Did you know? Did you know that Jesus Christ is called the Wisdom of God? "However, to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God." FINLAND - Jehovah's Witness Leaders Suspected of Fundraising Crime News If you have a religion in Finland and want to raise money for a religion, you need a permission to do so. Permission must be applied for from the state. Jehovah's Witnesses have raised money in the Watchtower without permission, which is against the fundraising law. Religions in Finland are allowed to raise money without permission with collection (in practice this means passing of a collection plate at the religious event). Because Jehovah's Witnesses do not practice that kind of collection, they should have applied permission to raise money. Collecting money with …

Keep On Living into Christ's Millennial Reign... Would You like to be a Member of the Great Crowd that survives the Last Days? In response one of the elders said to me: “These who are dressed in the white robes, who are they and where did they come from?” (Rev 7:13) So right away I said to him: “My lord, you are the one who knows.” And he said to me: “These are the ones wh…

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/you/article-9406081/Why-choose-family-Jehovahs-Witness.html Raised a Jehovah’s Witness, a prohibition on birthday parties was the tip of the iceberg when it came to the strict beliefs that governed every aspect of my life until I made the decision to step back from the religion a few years ago. It’s one that has cost me dearly. Some members of my family no longer speak to me, and I’m now an outsider in the only community I’ve ever known. Behind closed doors, however, our family life was very different to most people’s. As Jehovah’s Witnesses, every moment of every day was governed by the rules of the faith. And they were endl…

@César Chávez Well the GB and their Lawyers are keeping the paedophiles inside the CCJW / Watchtower by hiding that 20 + year database, so they are not cleaning the Org at all. How you can spout about What is the point of keeping Christian ethics, when the CCJW Org is so immoral i do not know. Wake up CC. Your Org is being part of this world right now. Your CCJW Org is better known for Child Sexual Abuse Earthwide than for anything else. Earthwide Child Sexual Abuse CC, just remember that when you spout about Christian ethics.

Jehovah’s Witnesses facing tax turmoil The secretive Christian group has begun legal action against the charity watchdog after it quietly revoked the organisation’s tax-exempt status over concerns with its opaque global structure. https://www.theaustralian.com.au/subscribe/news/1/?offerset=ta_4for4_premium&sourceCode=TAWEB_WRE170_a_GGL&dest=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.theaustralian.com.au%2Fnation%2Fjehovahs-witnesses-facing-tax-turmoil%2Fnews-story%2F64acd93d531eb6b7301dda758e7ee2ff&memtype=anonymous&mode=premium&adobe_mc_sdid=SDID%3D7EC7ED7628D12DA5-58A80C25FED2095D|MCORGID%3D5FE61C8B533204850A490D4D%40AdobeOrg|TS%3D1618785359&adobe_mc_ref=https%3A%2…

Do you feel like you can't go on? There are times when we have felt that today would be our last, thinking tomorrow would never come. Anxieties of Life can weigh heavy on our Mental Health. Would you believe that you can find the Answers in the Bible to WHY you feel the way you do? Please read the following scriptures. (2 Timothy 3:1-5) Did you notice the first verse reads, '...in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here'? This allotment of time is a Conclusion of a System of things. This time period of distress pangs is known as the Last Days. It's not the end of the world, but…

Are You Suffering? Suffering for Righteousness Sake. "Indeed, who will harm you if you become zealous for what is good? But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are happy. However, do not fear what they fear, nor be disturbed. But sanctify the Christ as Lord in your hearts, always ready to make a defense before everyone who demands of you a reason for the hope you have, but doing so with a mild temper and deep respect." (1 Peter 3:13-15) "Maintain a good conscience, so that in whatever way you are spoken…

https://jw-russia.org/news/2021/04/14.html If he dies, as seems likely, he has conquered the world, like his Lord.(John 16:33) He has conquered it already.(2 Tim 4:7) “Why would a nation of some 144 million risk [now trash] its international reputation to persecute a religious sect numbering no more than 175 thousand?” asks Andrew Sorokowski. Yet one has and continues to do so. When called on it, it puts pedal to the medal, as though to boast to the world: “We know no decency here!” I become so weary of these unreasonable ones who equate building bigger barns and ignoring whatever might lie beyond this very brief life as “aiming high.” (Luke 12:18) Go…

(I need something lighthearted after the stress of CC) So Prince Philip has died at the ripe old age of 99. A good innings i would say. An Elder I know continues to say that the dead will 'all' get a resurrection. (Yes we know of certain ones that we presume won't) I was just 'thinking aloud' that when Prince Philip is resurrected they will say to him, "There is good news and bad news" "The good news is that you have been resurrected into this wonderful new world" "The bad news is that you are no longer a prince". Continuing this thought pattern. If everyone is resurrected with their 'old' memory, then they will have to make big adjustments in their …

I had a weird thought and it probably means nothing but ....... Herod tried to kill Jesus : Matthew 2 v16. Then Herod, when he saw that he had been tricked by the wise men, became furious, and he sent and killed all the male children in Bethlehem and in all that region who were two years old or under, according to the time that he had ascertained from the wise men. Obviously Herod was being used by the Devil. So my thought was, Is the Devil using 'world wide' governments to kill off older people. Why ? Because the True Anointed would probably be older people right now. So to discourage people from serving God properly, maybe the Devil removing the …

Interesting experience as an Orthodox Demon Exorcist, is a witness to the Lord. Here we see the answer to the question of why people of Babylon expel demons. Satan against Satan? Translation of the narrated experience in Ukrainian: I've been fond of the occult since childhood, and I got some "hits" pretty early. Already in my childhood I could remove any pain, stop the blood, etc. Later, I met Jehovah's witnesses and I was almost baptized, but the life arranged differently, and I separated from them for a long period of 18 years. Resume my mania about spiritualism, already at the age of about 34 years and demons gave me more power - I began to heal the most sever…

"A 4,500-year-old Y chromosome molecular clock Our results demonstrate that a Y chromosome molecular clock exists, and that it specifies about 4,500 years in total for human paternal history (figs. 1, 3). Rather than being an anomaly, these results fall in line with the expectations derived from comparisons of low coverage and high coverage Y chromosome sequences (Poznik et al. 2016). Since high coverage sequencing is known to increase the tree tip length over the lengths derived from low coverage sequencing, and since father-son relationships among the living represent the most terminal aspect of any tree, our empirical results match precisely what previous results …

This is not really a serious topic, it's more of, Have you ever heard of such a thing ? My son who is 26 and spends a lot of time 'online,' came to me with an unusual topic of discussion. He has been reading online that, there are people which believe that where the Hebrew scriptures mention homosexuality, it is really talking about pedophilia. He says that he has read, that a scripture about 'a man laying with a man' should be put to death, actually reads that 'a man laying with a young boy' should be put to death. It seems to imply that some people are saying it refers to pedophilia not homosexuality. I haven't investigated it at all for a cou…

This is a new topic (because we are supposed to do this) based on information given by @JW Insider JWI gave information about someone being told NOT TO partake of the emblems at the Memorial. This evening is the Memorial of the last meal that Christ shared with His closest followers. Whilst we remember how Christ gave his life I would like to share a scripture at Revelation 5 9, And they sing a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, for you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought people for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, 10 and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, …

I've been feeling weird of late w/regard to prayers. I'm praying, like Jesus told me, to the Father. I ask him and talk to him on the basis of Jesus and his office as high priest and king, however if prayer is respectful speech to God, then what is respectful speech to Jesus? Am I not supposed to talk to him? All authority is given him in heaven and on earth by Jehovah, so recently I've been feeling that I'm treating Jesus like a simple messenger and go-between, which he certainly IS as a mediator, but not at all simple. But am I not allowed to talk to him? Is he not my Lord and Savior? I talk to the brothers. I listen to them. They give advice (mostly biblical) but it se…

https://ukhumanrightsblog.com/2021/03/25/jehovahs-witnesses-congregation-vicariously-liable/ In The Trustees of the Barry Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses v BXB [2021] EWCA Civ 356, the Court of Appeal has offered further guidance on vicarious liability following Supreme Court decisions last year in VM Morrison Supermarkets PLC v Various Claimants [2020] UKSC 12 and Barclays Bank v Various Claimants [2020] UKSC 13. As set out in these posts by Robert Kellar QC and Anna Williams, the ‘law of vicarious liability is on the move’ (in the words of Lord Phillips). This case, however, illustrates certain settled principles emerging. In this case, the decision that B…

This emerged today in a new report from the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA). The Inquiry is building on information that it hears through its investigations, research, and through its Truth Project (News, 29 January). This latest consultation took the list of the nine “protected characteristics” identified in the Equality Act 2010, which protects people from discrimination in the UK. Some …

In 'the world' each country will have an army. The soldiers will be issued with guns. The guns are issued for the soldiers to use in battle. In some countries the general public can obtain guns. Those guns are often used for wicked deeds. Some owners of guns have no self control and no knowledge of using a firearm for good intention. We can relate this to God's word, the Bible. There was protest in the past that said everyone should have access to God's word. But we can see the results to everyone having access to guns. The results were not always good. The Devil has made use of the Bible being freely available. Thousands of different so called 'Christi…

It might sound odd, but the constraints of time, pay, and motivation were what got me to get my degree. Before I started to study, I was working full time at TI as a computer operator (got lucky, I was working construction, cleaning carpets, delivering beauty supplies and working at Taco Bell and delivering newpapers and an opportunity came up at TI and I got in learned it all there). I was taking classes on/off at the University, but not really going anywhere w/it. I didn't get diagnosed as having ADD until later as an adult. I just thought everyone was so slow, spoke so slow that I couldn't concentrate on what they were saying because they took so much time to…

Because that food has become "garbage." Such “spiritual food” that was produced and multiplied in the past in WTJWorg printing presses is no longer produced. Most publications (books, magazines, booklets...) that many JWs today don’t even know about, are no longer used. It has been forgotten on the shelves of few old JW members and in the archives of WTJWorg in America. Many publications were literally destroyed and / or thrown in the trash. Personally, I remember helping to throw away hundreds of books in Zagreb's Bethel (at the old address at 11 Kamaufova Street in Zagreb) before many decades. It was a small format book, if I'm not mistaken the color was lig…

g93 3/22 p. 3 THE story is told of a boy who watched the sheep of the villagers. To stir up a bit of excitement, one day he cried out, “Wolf! Wolf!” when there was no wolf. The villagers rushed out with clubs to drive off the wolf, only to find that there was none. It was such great fun that later on the boy repeated his cry. Again the villagers rushed out with their clubs, only to discover that it was another false alarm. After that a wolf did come, and the boy sounded the warning, “Wolf! Wolf!” but the villagers dismissed his cry as another false alarm. They had been fooled too often. So it has become with those who proclaim the end of the world. Down through …

https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/jehovahs-witness-congregation-blamed-for-rape-8v7m70jcp The Charity Commission has accused the Jehovah’s Witnesses of resisting a child protection inquiry A Jehovah’s Witness congregation was responsible for the rape of a young woman because of the power male “elders” wielded over “sheep-like” members, the Court of Appeal ruled. The victim had complained about Mark Sewell’s kissing and innuendo but was urged to show “compassion” by his father, who, like Sewell, was an elder at the church in south Wales. The Charity Commission has also claimed that the church nationally was frustrating attempts to investigate it…
