Starbucks is dragging their feet on this, so "the judge can set another phase of trial to consider potential civil penalties up to $2,500 per person exposed each day over eight years. YES,  we  should  stop  it !!   Anyway,  I  never  drink  coffee  on  the  way...  always  at  home  or  by  friends!  I  like  my  own  coffee    Fresh  and  exactly  how  I  want  it !  The  other  things,  well,  we're  all  adult  enough,  not  put  daily  bad  food  into  our  mouth,  ugh

Realize you are talking about a State that gives sanctuary to criminal trespassers who illegally violate National Borders.

It used to be that California was four years ahead of the rest of the States.

Not any more.
