Sharon Elizabeth Watson West, 54, passed away at her Cleveland home on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018. She died peacefully after a brave, seven-year battle with breast cancer.

Sharon was a native of Pensacola, Fla. She was a graduate of McMinn Central High School and Cleveland State Community College.

Sharon was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sam and Hazel Stewart of Athens, Burt Watson and Clifford Watson of Eufaula, Ala.; and uncles, Roger and Gary Stewart.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Jenna West; her parents, Frank and Freida Watson; her brother and his wife, Jeff and Susie Watson; and her sisters, Jennifer Abbes and her husband, Scott, and Beverly Miller and her husband, Justin.

Sharon loved life in spite of her pain, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed very much. Her faith was a stronghold for her and she is awaiting a resurrection when she will hear Jesus' voice calling her to life again.

A memorial service will be held at the Benton Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, located on Highway 411 North, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17.
