And this news appears to contradict last years announcement by Google that they would no longer be scanning our email.

Maybe they should have said... "WE won't be scanning your email but we will now ask all of our third party app developers to do it for us."

Ugh.... this modern world is so sleezy.....

It's amazing our infrastructure systems even run at all sometimes.

I'm still wondering if and when one of these giants crashes and burns what will become of the web?

Could the Internet as we know it still survive without Google's infrastructure?
