TEXT SIZE 348 EMAIL PRINT MORE For more than a decade, Prince spent many Sunday mornings inside a simple Jehovah’s Witnesses hall in a Minneapolis suburb, listening to Bible readings, sharing his insights in group discussions, and singing such hymns as “God’s Promise of Pa…

[David] foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that neither was he forsaken in the Grave nor did his flesh see corruption.—Acts 2:31. God’s Word foretold the resurrection of Jesus. For example, David wrote that God’s chief “loyal one” would not be left in the Grave. (Ps. 16:10) On the day of Pentecost 33 C.E., the apostle Peter applied that prophetic verse to Jesus. (Acts 2:23-27) A reason why we know that Jesus was restored to life is that we have the testimony of many witnesses. Over a period of 40 days, the resurrected Jesus appeared to his disciples in the garden where the tomb was located as well as on the road to Emmaus and elsewhere. (Luke 24:…

Fortnightly meeting held in March 2016 at nursing home in Adelaide, South Australia. My father and a spiritual sister are long-time baptised residents; another man has become an unbaptised publisher since being there. He suffers from multiple sclerosis and is relatively young. The home allows us to use this room and are happy for visitors to attend too. They see the benefits to those in their care. This was a very special 45 minute meeting during school holidays! 13, 14, 16 year olds did great talks that incorporated prepared video sections. Two young sisters did a Bible Study presentation. 86 year old brother did talk from the Jesus book. Plus other short parts and vid…

Our pioneers experience first hand the joy that comes from giving and teaching others. They do an amazing job at imitating the Great Teacher, Jesus when they teach others about his sacrifice and our creator, Jehovah. This week in the U.S. people are doing little things to show or express appreciation to the hard work done by teachers, primarily school teachers. We wanted to do a little something to thank those sharing in the full time service. Stay tuned and see the gifts we’re making for our local pioneers ? This is not to discredit the efforts and sacrifices made by publishers, or others who spend time in the ministry. We each are valuable and have a special place in …

Serval The word Serval is derived from a Portuguese word meaning “wolf-deer.” Size and Appearance: Often referred to as the cat of spare parts, this unusual, but beautiful cat is among the feline family’s most successful. It has a small, delicate head and extremely large ears set on an elongated neck, long slim legs (hind legs longer than front), long slender body and a shorter tail than most cats. The ears are black on the back with a distinctive white spot, and the tail has 6 or 7 black rings and a black tip. The coat color is pale yellow with black markings, either of large spots that tend to merge into longitudinal stripes on the neck and back, or of numerous small …

A cancer patient has died after a final farewell to her favourite horse outside the hospital where she was treated.
