A young woman was arrested in the last hours accused of being linked to the publication of pornographic images of her five-year-old daughter.

The suspect, a Jehovah's Witness who is eight months pregnant, was arrested Thursday in a town in the interior of Santiago del Estero.

The process is directed by the prosecutor Silvina Paz, who imputed to the woman by the crime "publication of pornographic images" and whose arrest was propitiated by the judge of Control and Guarantees, Rodolfo Améstegui.

Despite the secrecy imposed by Paz, it is known that the fact came to light when a teacher from the school where the girl attends warned that in a WhatsApp group of parents, the number of the now detained had three photographs of the student, naked.

The teacher made the complaint and in just 24 hours, the Prosecutor's Office verified the fact, arrested the mother of the child and inquired, assisted by the official defender, Gabriel Herrero Medina.

According to what could be known unofficially, the woman would have indicated that she does not know how to use her cell phone.

"I was abused as a girl, I'm scared and that's why I take care of my nine children a lot, I'm separated and my little girl (the 5-year-old) only goes to her father's house and nothing else," he said.

"I am a Jehovah's Witness, I was raised with great respect and I do not even let my daughters wear a miniskirt," he said.

After the inquest, the detainee was admitted to the Regional Hospital, due to her advanced pregnancy.

Now, the Prosecutor will deepen the case, because if it was not the mother, the prosecutor must find out who took the photographs.

According to a local newspaper, the teacher said she saw three photographs that, due to the characteristics of the student's poses, show a clear sexual bias.

"Maybe they suggested that she do it, they forced it, or the photographs reveal behaviors that should be clarified by experts in psychology," said one researcher in the case.

Silvina Paz would now project the realization of a Gesell Chamber to the minor in the capital city, a socio-environmental report and inquire into all the brothers.

In the same way, transfer the investigation to the father's family group.
