Why did Noah save the bedbugs and roaches?

If he had to save bedbugs and roaches, he would have had to save lice too.   He probably would not have had to seek for such small creatures, God could have commanded them to go into the wood crevices, the hair of animals, etc.  And he would have other ways of doing it that we would not think of. He is not limited like us.
