Hope this helps:

Matthew 28:19... Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

watchtower: (1) “Have you repented of your sins, dedicated yourself to Jehovah, and accepted his way of salvation through Jesus Christ?”

(2) “Do you understand that your baptism identifies you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with Jehovah’s organization?”

It actually doesn't. @Srecko Sostar is referring to "forcing" members, therefore this point would be meaningless.

What is your point regarding Matthew? Are you implying that we should hold God and Christ responsible for including that provision in scripture? Or are you suggesting that witnesses should disregard that provision and thus reject the lord's works and sacrifice?

Your interpretation of and attitude towards that scripture implies that you consider yourself superior to Christ. However, as someone who doesn't adhere to all scripture, how could that be possible?

This is why there is a provision in 2 Timothy to counteract your argument. 2 Timothy 3:1-5.

"Thus, a repentant person should fully comprehend the significance of the oath of baptism before God as conveyed in scripture."

What is the significance of being perceived as a false prophet, as in the case of former members and false religions in general?

It's intriguing that you brought up Mary McAleese. Are you suggesting that the Watchtower baptizes infants like the Catholic Church? Similarly, can it be asserted that the Society excommunicates individuals for likening the Governing Body to tyrants, similar to the Pope's action against Father Ramon Guidetti for calling the Pope an "usurper"?
