Los Testigos de Jehová presentan un recurso contra la prohibición de sus actividades en Rusia

Los Testigos de Jehová tratarán de impugnar la prohibición de sus actividades en Rusia autorizada por el Tribunal Supremo de ese país, según ha declarado este lunes el representante de esa comunidad religiosa, Yaroslav Sivulski, e informa Interfax.

Sivulski ha indicado que "hemos presentado un recurso de apelación contra la decisión del Tribunal Supremo [de Rusia] sobre la prohibición de las actividades de la sede de los Testigos de Jehová" y "su abolición", debido a que esa institución "no tomó en consideración los argumentos de la defensa y solo se puso del lado del Ministerio de Justicia" ruso.

Así, el representante de esta organización ha subrayado que "la parte factual de la querella no fue comprobada durante la audiencia", mientras que sus abogados estiman que esta iniciativa no se resolverá hasta finales de verano.

El pasado 20 de abril, el Tribunal Surpremo de Rusia decidió que los Testigos de Jehová son un grupo extremista y prohibió su actividad en todo el país por violar reglamentos y contradecir la legislación rusa respecto a la lucha contra actividades extremistas. En ese momento, sus integrantes ya señalaron que apelarían la sentencia.

A partir de entonces, Rusia tomó el control de la sede central rusa de los Testigos de Jehová y sus 395 centros regionales y confiscó los bienes que la organización poseía en su territorio. Entre 2009 y 2016, las autoridades rusas calificaron como extremistas al menos 95 materiales de esta comunidad religiosa.

      That simply implies that you, as a glorified plumber, do not truly comprehend quantum physics as you pretend to. However, you are indeed right about one thing - your criminal record, which is easily accessible to anyone, will reveal the true nature of your character. That was the intended reference, not the delusional manipulation of words that you employ to divert attention from the fact that you are fundamentally driven by base instincts as an animal at heart, which you continue to display, and people want to continue to defend you for it. Their vigorous defense of you speaks volumes about their lack of Christian ethics, overshadowing your insignificant existence. I prefer not to engage in conflict with an uninformed individual, even in this thread that was intriguing, but unfortunately, someone uncouth always manages to spoil it.

      First of all, I have no criminal record which is immaterial and irrelevant to a discussion of quantum physics. You are trying to attack my credibility with ad-hominem attacks to deflect from your colossal incompetence. If I was a Nazi mass-murderer chained to a wall in Spandau Prison, what I stated here would still be true … and if you were an angel from God your irrelevant bullshit would STILL be irrelevant bullshit.
