19 A false witness who lies with every breath,

(Uppercase mine) Lying is something that SOME view as a lesser sin. But in light of the scripture in Revelation 21:8 it is not. It is in the same category as spiritism, murder, etc. People practising it will merit the second death - everlasting destruction.
