However, it is symbolism for the unending darkness, the bottomless pit of deep deceptions that Satan uses to blinds the spiritual senses, which can lead to death. 

It is the realm of “not perceiving”.

Alpha – “when prefixed to words as an inseparable syllable” it means “giving a negative sense to the word to which it is prefixed”

Eidō – “to perceive with the eyes, to perceive by any of the senses, notice, discern, discover”

In Revelation, all the named titles of wickedness to come against God’s anointed under the New Covenant, are enhanced characteristics of the same two entities.

I agree with you that the “angel of the abyss” is Satan, who IS the Destroyer, and not Jesus Christ. 

But, If the falling star of Rev 9:1 was Satan, who is giving him the key to the abyss? 

In Rev 9:1, the star is falling from a heavenly position. This star releases the army of locust-scorpions from the abyss with a key (authority) given to it by one who is “king” over “the angel of the abyss”, the Destroyer.  Rev 9:11

 In Rev 20:1-3, an angel “comes down from heaven”, but isn’t falling.  That angel chains Satan in the abyss for a “thousand years”, who happens to be Christ.  

They are not the same identity.

I very much believe it does matter.  In the case of a victim of child abuse, keeping it quiet has kept pedophiles, hidden. If a pedophile is disfellowshipped without being reported to law enforcement, their hidden crime is kept secret, not only from the congregation but from the public at large.  If the pedophile remains in the congregation with the sin kept secret, and the victim ultimately leaves, all sorts of gossip arises and condemns the person leaving.   Keeping an individual’s reason for leaving, quiet, has been an effective way to hide Watchtower’s sins and shift blame onto the one leaving.   Every case of child abuse against WT that makes headlines has the organization’s standard pat answer, ”we abhor child abuse”.  Surely, I am not the only one who is finding this phrase not only redundant but empty of any compassion or promise of comfort.

It’s possible many JWs don’t realize this is a reason for disfellowshipping.  When the organization, its prophetic dates, doctrines and the GB is rejected, bringing one to rely purely on Christ and the Father, this gives favorable ground for disfellowshipping on the basis of “apostasy”. 

I believe the presence of the Watchtower and it’s ruling GB, fulfills prophecy, but not as they believe.  There are plenty of dark “restrictions” set in place to make a person hesitant to leave.  Free will and choice can be clouded by threats, which the organization is very good at accomplishing…

 “Yes, Jehovah will disfellowship those who become lawless, turn to darkness and set up idols. He will expel such persons from his organization. If you want to be of the Lord’s organization, keep clean of the Devil’s world. If you do not want to, then get out of it. Those who are impure, immoral, are not spiritually fit for God’s organization. If such lukewarm compromisers or apostates do not voluntarily get out of his organization, then under his direction the organization itself will put them out.”  Wt 52/3/1

“If you are one who has dedicated himself to God, you will seek to obey him and not seek ways to get around his counsel and his laws. You will not seek for loopholes through which you can squirm to avoid some penalizing sanctions from his organization. If you want Jehovah’s blessing and his promised gifts, you must have a keen desire to do what is right in his eyes.”  Wt 65/7/15

…as well as promising that life can only be obtained through “Jehovah’s organization”. 

“It is necessary to stick close to the Lord and his organization to be safe”.  Wt 50/2/15

 “We want to escape all these things that will come upon the world. We want to stand before the Son of man, having his approval. To this end there is a third thing we can do: Stick unbreakably to Jehovah’s theocratic organization. We need to associate unreservedly with that organization and share in its activities. We will be impelled to serve Jehovah loyally with his organization if we remember that there is nowhere else to go for life eternal. Wt 92/11/15

“Cooperation with the organization that the “slave” uses is vital if we are to obtain Jehovah’s blessing.” Km 6/95

Need I go on? The Bible may “state free will and choice”, but the Watchtower projects an ugly consequence when one does engage free will.  I have not read in the scriptures where allegiance to a “society”/”organization”/corporation immersed in the finances of the world, which are necessary for its survival, (otherwise JWs would not be hounded relentlessly to donate), is spoken as the way to obtain eternal life. 

This is what I do see:

My soul, wait silently for God alone,
For my expectation is from Him.
⁶ He only is my rock and my salvation;
He is my defense; (my high place, high fort, high tower, refuge)
I shall not be moved.
⁷ In God is my salvation and my glory;
The rock of my strength,
And my refuge, is in God.”  Ps 62:5-7

This, I also see, and I direct its message to the Watchtower organization and its leaders:

This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ ¹² Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”  Acts 4:11,12

Watchtower leaders call the Wild Beast of Revelation 13:1, “Satan’s organization”. When referring to 2 Thess 2:3,7-10, they say:

“From those words it is evident that the antichrist, the apostate man of lawlessness, “the mystery of this lawlessness,” is Satan’s masterpiece in the form of an organization. A quote from the ‘81/5/1 WT referencing Russell’s words of 1884:

All the saints now living, or that have lived during this age, belonged to OUR CHURCH ORGANIZATION: such are all ONE Church, and there is NO OTHER recognized by the Lord. The true “union of saints”, spiritual “Israel”, would be the called anointed Body of Christ. In fact, in order to preserve the “unity” of “Jehovah’s organization”, the saints “do not try to find other anointed ones so that they can talk about being anointed or meet in groups to study the Bible.”  (wt 16/1 pp 20-26)

This is your history.  I hope you will make the effort to sort through, and unravel Watchtower’s contradictions. 

Compare WT’s quote about the mark of the Beast with this quote:

 “Have you dedicated your life to Jehovah and symbolized your dedication by water baptism? If so, that is wonderful! Recall that on your baptism day, before eyewitnesses, you were asked whether you had dedicated yourself to Jehovah and understood that “your dedication and baptism identify you (mark you) as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with God’s spirit-directed organization.” Your affirmative answers served as a public declaration of your unreserved dedication and showed that you were qualified for baptism as an ordained minister of Jehovah. “Spirit-directed”:  Do you know that the Wild Beast of Rev. 13:1 receives “spirit” from the Beast “with two horns”– Rev 13:11.  This Beast from the earth is a composite false prophet that directs the Wild Beast/organization to spiritually “kill”, or cut off,  all who reject its MARK.    Why two horns? “Two witnesses” are the basis for truth. It (false prophet) deceives those who live on the earth because of the signs that it is permitted to perform in the presence of the beast (remember, it is an organization), telling those who live on the earth to make an image of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. ¹⁵ It was permitted to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast could both speak and cause whoever would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.”  Rev 13:14,15

It is a “spirit-directed” image, projecting the impression that it is blessed by Holy Spirit ,and under Christ’s lead. 

WT’s emphasis on “organization” has led JWs away from the true Temple and ultimately, Christ himself.  They preach a “different Jesus”, signifying the nature behind the symbolic battle of Armageddon – distinguishing the counterfeit from the genuine, the lie from the truth. Satan’s kettle of lies is like a simmering stew, where new ingredients are slowly added until he feels he’s met his goal. And he has. Rev 16:13,14 The Temple “stones” have been “trampled” by “Gentiles”. Again, the WT organization, called “earthly Zion” is not the Body of Christ.  The Body is comprised of “living stones”; a spiritual house built through the sealing of all faithful anointed ones over time, with the apostles and prophets as its foundation. It is the true Zion, built on the true cornerstone. Eph 2:20-22  This Body, as the Bride of Christ, has a vital purpose, to teach and support God’s children in the Kingdom. Their existence and their trials in combatting Satan’s demand to test each one as “wheat” using his end time “Beasts”, ultimately brings them to the goal of eternal life in God’s Kingdom only if they succeed in personally casting down Satan and his deceptions. WHO, then, is the cornerstone of the Watchtower, the awesome earthly corporation that is “marvelous” in the eyes of JWs?  Presently, it is the GB members who have assumed the role of Master; when Christ’s own priesthood is told to remain apart from each other, be “humble” and clothe themselves with anonymity.  If they were to gather and study together, it would propose a threat to the Wicked Slave!  Those of the woman covenant who desire to join their Master, Christ and be “in union” with the Body leave the WT, speaking truth, and are disfellowshipped for doing so. I am at a loss to explain what affliction is experienced behind that last sentence.  It isn't easy, to say the least, since Satan is unrelenting in giving up one of “the remaining ones of the woman’s seed.” However, by leaving the oppression and lies behind, a door is opened that no one can shut.  Rev 3:8; Jer 50:33,34; 29:10-14  Sata has one last chance to deceive the remnant “kings” who are to be found refined, cleansed and blameless before the Kingdom arrives.  As the WT said, the Beast of Rev 13:1 is Satan’s “masterpiece”, his greatest captivating delusion,  in the form of an organization.  2 Thess 2:9-12

Did you know that the Watchtower admits that “organization” is a relatively new term spearheaded in the 1920’s?  They say it isn’t a word found in the Bible.

 “The word “organization” does not appear in the Bible, and back in the 1920’s, ‘God’s organization’ was a new expression.” Wt 98/9/1

“In the early 1920’s, during morning worship, a member of the Society’s editorial staff used the expression ‘God’s organization.’ This so stimulated their thinking that by 1925 the brothers had come to see that there are two distinct and opposing organizations, Jehovah’s and Satan’s. —w85 3/15 p. 10.

This is quite revealing, when considering Russell’s words stating no other organization except the unity of the saints is recognized by the Father and Christ. It is imperative that all JWs know how anointed ones and companions who love Christ and the Father leave the WT, and are thrown out of the “synagogue”; because indeed, it fulfills prophesy.  The cartoon sketch below earlier posted by Jack Ryan, prompted me to pull up an old comment I had posted here.  In light of one of the latest Watchtower study articles, “Do You Have the Facts”, I have added a few more thoughts.  Well, probably more than a few.

Watchtower’s governing body member, Anthony Morris, stated that the “theocratic organization” receives its decisions or “decrees” from God.  He comments,

“When that direction comes out to Branch committee members, or when it comes out to the congregations; If YOU WANT JEHOVAH’S BLESSING  ON YOU as an individual or family, certainly as an elder or congregation, it’d be best to ask Jehovah to help you understand it, BUT OBEY THE DECISION.

In clashing contrast, Watchtower’s  “Winning the Battle For Your Mind” states:

Keep in mind that Satan does not want you to think clearly or reason things out well. Why? Because propaganda “is likely to be most effective,” says one source, “if people . . . are discouraged from thinking critically.” (Media and Society in the Twentieth Century) So never be content passively or blindly to accept what you hear. (Prov. 14:15) Use your God-given thinking abilities and power of reason to make the truth your own. —Prov. 2:10-15;Rom. 12:1, 2.

The pendulum has swung the other way with this statement.  Ah, but something important was omitted from the source’s quote, provided by someone on another forum:

"Therefore, it (propaganda) is likely to be most effective if people do not have access to multiple sources of information, and if they are discouraged from thinking critically.”

Satan’s ploy to keep us from thinking clearly or reasoning on another’s teachings or findings, is exactly Morris’ intentions when saying, OBEY, NO MATTER WHAT YOU FEEL.  I think it’s clear to every JW why the magazine intentionally left out part of the quote. 

Watchtower’s recent study article, “Do You Have the Facts?” states –

“AS TRUE Christians, we need to develop the ability to evaluate information and reach accurate conclusions. (Prov. 3:21-23; 8:4, 5) If we do not cultivate this ability, we will be far more vulnerable to the efforts of Satan and his world to distort our thinking. (Eph. 5:6; Col. 2:8) Of course, only if we have the facts can we reach right conclusions. JWs, where would you find facts to refute the obvious “propaganda” coming from the mouth of Anthony Morris?  The Bible can help us discern what is true and false.

^ Jesus said to them, “Be careful! Watch out for the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees!” The disciples had been discussing among themselves that they had not taken any bread along. ^7 The disciples had been discussing among themselves that they had not taken any bread along.

^12 THEN they understood that he didn’t say to watch out for the yeast in bread, but to watch out for the TEACHINGS of the Pharisees and Sadducees. Matt 16:6,7,12

In this sense, leaven is used in a negative format.  “Metaphor of inveterate mental and moral corruption, viewed in its tendency to infect others.” 

Morris’ mixed messages that he and seven other men approved to be written in the above WT quotes, show them up as corrupt teachers, speaking “out of both sides of the mouth” and leaving JWs vulnerable to Satan’s lies.  Jer 23:16   https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Jer+23%3A16&version=CSB

Morris continues, “This is a theocracy ruled by God, not a collection of man-made decisions.  This is governed from heaven.”

This is utterly impossible, since the Governing Body admitted they are not  inspired.  (Wt. 2017/2 pp. 20-26, par. 12 

Anthony Morris commented, “the decisions that are made by the faithful slave today, are made collectively.  Not one MAN is making these decisions, these decisions are MADE COLLECTIVELY”. 

Okay.  They are man-made decisions, made collectively.  Since the word, “decisions” is plural, we can safely say that under the lack of inspiration from Holy Spirit, ALL decisions made by the governing body, and that must be obeyed by JWs, MOST CERTAINLY ARE “A COLLECTION OF MAN-MADE DECISIONS”.  This means the organization is NOT a theocracy ruled by God.  Dan 11:27; Rev 13:11  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Dan+11%3A27%3B+Rev+13%3A11&version=CSB

Is there really another “channel” aside from Holy Spirit? Yes, there is.  

“For if a person comes and preaches another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or you receive a DIFFERENT SPIRIT, which you had not received, or a different gospel, which you had not accepted, you put up with it splendidly!”  2 Cor 11:4

“A good person produces good out of the good stored up in his heart. An EVIL person produces evil out of the evil stored up in his heart, for his mouth speaks from the overflow of the heart.”  Luke 6:45

“As a face is reflected in water,
    so a person is reflected by his heart.” Prov 27:19

There are two “vines” that produce a “wine” from their fruit.

Jesus is the true "vine"...those anointed in union with him, are the "branches" (John15:4,5). 
What they receive from Jesus the "nourishing sap" -Rom.11:17; Rev.22:16), is holy spirit (Rom.5:5). 
The branches are to express that spirit (Luke6:45), as God (the "vine's cultivator -John15:1) has determined and distributed 
(1Cor.12:4,11,18,28; 7:7; Eph.4:7; Heb.2:4). 

Those branches are then expected to produce fruit (John15:2,6; Matt.7:19; Gal.5:22,25; Eph.4:29,12,16; Luke6:45,44)...which include sayings of life... fruit which is filled with that living water/holy spirit sourced in Christ, the true vine (Rev.22:17). Those who eat the fruit of the true vine and it's true branches, will live!
This is why, not only is Christ the Tree of Life,
his 144000 also are (Rev.22:1,2; John13:20). 

The wicked slave produce “wine” made with bad “fruit” from a corrupted, wild vine. Under Satan’s influence, this evil slave is the only access for spiritual food; the GB members who “eat and drink with DRUNKARDS”.  Matt 24:48-51; Rev 13:17

The uninspired GB must rely on voting to pass their decrees, which all JWs must obey, even if their decrees are later considered errors in direction. @Space Merchant , You must type awfully fast   We've already discussed the "new creation" in Christ.  I'm sorry you don't get it.  We also have discussed "earthly" Jerusalem, which still boggles my mind.  The fulfillment today is with "New Jerusalem" - the literal Jerusalem has nothing to do with prophecy.  In fact, JWs will tell you the same.  

Your positions that have met approval here have not met the approval of the GB, thus with all JWs.   The Watchtower teaches it is the "one true religion".  That's it, only that religion.  YOU are not part of that perceived one true religion. 

Do you understand...yet?  You are welcome to rant at me all you like, but my views and my belief in Christ and the spiritual "New Jerusalem", holds. If we held the same belief, I may accept your corrections, but we don't.

 Although you sympathize with the Watchtower, you have ideas that just wouldn’t fly if you were a JW.  To be so vocal about those ideas as a dedicated JW, could cause you to be disfellowshipped.  Then, you would understand what it means to be cut off – spiritually viewed as dead – by those you thought were your brothers and sisters.  As it is, within the Watchtower organization, you are not presently even considered a “brother”.  Your views are shrugged off by the majority since you are perceived as never receiving “the truth”. 

If you were to dare preach Christ as your only Head, you would be disfellowshipped, for the GB has assumed headship over the anointed and all.  If you disagreed with a teaching, knowing full well it had the ability to change within a few years and voiced it as the lie that it was shown up to be, you would be disfellowshipped.  

As a JW, where would your love for pure worship come to an end?  Would you continue to proclaim your beliefs as you do here, or would you fall into the fear of men and refuse to speak up for Truth?  This is where JWs are at.  Either they buckle down and accept all of the GB’s teachings, or they express themselves as Christ did, and face the cutting off that he predicted would happen to those who love HIM and not a blasphemous organization. 

As much as you want to be, you are not my teacher.  That would be Christ and the Holy Spirit.  If I share the same belief as other anointed ones, we are working as the Body should, under one Lord, one faith, one baptism.   Eph 4:3-5

The “inhabited earth” is the dwelling of God – “Israel”.  Acts 7:48-50; 1 Cor 3:16,17; 2 Cor 6:14-18

How can an organization offer life?  Is the Watchtower run by a different means than any other organizations in the world?  It uses your money, time, and dedication to keep it afloat.  Matt 6:24 

It is part of this world.  How foolish to think we can use the very resources the world offers and then label it a theocracy ruled by God. 

“ Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.”  1 John 2:16

There is only one gate, one door -  Christ Jesus.  John 10  You hear about him on occasion, but  another door - “Jehovah’s organization” -  and another Master, the “slave”, takes the spotlight. 

Not everyone who is disfellowshipped runs off to commit sin, free to do whatever they want.  Anointed and those not anointed, desire to serve the one true Master, Christ, and the Father.  Their obedience to them is direct.  They don’t need a wicked slave to authorize every detail of their life, from clothing to the form of praise they must offer to “Jehovah”.  Rev 13:1,4,11,14-17  I doubt JWs can imagine being guided by Holy Spirit first-hand when their governing body admits it is not.

There is one “organization” that Jesus and God have authorized and it has no part in the riches of the world.  John 2:19,21; 1 Pet 2:4-10; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22; Heb 12:18-24; Isa 55:1; Rev 22:17

Since the first century, each anointed under Christ must personally defeat the enemy, Satan.  Those proven faithful, sacrifice their life for Truth, in imitation of their Master.  John 12:24,25; Rom 6:5; Rev 6:9-11  Satan has demanded to sift each one as “wheat” to prove each one’s faithfulness to God.   Rev 2:10; Luke 22:31

Rev 20:4 – “Then I saw thrones, and people seated on them who were given authority to judge. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and who had not accepted the mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.”

Rev 20:4 is speaking of those anointed since Christ who successfully defeated whatever Satan threw at them during their physical lifetime.  But, during the last days, Satan crafts a new plan to take down the remaining anointed, the last of the “woman’s seed”.  Rev 12:17

The abyss/Hades is darkness, a place of “not perceiving”.  When Satan was “chained” and thrown into the abyss by Christ, he had no ability to fabricate his last scheme to come against the remnant.  He was “restrained” for the symbolic “thousand years”. Rev 20:3  When let loose from this restraint, he then instigated his “Beasts” of Revelation that CONQUER the “saints”/”holy ones”.  THEY receive the “mark of the Beast on their foreheads or their hands.”

So, the “beast and its image” of Rev 20:4 doesn’t make an appearance until after the thousand year reign of Christ is completed, and who’s existence culminates during the Great Tribulation. Jesus pointed out how difficult the time period would be for God’s “elect”. 

“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. ²² And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.²³ “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. ²⁴ For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. ²⁵ See, I have told you beforehand.”  Matt 24:21-25

“The beast was given a mouth to utter boasts and blasphemies. It was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. ⁶ It began to speak blasphemies against God: to blaspheme His name and His dwelling—those who dwell in heaven. ⁷ And it was permitted to wage war against the saints and to conquer them. It was also given authority over every tribe, people, language, and nation. ⁸ All those who live on the earth will worship it, everyone whose name was not written from the foundation of the world in the bookof life of the Lamb who was slaughtered.”

The “dwelling” of God is His Temple - the anointed ones – 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22

 The Beast image is directed by a false prophet/Harlot who “breathes” life into the image. (footnote in NKJV says, “or spirit or life” which equates to a “spirit-directed” image) God’s people succumb to the delusion.  2 Thess 2:9-12   Watchtower calls these Beasts, Christendom and the United Nations, but the UN has not “conquered” the “dwelling” of God.  Every one of the anointed, from all tribe, people, language, and nation have not lost their life for their “testimony to Christ”.  They bear the mark of the Beast.  Also, everyone else under the Beast, from all tribe, people, language and nation are under the “authority” of the Beast.  They must obey, or be “killed”.

Those who resist the Beast and its false prophet, although decreed as spiritually “dead”, come alive in Christ if they choose to listen and follow, God’s Son.   

“Then I was given a measuring reed like a rod, with these words: “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count those who worship there. ² But exclude the courtyard outside the temple. Don’t measure it, because it is given to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for forty-two months. ³ I will grant my two witnesses authority to prophesy for 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth.” ⁴ These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.  Rev 11:1-4

“When they finish their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war on them, conquer them, and kill them.” Rev 11:7

How does the beast come out of the abyss?  Satan, who has been let loose from the abyss, brings with him, his fabrication to deceive. He uses the false prophet/beast of Rev 13:11 to introduce it.  From that point, the Beast from the (“Gentile”) Sea (Rev 13:1) takes on a life of its own as “spirit-directed”.    Rev 13:1,2; Rev 9:1-6

“But after three and a half days, the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet. Great fear fell on those who saw them. ¹² Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” They went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies watched them.”  Rev 11:11,12

These are the anointed who successfully overcome the Beast.  This can happen while still living on the earth.  Heb 12:1; 12:22; Rev 5:9,10

Rev 20:5 – “The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed.”

All who “worship”/revere the “inspired” Beast, are not written in the Lamb’s Book of life.  Rev 13:8

The book of Revelation exposes the end time assault to come against God’s anointed servants under the “woman covenant”.  Rev 1:1; Gal 4:26; Rev 12:3,4

Gog and Magog give other characteristics of the two Beasts.  They surround the “encampment of the saints”/anointed holy people, who have been deceived by the devil.    Rev 20:9    The "saints" are found "gathered" in the Watchtower.  No other alternate "organization" or leaders have the ability to know who they might be.

“The devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet are, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”  Rev 20:10

There is no escape from the “lake of fire and sulfur” to deceive twice.  This event could not occur after Armageddon, and after a “thousand year” time of peace, since it is the anointed “saints” that Rev 20:9 addresses.  The faithful, sealed anointed will be ruling with Christ in God’s Kingdom after Armageddon, which brings an end to all evil, and of Satan.

Again, 1 Cor  15:24,25 - “Then comes the end, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when he abolishes all rule and all authority and power. ²⁵ For he must reign until he puts all his enemies under his feet.”   

The end time tribulation is all based on deceit – what we spiritually want to perceive. If we “conquer” the deceit, our heart truly desires to know and walk in truth. This is how we gain life.  We must overcome the deception, “wormwood”, slavery to men, all falsehoods, and the fear that men have more say over our spirituality than Christ himself. Dan 8:11

Leaving all of that behind is what Jesus’ faithful disciples had to do in the first century and what is happening to those who are "killed" - disfellowshipped - by the Beast.

“Therefore, everyone who will acknowledge me before others, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. ³³ But whoever denies me before others, I will also deny him before my Father in heaven. ³⁴ Don’t assume that I came to bring peace on the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. ³⁵ For I came to turn

a man against his father,
a daughter against her mother,
a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
³⁶ and a man’s enemies will be
the members of his household.

³⁷ The one who loves a father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; the one who loves a son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. ³⁸ And whoever doesn’t take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. ³⁹ Anyone who finds his life will lose it, and anyone who loses his life because of me will find it.”

The faithful are killed by the Wild Beast because of their testimony about Jesus Christ and his glory – not “Jehovah”, and not “Jehovah’s organization”.  Rev 12:11,17;19:10;20:4  They stand only for him and the Father.  John 4;23,24

How difficult it is for JWs to realize their love for the organization – the Wild Beast -  takes precedence over any love they may have for Christ.

This morning i found post on my g+. And inside picture someone put this verse. And some sort of idea, "new light" came to my stupid head.

WT explaining that according to verses in Bible "faithful and discreet slave" is:

Well, according to Jesus, His Water will become Fountain in YOU, as single person. If You drinks from His Water You became source for spiritual truth, food, water. 

By this verse in John something is very wrong in WT explanation how only "small group of anointed BROTHERS" (not sisters) aka GB are the only one who giving food, water that leads to Life. 

 

PS   Jesus told to Samaritan woman this words about source and water and life. He offered her to drink this everlasting water and as result of that, she will become source of water (without need to go to "fds" for spiritual food). Mutual encourage and sharing of this fountain water is not under restriction or obligation inside particular organized religion requirements .

 

 

 

 

In a perfect scenario, the whole House of God, His Temple, (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22) would be “faithful and discreet”. Of course, that will be fulfilled in the Kingdom.    WT has gradually shaved down just who they say are the F&D slaves, to include only themselves.  Fitting to prophesy about them, they have become the “wicked slave” beating down their fellow slaves by using their handy henchmen, the elder body, who have power and authority over the rest of God’s anointed, and all JWs.  Matt 24:48-51  How I wish JWs could see they are all enslaved to other masters– the governing body and elder body/organization. Isa 2:22 From one side of their mouth spouts an allegiance to God, from the other is required allegiance to an organization built on the money gained from the pockets of those who are captivated by “empty philosophy”.  They have deluded the anointed and all, that God is okay with this.  Hos 8:2,3; Matt 6:24; Col 2:6

“So likewise you, when you have done all those things which you are commanded, say, ‘We are unprofitable servants. We have done what was our duty to do.’ ”  Luke 17:10

The governing body members do not view themselves as a humble lot, or “unprofitable”, but are extremely confident in exalting their position with Christ. Yet, their “profit” comes from the one who offers the very status and treasures they now hold; certainly not from Christ who has no interest in earthly holdings.  Luke 4:7; 19:22; Matt 25:29-30  According to Christ, each slave must remain “on the vine” with him, to become a well of water “springing up” to impart everlasting life.  Matt 25:23; John 4:14; John 15:4-8   Satan has gradually corrupted Christ’s words through the WT, to mislead the last of those under the “woman covenant”. Gal 4:26; Rev 12:1-4  He has taken Jesus words and parables, giving them a new twist that ‘springs up’ as if living water, but is indeed, floodwaters of lies.  Rev 12:15,16; Luke 6:48,49

So the first of those who become this source of living water since Christ and during the last days, are the faithful  “virgins”, priests, prophets, teachers, etc., of God. Matt 25:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9; 2 Cor 11:2; 1 Cor 12:28,29;Rev 14:4,5  It is their duty to serve in this capacity as a sort of conduit imparting his living water to mankind.   Mal 2:7; 1 Tim 4:16   Jesus knew Satan’s charade was to occur in the last days through the Watchtower/Wild Beast and the false prophet/Beast with two horns.  He gave fair warning, explicitly telling us to examine the fruit of each slave, well aware of false prophets who leave their union with him, to serve themselves and their new master. Matt 7:15-20  Jesus does not expect us to accept just anyone, but only those who remain “on the vine”. If an anointed one regurgitates the same teachings issued by a false prophet who overpowers them, they are in danger of being permanently cut off from the source of living water, the source of Holy Spirit.   John 15:1,2; Matt 25:3; 16:26  He encourages us to seek out those ‘in him’, (John 6:56;17:20-23) and not choke down rotten fruit or teachings, with the hope they eventually improve with age, or I should say, disappear in time. I doubt a JW would buy a basket of fruit with moldy and rotten culls found among some nice specimens, at a premium cost. However, this is the case with those who remain in the WT. At the cost of their life’s dedication to an organization, they are spiritually starving, and they put up with it; because the organization makes the unsavory threat that everyone and every aspect of life as a JW will be lost, if they refuse to gulp down the bad along with the good. Rev 18:8; 2 Cor 11:19,20; Rev 13:11,15; Matt 10:39; 16:25

If each one of us accepts whom JESUS sends, we have perceived his words of truth and life.  Matt 10:42; Luke 9:48 If we are thirsty enough, we too become filled with living water.  Prov 13:14;18:4; Isa 48:18; Matt 5:6;  Rev 22:1,2 (“trees” represent the faithful anointed in Christ, Ps 1:1-3; Isa 41:17-20)

The entire Kingdom of God will be based on the Spirit of truth, which is the gift of life.  (“I am the way, the truth, and the life” John 14:6)  ALL of God’s children will come to know His Word.  John 4:24
