MAybe you will take HIS PLACE to see how you'd stay faithful? Sad but he still has the "Joy of Jehovah!" This would make you happy too, to have the "Joy of Jehovah!"

I am always amazed when I run across that 30% of humanity that does not have a sense of humor ... and  cannot even RECOGNIZE humor when they see/hear it.  

I do look back on my late teens with a great deal of self satisfaction having resisted the Draft during the Vietnam War, and declared to the Draft Board my resolve to NOT "go". They threatened me with five years in the Federal Penitentiary, and i pointed to them with the finger/gun gesture and said "That...you can do!". Fortunately for me they backed down and gave me my I-O, or Conscientious Objector status rating, but it was a three year battle.

I suppose the imprisoned Brother will look back on his trials with a great deal of satisfaction as well, as the years roll by.

Brother Christensen needs our prayers.  At best,  I hope & pray this experience provides opportunities to witness to other prisoners.   But I am concerned about his care, I'm sure the Russian prisons are not so comfortable as the prisons in the US.  When the righteous are pronounced as wicked, this is detestable to Jehovah.   Russian justice is clearly corrupt and Babylon's (The Great..)  fingerprints are all over the evidence.

Yes, many prayers needed. Many have suffered for righteous sake and have become victorious. Trials we all face these prove Satan a liar! But his "joy" is in Jehovah! Soon all enemies will be gone forever, we long for God's Name to be known throughout the whole earth and prove to Satan like many that proved their love to Jehovah and Our Lord Christ Jesus,  we have conquered the world and Satan will bite the dust! We rejoice to be counted worthy of His Name Jehovah.

Thank you for your encouragement. Yes, he will prove Satan a liar. Now what better thing can we do? It took courage to do what you did. With Jehovah's backing and Holy Spirit will can slap Satan in the face with no fear and know, we will be victorious, even like Our Lord Christ even if we die faithful we have won the fight!
