This was my father's favorite subject, topic and public talk back in the day. 😁 Thanks for sharing!

New book by a Jehovah's Witness. Can be seen on Amazon and EBAY. About the Global Flood. Gives a nice witness on last chapter. https://www.ebay.com/itm/393452323344 https://amzn.to/2Xi

The book's author is Bruce Quimby...uh...uh ... and YOUR name is bruceq. Like the fact that Ernest Borgnine and Elizabeth Tayor have never been seen in the same photograph ...... coincidence?

I don't think anyone is supposed to believe that this is just a coincidence. Another book sitting on the shelf in the picture in Bruce's original post is "How To Be Invisible" by J J Luna, a book on protecting one's identity (among other things). It made me curious as to whether Bruce Quimby was a real name or a pen name. I've ordered items from the same ebay seller Bruce has consistently mentioned in previous posts a couple of years ago, and again in the original post above. So it is likely that I have his real name and he has mine. Also note that his other recent post sells another book by Bruce Quimby on the Trinity, which features BruceQ's avatar logo on the cover of that book:

compare the two:

I don't think he's trying to hide much, just trying not to call too much attention to the fact.

There is a curious coincidence I noticed, which I believe must be a true coincidence and that is the fact that several other books by a Witness researcher were a collaboration between a Bruce and a Rachael: Bruce W. Schulz and Rachael De Vienne [deceased]. This struck me as odd when I learned that the above book "Progenitor" was also a collaboration between a Bruce and a Rachael:  Bruce Quimby (Author), Rachael Mahaffey (Illustrator).

However, I read the first several pages of the above book, and these are definitely not the same two Bruces.

The choice of the woolly mammoth on the cover is appropriate, as they were considered to have become mostly extinct at least 10,000 to 15,000 years ago, but nearly all scientists admit that a few survived up until about 4,000 years ago:

Most woolly mammoths went extinct roughly 10,000 years ago amid a warming climate and widespread human hunting. But isolated populations survived for thousands of years after that on St. Paul Island in the Bering Sea and Wrangel Island in the Arctic Ocean. The Wrangel Island population was the last, disappearing roughly 4,000 years ago. -- https://www.reuters.com/article/us-science-mammoths/the-bitter-end-last-woolly-mammoths-plagued-by-genetic-defects-idUSKBN20200I

4,000 is much closer to the Bible's apparent timeline for Noah. And our publications have also mentioned the mammoths in the context of the Flood.

JWI, and Others:

Perhaps you can help me with some considerations and observations I have about the aboriginal population of Australia.

It is somewhat bothersome to me but it appears from what I currently understand the aboriginal population is approximately 50,000 to 65,000 years old.

Perhaps not for the obvious reason it’s bothersome but it does seem to dovetail With a hypothesis that I have developed that humans consist of two groups…… Those that evolved over many hundreds of thousands of years, or millions of years directly from the primordial soup so often spoke about, and about 6000 years ago perhaps Jehovah reflected on what he was observing and decided to make created beings with a spiritual component that did not seem to be developing naturally.

The facts that I am able to accumulate seem to indicate two parallel projects that are going on.

This would also solve the problem of who Cain was afraid of when he was exiled by Jehovah God into the land of exiles, and also who he married. Or at least had children with, because I doubt local “sky-pilots” were invented back then.

So, when I “learned“ that the aboriginal population of Australia had a record of “irrefutable proof” that their civilization was 50,000 to 65,000 years old as indicated by a DNA analysis and other means, it was an “Aha!” Moment for me.

I would welcome any analysis observations or commentary that would support my theory, or destroy it.

”Traditions” don’t count.

At least my working theory is based on the facts as we know them, as well as scripture as we know them…… Hopefully both being accurately translated over and correctly understood.

I have not read the book/s.

My thoughts on the Flood: The Seed had already been foretold, then the some angels made the Earth their playground to experience the flesh and sensations never available to them before. Rather than see His loyal angels violently evict those who had fallen away, a new timeline, an altered reality would come to be, a flood, Jehovah would destroy so many lives that those with faith might live.

Where did the water come from, a water canopy? Mars has some, did it have more at one time?

What about all the fresh water needed for the animals and humans for a year? The food? Did Jehovah cause a deep sleep on all?

We may not have all the answers, however we have His Word and physical evidence that it did occur in the deep ocean trenches and the mountains that were force upwards by the pressure. The fossil record of shellfish in areas far from any water today. It is enough, we can put faith in every word He has given us.
