JW Children and baptism

How about this …..

Quit butting in to be Baptismal Regulators, and leave  the people alone to make their own mistakes.

The Baptismal Covenant is between each individual person, and God and Christ.

Butt out and just watch who is mature and who isn’t. Teach them well, and don’t exile, shun and destroy family relationships.

When they screw up, and they will, let Jehovah handle it.

It’s HIS Covenant Arrangement.

No matter how you choose to present your argument about the concept of "spiritual maturity," ultimately, it all comes down to the process of spiritual growth.

According to WTJWorg the alleged "spiritual growth", progress is conditioned by a good understanding and daily reading of "spiritual literature". If we exclude the Bible, which people in general and even JWs themselves will not be able to understand without the aid of WTJWorg, i.e. the huge amount of written material that explains and interprets the Bible, we arrive at the following:

"Spiritual growth" in WTJWorg means constant change of theology, clarification and abandonment of "incorrect truths" because of some new "incorrect truths".

Indeed, all those baptized children were indeed not "spiritually mature" when they agreed to accept the WTJWorg conditions for baptism.

But I must ask, what is "scriptural maturity"?

lol,

"Scriptural maturity" means understanding the meaning of the WTJWorg statement which reads:

Children are not fully developed in their ability to think, to reason, or to recognize and avoid danger. (1 Cor. 13:11)

After that, the person will also understand the mentioned biblical quote.

Did you manage to accomplish everything on your own without guidance from your parents, teachers, or schools? Furthermore, have you chosen to obey your government's legislation yourself, or were you taught about those laws?

How can you personally guarantee someone else's actions? Do you have psychic abilities or supernatural powers to predict the future? Could you have anticipated that a 66-year-old man who was baptized would later commit child abuse? Bear in mind that there are various forms of child abuse.

Proof, evidence of this is all those "JW kids" who left WTJWorg years or even decades later.

It seems that you have a limited understanding of baptism and human nature. Who influenced and guided those who have turned away? It certainly wasn't the Watchtower. I have encountered numerous religious apostates in my experience, and none are as ignorant as those who used to be part of the Watchtower. Unlike other apostates who have a clear purpose, those who left the Watchtower seem to only focus on nitpicking and complaining about matters they don't comprehend or argue effectively.

You should take the time to comprehend Paul's message to the Roman congregations, particularly in Romans 2:1-3.
I'm not sure if I previously mentioned this in another discussion, but Paul's message to the Galatians in 6:5 remains unchanged.

Galatians in 6:5

Through WTJWorg baptism, a person begins to bear the "burdens" placed on him by religious leaders.

The developed Society Method goes in the direction of a person convincing himself that such a "burden" is his own choice and that it was not imposed on him, but that the "burden" was created by the individual's own actions.

Something along the lines of; "God wants it", or "God wants me to carry this "burden", or "I want God to "burden" me like this.

The "Burden", which became the Real Burden, became the result of a wrong choice made by the person himself by allowing the religious leaders to convince him of the necessity of the choice itself.

I eagerly await for you to demonstrate the validity of your claims not through isolated incidents, but as a comprehensive whole. Provide clear evidence of how the Watchtower is compelling the fellowship through baptism practices that contradict scripture. If we follow your reasoning, it implies that Jesus coerced the apostles into following him and imposed Christianity on the world. Thus, my assertion remains valid.

Therefore, what was the reason for Paul's ministry?

Hope this helps:

Matthew 28:19... Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

watchtower: (1) “Have you repented of your sins, dedicated yourself to Jehovah, and accepted his way of salvation through Jesus Christ?”

(2) “Do you understand that your baptism identifies you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with Jehovah’s organization?”

    • Clearly, they are already demanding your exile. Yes! It's unfortunate that Pudgy spoiled a great discussion about science. I hope the discussion can continue without any more nonsensical interruptions. Just a suggestion since they are on your heels. Wow! You speak! It seems you have a lot to say! Now they are going to treat like, who do you think you are, mister big stuff! Are those aliens now going to imply that anyone who speaks out against the five or six key contributors to this site will be treated as though it is George just because those in opposition speak the language they hate to hear, the TRUTH? They are seeking individuals who will embrace their nonconformist values and appreciate what they can offer in shaping public opinion contrary to the established agenda of God and Christ. Their goal is to enhance their writing abilities and avoid squandering time on frivolous pursuits, mainly arguing about the truth they don't care for. They see it all as a mere game, even when leading people astray. They believe they have every right to and will face no biblical repercussions, or so they believe. They just want to have fun just like that Cyndi Lauper song. Be prepared to be belittled and ridiculed, all the while they claim to be angels. Haha! By the way, please refrain from using the same language as George. They appear to believe that when others use the same words, it means they are the same person, and they emphasize this as if no one else is allowed to use similar grammar. It seems they think only they have the right to use the same or similar writing styles. Quite amusing, isn't it? See, what I just placed in bold, now I'm George, lol! Now, let's leave this nice science thread for people that want to know more about science. I believe George left it at "Zero Distance."
    • Nice little thread you’ve got going here, SciTech. It would be a shame if something were to happen to it.
    • It's truly disheartening when someone who is supposed to be a friend of the exclusive group resorts to using profanity in their comments, just like other members claiming to be witnesses. It's quite a ludicrous situation for the public to witness.  Yet, the "defense" of such a person, continues.
    • No. However, I would appreciate if you do not reveal to all and sundry the secret meeting place of the closed club. (I do feel someone bad stomping on Sci’s little thread. But I see that has already happened.)
