The Montana case has been re-filed! As of February 6th, 2020, plaintiffs Nunez and McGowan have re-filed their claim in Sanders county, where the original trial was held. I know I am going to get a lot of questions on this case so please be patient. To give you the short explanation, this case is being filed on the basis of willful negligence on the part of Thompson Falls elders, Watch Tower Pennsylvania, and Watchtower of New York. The original trial was predicated upon the decision by Judge Manley that Watchtower had broken Montana's mandatory reporting law. While we believe this to be correct, the Supreme Court decided that Watchtower was entitled to the clergy-penitent loophole, indicating that they had no choice but to allow Jehovah's Witnesses to take advantage of this poorly-written law. Now that the Montana Supreme court has made this ruling, this case reverts back to some decisions which were rendered prior to the trial involving negligence. The simple way to say this is that Lexi and Holly's attorneys were not given the opportunity to properly make their case for negligence because the judge had already assessed fault to Watchtower for failure to report. Hence we are going back to the drawing board in making the assertion that despite Montana's laws, Watchtower and the elders will still willfully negligent in their practices. Another way to say this is that even when a person or organization is technically innocent of breaking a law, they can still be sued for negligence. In the Montana case, the elders were absolutely negligent in failing to warn and protect Lexi and Holly after learning of the dangers of being cared for by a known child predator. Additionally, there have been updates in Montana law following the 2018 trial where the Statues of Limitations for civil liability have been extended, and which allow Lexi to file her case once again without fear of the expiration of SOL. And finally, we have one more piece of news in this case: Watch Tower of Pennsylvania has been added as a defendant in this case, despite the vocal protests of Watchtower attorneys from New York. There have been additional revelations and documents secured which contradict Watchtower's original claims that Watch Tower Pennsylvania is not involved in child abuse cases, and that they are only involved in copyright matters. Documents obtained reveal that Watch Tower Pennsylvania has assets well exceeding one billion dollars, plus multiple offshore bank accounts and investments. I want to thank everyone who has ever provided leaked information, documents, and details which provide proof that all of these Watchtower corporations are just alter egos for one another and for the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses. Enough is enough. It's time to pull back the veil of secrecy and hold this organization accountable for its destructive influence upon millions of followers, particularly the vulnerable children who have suffered for so long. Their state of "no interest" is fostered by the lack of integrity. If the organization's leaders were to show integrity, they would feel obligated to inform their members. Psalm 91 speaks of God as our refuge, our fortress. The talk transfers this to the congregation; which is in reality, the organization - “a god of fortress”. Dan 11:36-39 Psalm 91 loses all meaning through this talk. If a person on the outside of the WT tells a JW that God is their fortress, their Rock, most definitely in the JW mind, he will not believe it. How can that be without residing in the organization? The Rock and the "mountainlike organization" are inseparable, which is idolatry. Rev 13:4

Yes, the UN could fulfill that “image”. Satan can make it so. The image is spirit inspired and directed by a false prophet. Rev 13:11,12,15 The false prophet (Rev 13:11) comes with “two” horns (kings) like a lamb. Two represents “truth”. It is representative of false messiahs who appear to speak “truth”. (John 8:17; Matt 24:24) Two kings. Both are symbolic. Daniel speaks of this: “The two kings, with their hearts bent on evil, will sit at the same table and lie to each other, but to no avail, because an end will still come at the appointed time.” Dan 11:27 This Beast from the Earth are “kings of the earth”. John, To the seven churches in the province of Asia: Grace and peace to you from him who is, and who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits[a] before his throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.” Rev 18:3 With “her”…with the false prophet, who is the Harlot of Revelation. Rev 17:1-5 The two Beasts of Revelation use deceitful lies to conquer God’s chosen people. The UN will not conquer God’s chosen people with lies. Rev 16:13,14 - "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. (5) The Pharisees confused personal preferences with divine law. WT’s governing body member, Anthony Morris, stated that the “theocratic organization” receives its decisions or “decrees” from God. He comments, “When that direction comes out to Branch committee members, or when it comes out to the congregations; if you want Jehovah’s blessing on you as an individual or family, certainly as an elder or congregation, it’d be best to ask Jehovah to help you understand it, but obey the decision.” (6) It produces inconsistencies. “To be a part of such a loving brotherhood fills my heart with appreciation and makes me proud to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.” g 8/08 p. 19 “How should anointed Christians feel about themselves? Any “in Christ”/anointed priests of his who imitate Jesus in front of today’s leaders by speaking against their doctrine, are also “killed” through disfellowshipping. Rev 13:15; 11:1-3,7 Any JW who dare give “testimony” to the truth of Jesus Christ, are also “killed” – thrown out of the congregation. They are no longer their own, but must live up to that vow (which the magazines have reminded them of) What Herd meant was... "You are not your own; you were bought at a price (your life/soul). I couldn't agree with you more. No faithful prophet of God from old, or faithful disciple of God and Jesus Christ, have as their agenda, a personal vindication. Jesus vindicated His Father, knowing also that he would be glorified. But his motivation was out of pure love; firstly, for God and then for those whom he knew, and whom he desired to experience the love which becomes mutual between God and man. When I was a JW, the paradise promise was always put before me. Obey the direction of the organization and that reward was waiting. I see it so differently now. I can understand how one yearns to please the Father and Christ. It is not because of the reward, but it is through an awareness of THEIR love for a mere worm wriggling in the dirt. Isa 41:13,14 I know that obedience brings its reward; but having the fear of God within one’s heart, the respect for His power, patience and love, His blessing bestowed on those shown Truth, helps comprehend that earnest desire to be where truth, Christ and God reside. It is the connection that love makes through the blessing of Holy Spirit. It is “the bond of perfection”. Col 3:14 Michael – “Who Is Like God?” That is the call of Christ’s faithful servants in the last days. Your greatest fear should be what your leaders are doing in the organization. What is the “holy place” that Daniel talked about? “His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation.” Dan 11:31 The “Temple”/holy place are the anointed priests. Dear James, I just don’t get it . No one but the WT is telling you that an earthly organization is vital to worship God. The Bible never mentions it. Jesus was a renegade for truth. It was simple. People either followed him because they loved truth and life, or they didn’t. Paul was a Roman citizen, but he followed Christ. He never bowed down to men and false teachings. Interesting. "Immoral choices" include spiritual immorality, the transgressing of God's decrees. God has set a standard for us to follow, but the WT has completely ignored them, on the most blatant level. That slave, when we look back over the 100 years has remained awake spiritually speaking and alert. There were times we they got excited about a certain year or time and the end didn’t come at that time. Just imagine if you had a watch dog and that dog barks in the middle night, and you get up and there’s nothing there. Do you shoot the dog? It only proves that the dog is doing what you want it to do. So in a similar way, in enthusiasm we have said things that may have disappointed others. The faithful slave keeps us alert. It appears Massimo Introvigne has had a relationship with the organization for quite a while. Organizations targeted as “dangerous sects” include Baptists, Buddhists, Catholic charismatics, Hasidic Jews, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Quakers, and the Young Women’s Christian Association. A German report cites 800 groups; one in Belgium, 187; and one in France, 172. Introvigne writes that in France “teachers have been fired from public schools after years of honorable service only because they were members of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.” As reported by Compass Direct news service, Introvigne expressed concern about public sponsorship of anticult movements. He said: “It is abundantly clear that these movements are responsible for spreading misleading and often simply false information about religious minorities, and an intolerant worldview.”
