Нечистые на руку должностные лица не находят ничего лучшего чем подбрасывать верующим запрещенные предметы. Инциденты уже имели место в Еврейской АО, в Краснодарском и Приморском краях, в Архангельской, Новосибирской, Орловской, Самарской, Саратовской, Ярославской областях, республиках Дагестан, Карачаево-Черкесия, Калмыкия и Крым.
