    No one can control crimes in a way not to happen. Criminals are always a step forward, ahead. What some of us saying here is how WTJWorg elders refused to give to police and courts things that they can handle much better than elders. Because elders are not equipped to deal this and WTJWorg is not equipped to train elders for such task. And God gave "secular authorities" in charge for this, not elders, because they have "sword" and are entitled to punishing crime. WTJWorg and elders+members using "shun" for individuals as equivalent for "sword".

    Apologize for my harsh words, but i don't understated is this comment produced by your motives (emotions) only or by your mental, mind conclusion about same information we all have possibility to read. How can you say, or better to say, how you can prove, supposed fact, how only JW "made note of abuse cases within membership" ? Many institutions collects documentation about own daily work. And many have to stay for shorter or longer time and some of them have to stay forever, according to archival regulations. Did Australasia WT showed vigilance? Why they decide to produce papers to ARC, and their friends in NY WT doing opposite. WT in US refused to produce documents about CSA inside JW church to "secular authorities". What they are? Vigilant too? Documents can be used ONLY against those who committed crime. Perpetrators or individuals, or organized group of individuals or perhaps top management of institutions who hiding facts, are those who committed crime. Documents about pedophile cases are not against rank and file JW members who living in "spiritual paradise" of ignorance about this bad things. You are writer of books, you reading a lot, so you know this.

    According to WTJWorg interpretations of Bible, event you mentioned is future event an fulfillment, hypothesis, of Bible prophecy. It is interestingly that satan who allegedly created "all religions on earth" want to destroy own kingdom ?? I don't understand this logic. I would understand that he want to destroy JW religion because, hypothesis, JW religion is his enemy, but why would he destroy own lies?? No. That mean you have to pay own lawyers and fight against WTJWorg Australasia in individual court case. And WT Lawyers have more money than individual victims. ARC is not "kangaroo court". ARC established, according to WT Branch Office cca 5000 documents - 1006 perpetrators in WT archive documentation and 1800 victims. I wonder what sort of "court" is "kangaroo court"? JW Judicial Committees from 1950 to 2015 or ARC in 2015 ??

    This is something what you need to reevaluate again. Or to allow to other people doing the same. Judging is about dealing with motives of person. Because there, in motives, stands almost all answers why people doing or not doing something. Our deeds or "fruits" from our tree are visible but motives are not so clearly visible or understandable to observer. I am observer of GB deeds, or your's or my own deeds. Deeds are visible with literal eys. Motives are deeper and not so obvious at first look.

    What reasons you have to doing so? As JW member you have strong Bible reasons for not doing this at all. To not put in question "secular authorities" because they are on their position because God put them there. And also, GB is on their position from 1919 because God put them there too, according to WT publications. All articles in WT publications speaking against "rebellious attitude". I am surprised to hear that from you or from any other JW member. You can't have both. Defending your standpoint and defending WTJWorg + GB + Helpers in the same time. WT Organization expect from JW members to not put any doubt and to question guidance and leadership of HQ Top Managment.

    I am not sure why you said how secular authorities do not care about spiritual well being of individual. Because there is many "worldly" institutions who deal with such "immaterial things" in human life. Perhaps they named that with different terminology, not using strictly religious word such is word "spiritual". Because "spiritual" have few components and connotations and it is not only religious quality. spiritual relating to or affecting the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things.

    Apologize Arauna, but my comment is not about "cruel elders practice of dfd". I discuss with SM and he was use this explanation in our conversation. Now i have to continue with your direction of conversation. You said how elders are not equipped to stop wicked people (in congregation) from choosing to break JHVH law. Maybe i don't understand sentence, but free will is given and no one have right to stop anyone to "choose" what ever he/she want. For that world would need Mind Control Police. On other hand other people have right to stop, prevent any sort of "breaking the law" (moral or religious or secular law). System was organized in that way and every government have "secular authority" or "public servant" or police in our terminology. When elders learned how someone inside is danger for children or other persons in or out of JW Church, it would be normal to expect from them to have responsibility and to call those who are equipped to stop, prevent and punish wicked people. Instead they call Legal Department who tell them to NOT REPORT case to "secular authorities". Well, you and SM are wrong in perspective. :))

    WTJWorg should dissolve the Judicial Committees dealing with such matters. I would understand that sentence, if he and you said in such clear way. Not to have parallel Legislative. One Legislative by Elders ...... and one by Secular Authorities that are under Romans chapter 13 explanation. If this is clear to you and other JW members why you agree that elders "interview children" ???
