Do the elders need my express permission to share my Advance Decision Document with one another or with any outside party?

I am told that the secretary needs to keep these locked away and under the control of another elder when he travels. Does he need special permission from each member of the congregation to do such a transfer?

I can only assume they will be kept in paper form and not in electronic format. That would open a whole set of electronic laws.

Anyone know more details?
