And as for you, o Daniel, make secret the words and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Many [it] will flow, and the [true] knowledge will become abundant" - Daniel 12: 4

In Daniel 12:11, 12 says ... "11" And from the time when the [sacrifice] was continuously suppressed and has been placed the disgusting thing that causes desolation, there will 1290 days.

12 "Happy is he who waits and who gets to 1335 days!"

This part is crucial to complete the picture of Revelation.

Meanwhile, brush up your memory on the basis of what he said / says the Slave about these days.
The 1290 days would from January 1919 to September 1922 as in 1919 members of the Society were released and from that moment began to make progress until 1922 ... year in which it held that historic convention in Cedar Point (Ohio) who gave tremendous boost to the preaching work (these would be 1290 days).
After these days add other 1335 days getting to the May 1926, when the anointed "reach a happy state" because there are no more "nostalgic" (brothers who still regretted Russell and even studied the Bible through the "studies Scriptures ") was presented the book" Liberation "(1926) and other details.
All this is shown in the book "Prophecies of Daniel" on pages 298-305.
By the way, to match these dates day were "greatly rounded" (Rutherford and his associates were released March 26, 1919, not January 1919; see Watchtower, 5/16/2016 all ' article entitled "to whom was entrusted the work"), but even more importantly the writing of Daniel, after mentioning the 1290 days, he says, "Happy is he who waits and who gets to 1335 days!" - Daniel 12: 12
"Getting to ..." means to add to what was there before.
This means that if one speaks of 1290 days and then it says "reaches 1335 days" we must add another 45 days and no other 1335 days.
You would think that by applying the prophecies to meetings or conferences or publications or special resolutions, any number should appear in the Bible, forcing even the date of start and end with some semantic game, definitely would fall on something important.
However we try to read just what it says forgetting what we know or think we know.
Meanwhile, in the last two chapters of Daniel we talk about this "disgusting thing" and a king who says "wonderful things and blasphemies." It is said that this king was to wage war against the saints and would have made trip or won it and it would come to the holy mountain of Adornment - Daniel 11: 32-45
These important details, without any forcing, bring us back to the book of Revelation in particular chapters 11 to 13.
Also Daniel 12: 1 speaks of Michele that would arise in favor "of the children of Daniel's people" and would thus began a time of distress "as we have not made it happen will be that there was nation" - Daniel 12: 1; Matthew 24:21; Revelation 24:12
It 'all too obvious that Daniel and John are talking about the same length of time.
Starting from this assumption, therefore, also the days described in two books must fit together.
However Daniel speaks of 1290 days while Revelation speaks of 1260.
Why?
The question of Daniel is ... "What will be the final part of these things?" - Daniel 12: 6
In practice, Daniel, troubled by everything I saw, dev and have wondered when it would be over ( ie when the disgusting thing would eventually crush the holy people, and when it would end this political system warmonger).
The angel replied ... "From the time that the disgusting thing that causes desolation, there will be 1290 days" - Daniel 12:11 the daily sacrifice and has been placed has been deleted
So before you go any further, we must take a series of questions.
1) Those who offered continuous sacrifices?
2) What is the modern counterpart?
3) What is the disgusting thing?
4) Comparing with the book Revelation, when the daily sacrifice is abolished? We should now be able to answer these questions.
1) They were the Levitical priests to offer sacrifices.
2) The modern counterpart is the Christians who preach (we assume those who have special positions in the congregation, elected or potential, but the sacrifice we offer is, in fact, the preaching work - Hebrews 13:15)
3) The disgusting thing in Revelation, is the wild beast that ascends from the abyss (the same one that will destroy Babylon the Great) but was also the Anglo-American empire, the Russia-China block or any other political force, l ' event which interests us in this context is the in the daily sacrifice suppression (ie the killing of two witnesses in sackcloth).
4) then comparing the book of Revelation ... we examine the following.
The abolition of the daily sacrifice (that is, the preaching work done by the elect) is described in chapter 11 of Revelation when, "the wild beast that ascends from the abyss will make war against them and conquer them and kill them" - Revelation 11: 7
It 'just that the time when the daily sacrifice is abolished? It seems so because then they feel loud voices in heaven saying: "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ," and then we talk about the birth of the child (the kingdom of God).
So this is the event from which to count 1290 days.
These 1,290 days are "the final part of these things," that is, the last acts of this system of things according to the request made by Daniel.
We know that once cast out Satan on earth (next event to the killing of two witnesses in sackcloth) he gives to the beast all of his power and authority, and Revelation 13: 5 says that it will have the authority to act for 42 months.
These 42 months, or 1260 days, are the same as mentioned in chapter 11 where the angel tells John to "leave out the court which is outside the temple sanctuary" because it would have been given to the nations which would have stepped on him, in fact, for 42 months.
To recap ...
First there is the preaching of the two witnesses in sackcloth.
The disgusting thing or wild beast, is described in Daniel that in Revelation, suppresses the continuous sacrifice when kills them (Revelation 11: 7; Daniel 12:11); by this time you have to count 1290 days which lead to the "end of these things."
The wild beast is free to step on the court for 42 months (ie 1260 days; see Revelation 13: 5) and then we have to ask: what happens between the death of the two witnesses and the time when Satan gives the beast all of his power ( which will act, trampling the people of God, for 42 months)?
So, we read ...
" 15  And the seventh angel blew his trumpet. And there were loud voices in heaven, saying: "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign for ever and ever." 16  The twenty-four elders who were seated before God on their thrones fell upon their faces and worshiped God, 17  saying: "We thank you, Jehovah God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have began to reign. 18  The nations were angry, and thy wrath came, and the appointed time for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets, and saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great, and ruined reduce those ruining the earth. "19  And [the sanctuary of] the temple of God that is in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen in [the sanctuary of] his temple. And lightnings and voices and thunders and an earthquake and great hail.
12 And a great sign was seen in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon was under her feet, and on her head was a crown of twelve stars, 2  and she was pregnant. She cries out in her pains and in her travail to give birth.
3  And there was seen another sign in heaven, and behold, a great fiery-colored dragon, with seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads; 4  and its tail drags a third of the stars of heaven, and threw them to the ground. And the dragon was held before the woman who was about to give birth, to devour her child when it was born. 5  And she bore a son, a male, who is to shepherd all the nations with a rod of iron. And her child was caught up unto God and His throne. 6  And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed thousand two hundred sixty days. 7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and his angels battled 8  but it did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven. 9  And the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down upon the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10  And I heard loud voice in heaven say: "Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ, because cast down the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. "
The death and resurrection of the two witnesses of the kingdom of the world becomes truly the kingdom "of our Lord and of his Christ" because it was born the Kingdom of God (now sufficiently complete in the number of the elect) and start the purification of the heavens and the judgment on land.
In fact chapter 12 speaks of the birth of the child.
Then war broke out in heaven and Satan is cast down to earth.
Since then it has indeed "a short period of time" because he can play with his beast, only for another 42 months - Compare Revelation 24:12 and 13: 5 with Revelation 19: 19-20: 2
So if the spiritual resurrection takes place in a "jiffy" 30 days is the period that includes the birth of the Kingdom of God and the duration of the war in heaven or less.
In harmony with this, 30 days were the period of time in which God's people mourned the death of Aaron (the first High Priest) - Numbers 20:29
Then, after a break of 30 days , the new High Priest began to officiate.
The death of the two witnesses, "clothed in sackcloth" leads to an interruption of the priestly services for 30 days (they are resurrected as 3.5 days later but obviously can not begin to officiate at once because you have to cleanse the skies).
This difference of 30 days are the days shortened that Jesus spoke of as the great tribulation begins immediately after the killing of the two witnesses - See Matthew 24:22
Satan and his demons, in fact, will be busy fighting a war in heaven that they will lose, but it will keep them busy for a while '.
Even at the time of the early Christians of the tribulation days they were cut short in the bud and not towards the end; the withdrawal of the Roman armies (which took place at the beginning of the siege) allowed Christians to "flee to the mountains" and save his life.
From this we can derive the great tribulation period which begins when Satan is cast down to earth, just 30 days after the ' killing of two witnesses , and lasts 42 months.
Finally the angel concludes ... "Happy is he who waits and who gets to 1335 days!" Daniel 12:12
Why did you become happy?
Evidently because, after the disgusting thing has unleashed its fury on the whole people of God, now is the time of God's judgment on the beast, and all the rest of the world.
This should be the time period mentioned by Isaiah saying ... "Go, my people, enter your inner rooms, and shut your doors behind you. Hide yourself for a brief moment until the complaint has passed "- Isaiah 26:20
45 days are actually a few more days compared to 40 days of time when the nation of Israel would have to wander in the desert to the promised land.

So the premise that ...
If the story of Revelation is in chronological order (as it sounds), and if the 1290 days of Daniel are the 1260 days (+30) of Revelation ...
1) The general resurrection (spiritual) will start only after the killing of two witnesses in sackcloth described in Revelation 11.
2) This will allow the birth of the Kingdom of God.
3) Only at the birth of the Kingdom of God, war broke out in heaven which will last 30 days or less.
4) The great tribulation will begin 30 days after the killing of the two witnesses, and that is the end of the war in heaven.
5) The great tribulation will last 42 months which are also "short period of time" left to Satan to act.
6) Armageddon will begin at the end of these 42 months and will last 45 days (the "short report" when the people of God will close its internal rooms - Isaiah 26:20)

Nope, you are not going to derail US into an off topic discussion!! Not falling for that!

Bethel has a long history of child labor: (Genesis 35:16) 16 Then they pulled away from Bethʹel. . . .  Rachel began to give birth, and her labor was very difficult. And wickedness too: (Amos 4:4) Come to Bethʹel and commit transgression,. . .

IT'S OUTRAGEOUS!!! THE WICKED PLACE EVEN MAKES BABIES WORK!!!!

Why don't you go to work on what this scripture means:

"For the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will not do a thing unless he has revealed his confidential matter to his servants the prophets" Amos 3:7

To most of us, I suppose this verse means wait and see what the Governing Body tell us about this. And the Governing Body has already told us that they think these numbers refer to some time periods in the 1910's and 1920's. So there is nothing to discuss.

I would add that it's the personal responsibility of each one of us to let our reasonableness be made known to all.

  • (Philippians 4:5) 5 Let your reasonableness become known to all men. . . .
  • (Romans 12:1, 2) . . .present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, a sacred service with your power of reason. 2 And stop being molded by this system of things, but be transformed by making your mind over, so that you may prove to yourselves the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

For me, if there is no contradiction with other Bible verses or Bible prophecies and our traditional explanations are presented as likely scenarios based on good evidence -- and not stated dogmatically -- then this is reasonable enough to accept without being too concerned. A wait and see attitude is a good thing, especially if we have nothing specific to offer as a viable replacement for the current explanation.

But there are a couple problems with the current scenario that could reasonably be questioned. Should we question it then? If we see an issue, or a contradiction with the current scenario, should we let our reasonableness become known to all men? If someone has pointed out something that might be reasonably wrong with our current thinking are we under any obligation to "make sure of all things"? Or are we under scriptural obligation to sit and wait for "the prophets"?

Today we tell everyone that Jehovah did one of the most important things he has ever done in all of human history in the year 1914. Yet if Amos 3:7 is appropriately applied above, we should have expected that Jehovah would not have done this unless he had previously told his servants, the prophets. Yet, not one person in advance of 1914 had any such thing revealed to them. Even after 1914 came and went not one person was able to say what had happened that year. There was no prediction in advance of 1914 that Jesus would become present in that year (still considered 1874) or that his kingdom would start in that year (still 1878). Not one prediction for the year 1914 turned out to be correct, not even the idea that the Gentiles would no longer trample literal Jerusalem, because those Gentile times had now ended.

So what does it really mean to say that Jehovah will not do a thing unless he has revealed his confidential matter to his prophets? Who are his prophets today? What does it mean to be a prophet who has Jehovah's confidential matters revealed? Also, just because Amos said this in reference to a specific upcoming judgment, does it mean that these specific words are applicable to all future judgments. What if Jesus were to tell us that another future specific judgment would come as a thief in the night? Does that mean that this particular verse becomes wrong? or that Jesus was wrong?

What about the rest of Amos 3, or the entire book? Is all of it generic to apply to all future prophetic scenarios, or only especially verse 7?

So far, I'd say that it is reasonable to question the current explanations, because if there is a contradiction then this would mean that our belief might be contradicting the Bible and we should be careful not to contradict the Bible. But I will also say that I think the explanation given is not fully reasonable either.

And on the issue of requiring that if we find a problem, we should be required to find something better, this is the best scenario, but it should not be required. The first step is to see if there really are contradictions and therefore be noble-minded enough to "test" whether these things are so. We could always send our questions to the Governing Body to see if they can come up with a scenario that does not create contradictions.

I note that we have been asked to focus on the topic of today's anointed "prophets" in the current Bible reading. So far, in a much more reasonable way than we were asked to focus on today's anointed "prophets" in the years leading up to 1975.

Dear Brothers, we must make sure of everything in the light of scripture - 1 Thessalonians 5:21; 2 Corinthians 13: 5

I am willing to question any statement. I'm not inspired and I have no pretending infallibility.
However, it is incorrect to have a passive attitude towards prophecies and the Bible in general - 1 Thessalonians 5:20

We have the duty of studying the Bible, meditating and praying to understand it.

it is wrong to think that the others must always be doing it for us. We have a responsibility. I want to remember that even the judgment will be personal - Romanos 14:10

What has been written can be objected and discussed. I am willing to discuss and even retract if Scripture convinces me that we must do it.

Unfortunately, many brothers have an attitude of subjection to the one who takes the directive. You can not object, you can not discuss anything that comes "from above".
Does our total loyalty go to a group of people or to the word of God?
The Word of God says that we must seek, dig, engage - Proverbs 2: 1-5

Some prophecies are fulfilling under our nose and almost no one realizes it. Kids wait for someone to tell them what to do.

But God has given us the Bible and said to use our faculty to reason.

If anyone wants to contest the article is free (and encouraged) to do so. Together we can get to understand something more.
However, every challenge must have the support of the Bible. it is pointless to make a "political forum" where everyone says what he thinks. Every subject must be supported by sacred scriptures.

We don't have prophets at this time @Gone Fishing. The complete Bible is our prophet now. Anyone can read it and grasp its message. You don't need any "special" humans to unlock its message.

    Hello guest!

Thanks Noble Berean for your answer and for pasting the pattern.
The speech of 1290 and 1335 days is much longer and it is perfectly matched by Daniele's "2300 evenings and mornings".
Now I save the image you posted and I'll check if it matches my research or if there are distonctions.
Thank you

Ok. I found some distonctions and even missing voices (like the duration of the war in heaven and other things.
However keep digging, dear brothers, because what happened in Russia on 20 April 2017 could be a prophecy that has come true and is happening.
Have a look.
If the prohibition extends to other nations, consider your concerns.

Yes. I corresponded with Schroeder and Swingle openly multiple times per year. Starting a couple of years before Brother Schroeder died, I started to send about one letter a year. I don't personally know any current members of the Governing Body except Brother Lett, and recently I have sent extra letters to Bro Splane on the generation, and  Bro Jackson on child punishment and child abuse. The letters are not negative, and usually fairly short (believe it or not). They always agree with everything possible, then pose a problem and ask a simple question. The letters sent to them are intended to be anonymous, and I therefore do not expect a direct answer, although I kept a P.O.Box for this purpose for a while, and I always give an email address. But sometimes the answer comes in another way.

I still speak on the phone with a couple persons (might be down to only one, now) whom I have known for years. I have had long conversations even until very recently with Fred Rusk, Ciro Aulicino, and Harry Peloyan until their health became an issue. All of them have been very well aware of my questions. And I have received many answers over the years.

The complaint is why the Watchtower is so, cryptic and secretive, yet people send in anonymous correspondence by people that “clearly” boast to know the GB, but donÂ’t, and expect the Watchtower to answer dubious questions.

Third-hand information, by someone that can be compared to the like's of COJ.

This response is the all-time betrayal to the human spirit. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Galatians 2:4

But it was because of the false brethren secretly brought in, who had sneaked in to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, in order to bring us into bondage.

The following topic has already been covered in the articles titled "The 2,300 days have already begun?", "Salvation belongs to Jehovah!" And "1260, 1290 and 1335 days" * (in the footnote The respective links).
However, there is no doubt that these articles could be considered a bit 'difficult for some, so it was thought to treat them one last time, in a single article, trying to simplify the explanation with the help of images.
Let us resume the writing of Daniel 8:13, 14 which says "I heard a saint speaking and another saint saying to what he was speaking:" Until this vision will last: the abolished daily sacrifice, the desolation of iniquity, the sanctuary and the militia trampled? " He replied: "Up to two thousand and three hundred evenings and mornings: then the sanctuary will be claimed" - the Jerusalem Bible
      So it's clear.
The saint described here is asking in what period of time all the things just described would have come true.
The answer is "Up to two thousand and three hundred evenings and mornings: then the sanctuary will be claimed".
He had just spoken of a small horn that would have made itself very great towards the south, towards the east and towards the Adornment, and would have continued to grow large until it had fallen part of the army of the heavens - Daniel 8: 9, 10
Those who have studied the prophecies carefully have understood that this "little horn" is not Antiochus IV and has nothing to do with the goat anymore, if not because of the historical connection between Alexander the Great, then the Roman Empire and the last king of the north.
Having studied the central role of the "Splendid country" in the fulfillment of the prophecies, we have also understood why the prophecy passes from ancient Rome to the last king of the north, making a leap of thousands of years.
On the other hand, it has nothing to do with the Britannia that continues to be part of the king of the south and will remain so until the outbreak of war.
The articles titled "Who is the little horn that became very great?", "Four armageddon or one only?" And "Let's reiterate the number of kings and understand the prophecy" have already addressed these topics. **
Even the various theories that run on the net about 2,300 years instead of days, 1,150 days and 1,150 evenings (insinuating that the Scriptures, not saying clearly "days", meant 2,300 between evenings and mornings) and Giuda Maccabeo leave the time they find because they have no support in Scripture.
So it is clear: the activity of the king of the north, which obviously begins with the devastation (in fact it becomes great towards the south, towards the east and the Adornment) is completed in 2,300 evenings and mornings with the abolition of daily sacrifice.
In one of the articles already mentioned we have seen that this horn is the same as described in Daniel 7: 8 which breaks down three horns and then begins to utter "grandiose things" so whoever objected that Russia, today, is not really a "little horn" the Scripture does not say at all that this little horn becomes great only in the time of the end.
On the contrary, It says that this horn "continued to grow" up to the Adornment and up to the fall of the army of the heavens - Daniel 8:10
This simply means that this power is born as a small horn and becomes enormous with time.
It is enormous in the time of the end but when it will break down the last horn will grow again - Revelation 13: 2
We observe the image that follows.

Hello guest! Please register or sign in (it's free) to view the hidden content. If we go to Revelation, another book that mentions events in the time of the end, we note that it also mentions the daily sacrifice and mentions its abolition at the hands of the winning power identified as "wild beast" - Revelation 11: 3, 7
Is it perhaps a forcing or Daniel and Revelation are talking about the same event? - Hebrews 13:15
They could be two separate and distinct events but this would mean that the daily sacrifice is abolished several times in the time of the end because both refer to this period - Daniel 7: 9-11; 8: 23-25; 11.40.41; Revelation 1:10
Both Daniel and Revelation clearly specify that that part of the vision, or the abolition of daily sacrifice, falls within the time of the end or day of the Lord.
Yet, looking in both books, the abolition of daily sacrifice is not repeated more than once so we can only conclude that it refers to the same single episode.
Obviously it is not difficult to understand why Daniele speaks of 2,300 days while Revelation only 1,260.
Daniel includes all the events concerning the king of the north, starting from his expansion (which we know refers to the war) while Revelation simply isolates the last part or the duration and final abolition of daily sacrifice.
      See the next image.

Hello guest! Please register or sign in (it's free) to view the hidden content.
From this we find that the devastation due to the clash between these two powers lasted at least the difference between these two periods or 1,040 days (2,300 - 1,260 = 1,040).
We say "at least" because we do not know if during the preaching of the two witnesses there is a pause (the war is now over and the wild beast is healing from its wounds?) Or if it continues during this period.
Surely the two witnesses dressed in sack will make their appearance on the 1,040th day since the beginning of the war.
From this, but also from other scriptures, we also understand that it is precisely Babylon the Great (ie she who occupies the country of the Adornment) the cause of this terrible war - Revelation 18:24
It is in fact the iniquity or the transgression of this nation to cause such devastation.
Recalling the subject "daily sacrifice" we see that Daniel 12:11 says "From the moment in which the continual sacrifice has been suppressed and the repugnant thing that causes devastation will be placed, 1,290 days will pass".
We are always talking about the same thing, is not it?
Revelation chapter 11 confirms the identity of the subject as it is clearly seen that it is "the repugnant thing that causes devastation" to abolish the sacrifice - compare Revelation 11: 7
As for the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple, the Lord clearly identified the Roman army as the "repugnant thing" - Matthew 24:15, 16; Luke 21:20; Mark 13:14
In 70 E.V. the Roman armies were the repugnant thing (or the penultimate king of the north) and on the day of the Lord it will be the ferocious beast, the last king of the north in order of time now become the only king.
      See the next image.

Hello guest! Please register or sign in (it's free) to view the hidden content. From the abolition of daily sacrifice, according to Daniel 12:11, we must therefore add 1,290 days.
Obviously this period has nothing to do with the 1919, the release of the members of the Watchtower society, let alone with the birth of the magazine "the golden age".
If anything, the Scripture speaks of the "end of these things" or the end of all the tribulation caused to the people of God by the satanic system - Daniel 12: 8
Finally, the next verse says "Happy those who are waiting and arrive at 1,335 days!".
We have already seen in the article dedicated to this subject that "get to" does not mean to add another 1,335 days, if anything else 45 (we started from 1,290) and this concept is so trivial that it is hard to believe that someone has misunderstood.
Surely it becomes even more difficult to believe that the "people of God" would simply become happy "no longer regretting the past" (meaning that Jehovah's Witnesses would no longer serve God in view of a date), who would become happy thanks to the book "Liberation" or to the assembly of 1.926 or having finally abandoned the "Studies on the Scriptures" by Russell.
This is what is written in the book "Prophecy of Daniel!" (Pages 286-305 of the edition in Italian) book which does not seem to be updated on the horizon.
Starting from the principle that everyone is free to believe what he wants, this interpretation does not deserve any comment.
Instead the writing of Daniel, after having spoken of the "end of these things", or when it would have ended up breaking the "power of the holy people" and all these things would come to an end, it would take another 45 days to finally become happy.
      Why do you become happy?
This question is also simple, basically.
God's people will be truly happy when the Satanic system comes to an end.

Hello guest! Please register or sign in (it's free) to view the hidden content. Let us now make a small regression to understand what the temporal parallel story of Revelation tells us.
Revelation 11: 2 and 13: 5 speaks of 42 months, or 1,260 days when the courtyard is trampled by the nations, particularly of that time when Satan, through the ferocious beast, has the authority to act against that people has the task of bearing witness to Jesus - Revelation 12:17
This is all the time he has left.
Although he will try to lengthen this time, this is the time he has been given and he will not be able to act a single day longer - Daniel 7:25, 26
This period of time is also the same in which the Woman flees into the desert and there is protected there - Revelation 12: 6; 14
So these 42 months end exactly at the "end of these things" mentioned by Daniel 12:11.

At this point, however, we can immediately see that there is a missing piece in this reconstruction.
Between the description of Daniel and that of Revelation there is a difference of 30 days.
      Why?
Is it perhaps a "rounded" period as some have said?
      Absolutely not.
Man rounds the dates in an attempt to conceal his interpretative errors, but the Bible does not need to do so because besides being the Truth, the wisdom that it contains transcends far beyond the human one - Romans 11:33
      See the next image.

Why, first of all, is this difference?
Because Daniel explains that this period (1,290 days) starts from the abolition of daily sacrifice until the "end of these things" while Revelation focuses simply on the time left to the ferocious beast to act (42 months, 1,260 days) that obviously end together .
The "end of these things" end at the end of the time given to the wild beast.
So instead of thinking of strange roundings we should rather ask ourselves "What happens from the abolition of daily sacrifice to the moment when the beast receives the authority to act for 42 months?"
Well, everything happens between Revelation 11:11 and Revelation 12:12.
They resuscitate the two witnesses dressed in sacks, play the seventh trumpet (beginning the spiritual resurrection) and the war breaks out in the sky.
The war in heaven therefore lasts 3 and a half years?
Absolutely not: this war will last less than 30 days.
      See the next image.

Hello guest! Please register or sign in (it's free) to view the hidden content. From the end of the war, thirty days after the killing of the two witnesses clothed with sacks, the great tribulation begins, which will last, in fact, 42 months.
Why is there this interruption of priestly services?
Because only in this way the ferocious beast is successful - Daniel 8:12
If the priestly services were not interrupted, the beast would not succeed and the Scripture would fail.
However concerning this interruption of priestly services we can find an interesting precedent in Numbers 20:29.
After the death of Aaron, the first high priest of Israel, the priestly services were not resumed until thirty days later.
This is evidently necessary to organize the army of the heavens, which has begun to resurrect at the ring of the seventh trumpet, as well as to fight the war - 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52
That the army of the heavens are those who are resurrected with incorruptible spiritual bodies is evident from the announcement following the expulsion of Satan from heaven.
"Now the salvation, the power, the Kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, because the accuser of our brothers has been cast down, who accuses them day and night before our God! But they won him thanks to the blood of the Lamb and to the word of their testimony, and they did not love their own soul even in the face of death "- Revelation 12:10, 11
They are not generic angels to fight this war because it is not the angels who have used the blood of the Lamb, nor were the angels preaching the good news as well "in the face of death".
As Daniel said, this king would have thrown "the army of the heavens" to the ground, but how could he ever throw this army on the ground if these had been spiritual beings? - Daniel 8:10
Obviously this expression acquires meaning and meaning only in the case in which he overthrows them when they are simple men, committed to preaching the good news.
From the sound of the seventh trumpet, however, they are resurrected incorruptible and powerful in the blink of an eye and now this "army of the heavens" is back and ready to fight.
The first action they perform is to clear the skies from Satan, as we have seen.
      What happens next?

Hello guest! Please register or sign in (it's free) to view the hidden content. According to Daniel, there are still 45 days to become really happy.
This period of time must get stuck between the expiry of the beast's time of action and the end of the system of things with the entry into the Millennial Kingdom.
We do not know the precise moment in which the holy people stop being persecuted, but this must surely take place between the sixth and seventh cup of God's wrath.
We know from previous articles that the people of God, taken from all nations, will have to reach the promised land or that country currently occupied by the abusive prostitute.
To do this it is necessary to pave the way for them and this happens through the angel pouring his cup on the great Euphrates River - Revelation 16:12
This means that the peoples in the vicinity of Israel, or the armies placed in protection of its borders, must be "dried up" or eliminated - compare Revelation 17:15
Does this event really fall in these 45 days?
Yes, because we understand it from what Daniel tells us.
At the end of his time of action this king "will pitch his tents between the great sea and the holy mountain of the Splendid Country" but shortly thereafter "will come to its end, and there will be no one to help him" - Daniel 11:45
Planting the tents is a military term that indicates preparing for war (in fact it says that comes out to vote many to destruction) and in the parallel story of Revelation, just after the sixth cup that prepared the way for kings coming from the rising sun, we read "And I saw out of the mouth of the dragon and from the mouth of the wild beast and from the mouth of the false prophet three impure inspired expressions [that looked] like frogs. They are, in fact, expressions inspired by demons and they make signs, and they go to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather them to the war of the great day of God Almighty "- Revelation 16:13, 14
Reading only this would seem a less than happy moment! - Psalm 2: 1-3
Yet, despite the situation of tension that is created, what happens?
Is the gathered people of God perhaps touched?
Obviously not: as we said the time of this ferocious beast to act is now over and there is nothing left to do.
On the contrary, in his blinding fury his lover strikes precisely: Babylon the Great.
This is the first great reason to be happy and is in harmony with what we read in Daniel - compare Daniel 12:12 with Revelation 18:20; 19: 9
And soon after, of course, happiness reaches its climax when this beast, along with the false prophet and all the other armies are eliminated - Revelation 19: 19-21
In this description, among other things, no battle or resistance by the beast or the false prophet is mentioned, but it is simply said that they are "taken".
This seems to indicate the ease and immediacy of the battle: another reason why the people gathered there have nothing to fear - Psalm 2: 4
So we can deduce that the final 45 days start roughly from the sixth cup of God's wrath to the Har-maghedon war.
If the exodus of the Israelites is a biblical precedent, we can assume that 40 days understand the journey (if the Israelites had been obedient their journey would have lasted 40 days) while the last 5 include the time of the destruction of Babylon the Great, the time for the kings and traders to mourn his departure and therefore the real Har-maghedon war.
      A short time, in fact.
A "brief denunciation" until the wrath of God has passed away and the true people of God will be able to take refuge in their "inner rooms", probably their own relationship with Jehovah - Isaiah 26:20; Revelation 16:15
Thanks to this comparison we can also understand what these famous "news from the east and from the north" are about, which upset the dominant king (so much that it infuriates) and we do not need to speculate.
He sees this seemingly defenseless people, who evidently believed that they had succeeded in eliminating, living, gathered and marching towards the promised land.
With all his power and fury, in three and a half years of bitter persecution he could not eliminate it!
It is probable that in this he sees the hand of the true God: another reason for being enraged.
Finally (but not finally because there are many other details on which it is possible to reason) we also manage to derive the duration of the end time.
From the outbreak of the war between the king of the south and the king of the north, event that will indicate the entry in time of the end (see Daniel 11:40) until the war of har-maghedon, pass 2,300 + 1,290 + 45 days or 3,635 days .
      Just over 10 biblical years.
At this point some readers will have turned their noses because of what the Lord says about the day and time - Mark 13:32
Surely some readers will have turned their nose also because of the suffering that unrealized expectations have caused.
Later on there will be an article dedicated to this topic because regardless of our beliefs, and as far as they are rooted in us, it is not clear that all these Scriptures and these numbers were not put in the Bible at random?
Is not it equally clear that the purpose of prophecy is "not to remain in darkness"? - 1 Thessalonians 5: 1, 2, 4, 5
Is it possible to find a balanced and scriptural position between the words of the Lord and the Scriptures we have seen that seem to tell us "count these days ... observe these events ... become happy at the end of this system of things"?
An upcoming article will try to answer these questions.
For the moment let's focus on the beauty and depth of the biblical message.
Is it really worth debating the authenticity and inspiration of these two books?
Those who claim that these books are not inspired by God should at least have discovered their mutual coherence.
Has anyone ever given you an explanation like that or have all assumed the most bizarre things starting from the characters described to reach 2,300 years, at the "rounded" times and the words out of place and time?
Is it not evident that, in harmony with the words of the same prophecy, this book would have been opened and true knowledge would have become abundant? - Daniel 12: 9, 10
We decide now, in our hearts, if we want to be of those refined by the Word of God or the wicked who will progress from bad to worse and will not understand.

- Daniele 12:12 “Arrivare a...” significa aggiungere a quanto c’era prima. Come mai? 1) Chi offriva i sacrifici continui? Dovremmo ormai saper rispondere a queste domande. Infine l’angelo conclude dicendo...
Bene, proviamo a fare alcune considerazioni.
      Continuiamo a leggere.
Inizia Armaghedon.

What is it exactly that will make one "happy"?

Soyons reconnaissant devant toutes ses oeuvres

      Le Dieu des dieux, Jéhovah, parle ;
      il convoque la terre
      Les cieux proclament sa justice,
car Dieu lui-même est Juge. (Sèla.)
       « Écoute, ô mon peuple, je vais parler ;
      Je connais tous les oiseaux des montagnes;
      et acquitte-toi des vœux que tu as faits au Très-Haut;
      appelle-moi en temps de détresse.
Je te secourrai, et tu me glorifieras. »
      Tu t’assieds et tu parles contre ton frère;
      Celui qui offre en sacrifice sa reconnaissance me glorifie ;

      Vois ! Tu prends plaisir à la vérité dans le fond du cœur;
      Purifie-moi de mon péché avec l’hysope, pour que je sois pur;
      Ne me chasse pas de ta présence ;
ne m’enlève pas ton esprit saint.
      Redonne-moi la joie d’être sauvé par toi;
      Car tu ne veux pas de sacrifices — autrement, j’en donnerais ;
tu ne prends pas plaisir aux holocaustes.
      Le sacrifice qui plaît à Dieu, c’est un esprit brisé ;
      Dans ta bienveillance, agis pour le bien de Sion ;
      bâtis les murailles de Jérusalem.
      aux holocaustes et aux offrandes totales ;

    • Shirley Lowery

Hello to all my Spiritual Brothers and Sisters! I haven't been on here in a while, because as of August 17, 2021, I moved to Commerce, Texas! I was on the Commerce Housing Authority Waiting list since 2019!  I was selected to receive my one bedroom apartment, with my Chihuahua, with my precious Babyboy, who is now 16 years old! and I signed my lease on August 5, 2021, and had my gas turned on! We have a very small Congregation of 71 publishers, including me!  I haven't been to our beautiful Kingdomhall yet, but I did take some photos of the outside of it! I'm praying that we are one of the Congregations, chosen to start attending in person, our pilot meetings that many countries are now attending! Puerto Rico, Chile, and Australia are a few chosen right now! There's three Shirley's in my Congregation!  Two elderly sisters, one is white, she's No.1 , and another  elderly sister who is black, she's No.2, and I'm ShirleyL3!  One sister lovingly named me that! I feel special now! I haven't been given an assignment yet, but soon I will!  I really enjoyed our "POWERFUL by FAITH" Regional Convention so much!  We needed all the Spiritual Encouragement which focused on all of us! Also, all those beautiful videos, and the real life experiences! July 29, 1972, was my baptism date! 49 years now, serving Jehovah! I was 15 when I dedicated my life to serve Jehovah! I'm 64 years young now, and still faithfully serving Jehovah! I do telephone witnessing now! Which lots of people hang up on me, but I'm used to it now! All that matters is that I'm giving Jehovah my best!  I'm so excited about our Special Campaign now!  Only Jehovah reads hearts!  Hopefully lots of people will show some interest!  This year 2021 is almost over! I received both doses of Moderna, and have to wait till I turn 65 in May, to receive my Booster shot! We lost over 17, 000 brothers and sisters to Covid-19! My prayers are with them and their families! Soon, as Jehovah has promised, they will welcome their loved ones back in their lives, during the resurrection! I love it here so much, everyone is very friendly! I just love my Congregation too! I hope everyone makes their personal decision to get vaccinated! Also I hope everyone has a great rest of 2021! Let's see what Jehovah has in store for us in 2022! Were having our Circuit Assembly on November 27, 2021!  Take care of yourselves, be safe, and always trust in Jehovah!!!  Have a great weekend everybody, agape love, Sister Shirley Ann Lowery!
