Cultural Reasons to some, for all customs are not the same as others.
Yes, to some, be it positive and or negative, and or a form of honor and or disrespect to the point a person will converse and or interact with you or the other way around. It usually depends on the group of people.
It isn't strange, but it is seen as something negative by some people.
Well you'd have to be concerning of someone's culture and what some among them do.
An example, for people of my Father's country, if you say to a parent "you have a nice baby" or "a nice boy/girl/child" and or calling them handsome or something of the sort, it is a sign of disrespect and that increases to major levels due to what that implies. For you can be seen as a Lugauro or a sosye ( a witch) who preys on children; the reaction of the parent and or guardian would go into protection of their kids by pretty much expelling themselves from your presence.
In the end you have to understand and honor the views of those who are not of the same group or nation as you.
 

They are not Black Hebrew Israelites, for if that was the case the demographics would differ. For the BHI believes Adam and Eve and all of Israel are black, including Jesus himself. They also believe King James of England I is black and did not have a secret life in order to justify the KJV Bible. In addition, they believe that all those who are not black, regardless of race, will be sent to burn in hellfire, be it a good, bad, misguided, or still in the womb, you are considered a threat (also states that God detests all those who are not black) and a so called Children of/Sons of/Daughters of Esau, and they ignore the fact that the Bible tells you clearly God is impartial, more so, they are afraid to speak on the passages concerning Adam and Eve, in which mankind originated from, be it black, white, Asian, Indian, Arab, etc. And some of them have some negativity towards the Holocaust.
That being said, you cannot compare an apple to an egg, vice versa, an egg to an apple. It won't make sense when someone who is honest and sane can make the distinction between the two.

“untempered mortar” is defined as “whitewash" used to patch a wall, creating the facade of beauty.

Why were these teachers described by Jesus as whitewashed tombs?

By choosing to deny Christ’s words of truth which offer eternal life, they remained in spiritual darkness, alienated from God and life.

The battle of truth against lies was evident then, and is now, as it reaches the end point in these last days.  The “two witnesses” (“two “meaning truth – John 8:17) proclaim the revealing message from Christ, while false prophets battle against it, with their lies. Ezekiel chapter 13:

I have come to appreciate, that "walls" stand for doctrines/teachings. Just as the city wall protects the city from their enemies, so do doctrines defend against threats to faith, but they also offer boundaries to keep a "flock" in an enclosure. My point, is that Ezekiel "dug" a hole in the wall. (Ezek 12:4-7) We know the meaning of "digging" (Prov 2:2-5; Matt 13:44), and when we combine these symbols (digging, wall) I take it as scrutiny of teachings (1 John 4:1; 1 Thess 5:21) which weakens a wall of false doctrine, just as digging holes in a literal wall would. We are told (according to this symbolism) that the "wall" of apostate Jerusalem will fall (see Ezekiel 13:10,11,12,14,15), no matter how much they "whitewash" their teachings.
I am certain of this connection and meaning of "wall", because the fall of Jericho’s wall is inextricably linked with the "end", and to Revelation (Heb 11:30; Luke 21:20; Josh 6:15,20,8; Rev 8:2,6).
The "wall" of false teachings will "fall", leaving all those within that city defenseless and conquered. The wall they trusted in will fail them.

As a child, I was occasionally assigned to clean the chalk boards after school, using water and a large cloth.  Most children rode the bus home to the far reaches of the farming community I lived in. I was one of the few who walked home from school, which gave me the opportunity to stay longer.  I remember the satisfaction of washing away the day’s writings to reveal a clean board, ready for the new day’s teachings. 
JWs, from the outset, the organization has added layers and layers of decaying interpretations to its doctrines, like smudged chalk accumulating on a dirty chalkboard. This is the reality behind the organization’s new light philosophy.  In its history, it has never returned to the clean pure truth of Christ’s Word.

@James Thomas Rook Jr. Unfortunately they are not employees however. There focus is the commission in terms of spreading the truth. Reasons why people are seeing more and more JWs on the positive side because of when it comes to the commission, that is the only group they profess in terms of organized religion, more so, when it comes to money, people will point out if the money is in majority used for the commission, they will not see a problem, and this is the general public concerning this faith community.
That being said, if the general public who are not religious sees this, something is indeed taking place. Especially in the face of brazen conduct that is literally through the roof.

@BillyTheKid46 Yes, and there are some dark waters on the internet to and evil persons under said waters. It has and always comes down to using a tool for good vs. using a tool for bad.

But it wasn't just Bill Clinton. It seems that names of almost all Democrats were removed from some of these sources as far as possible. But Twitter is now seeing a re-freshening of some of these sources through those who have taken an interest in the Epstein case for years.
In fact, NY's Southern District Court wants to take on this case, no doubt as a followup on the Mueller investigation into Trump that didn't take it as far as they hoped. That's a court with heavy behind-the-scenes Democrats who can't stand the fact that Trump has been an excellent president for those with Republican political values, and a lot of extra Democrats who overlap with Republican political values. This means that Trump is pretty sure to win again unless they can take him down by scandal.
I think Pelosi's daughter just said that it will take down some Democrats, too. And even the man who wrote Trump Nation, being interviewed a lot lately for his anti-Trump stance, is admitting that many high-level Democrats are also shaking in their boots, in case Epstein has off-shore vaults full of "life insurance." (His own life insurance, in the sense that Alan Dershowitz and others are probably under obligation to send out a lot of "envelopes" if anything happens to Epstein.)

Make sure that the parties include a lot of free drinking and 16 year old girls (he has victimized into prostitution) who can pass for 18 or 19. Hope that at least one billionaire, or connected politician with a lot to lose will end up taking one of the "19" year olds to a conveniently wired bedroom. Let the victim know the next day that she was 16, and that the solution to Epstein's silence is a hefty investment in his fund, with 5 percent fee payments to keep the money "managed." Take advantage of the fact that some high level politicians and billionaires will learn of Epstein's ability to procure 16 year old girls and pay a lot of money for sex with them with or without blackmail involved. But what if Epstein has been protected all these years because the CIA uses sexual scandal leverage against people all the time, and this is who Epstein's secret bank-rollers really were all along? In that case, I expect very little real success in a case against him. What gets found in his blackmail vaults will likely be filtered by whomever has the authority to look at it first. (Remember the Mayflower Madam? or DC Madam)

I take my faith seriously, so anything that will hinder it, I avoid.
