Just piping up here; I agree of course, but I'm sure you will admit that some sort of organizational structure is also necessary, especially with a view to the preaching activity...

The apostles were not organized according to men's standards, but by the standards of God's Holy Spirit.  What we see as "organized" is by the structured standards established for centuries.   Today, we see organizations everywhere, with their set of guidelines, rules and authority.  So, we believe this is how something as important as preaching must be done.  Yet, God's ways are not man's ways, as we can see by the apostles driven solely by Holy Spirit.  Acts 16:6,7; 20:22,23; 8:29,30; Isa 55:8,9 (Ps 50:21)

Can men who think they can run a preaching work by their standards, be giving the right message?  With the WT, the message has been altered so many times, surely it is obvious the Holy Spirit isn't the driving force  behind  the "preaching work".

And, what if their message isn't reaching those whom Jesus expected it to?  Matt 10:6,23; Rev 11:1-3

Some societies in the World made better "progress" than others in many ways. As for WTJWORG, after splitting of Yugoslavia every new state formed own Betel. In Croatia, i guess it was and in other former YU republics, western countries send their brothers to these new Betel's to organized work  according to "new", "western" standards. Because JW work, JW society, JW organization in free capitalist countries was much better than in ex communist republics of YU. :)))

Many domestic brothers asking, why they send brothers from Germany, Austria, Italy to "Teach Us" how to preaching, organized Betel, and other stuffs. Of course,  Balkans people have to learn something from German brother about discipline and hard work, from Italian we can learn about other stuffs too, like more freedom in emotions and cordiality, in fashion :)))).  But in Croatia we also have North and South, and diversity in people's characteristics.

Yes, this part of Europe is perhaps 100 years late about many things western countries have. But if One Spirit Guiding God's People does it mean making Uniformity of diversity?

And one curiosity at the end. One German brother, in Croatia Betel, high position, said many years ago how we don't need make prayer if food not cost more than 1 DM (Deutsche Mark), all that is more of 1 DM need our prayers. :))) Well, Western Spirit want to teach Balkans Spirit how things have to be. Very Inspirational :)))

What's even worse, you can’t see the organizational substance that Jesus provided when he told those 70 men to go by 2. If that's not organization, you must be from Venus.

The key is, JESUS told the 70 men to go by 2.  Not a panel of 8 men who consistently change their doctrine.  Not an elder body appointed by 8 men who consistently change their doctrine.  (they are “drunk” on their own brand of “wine”/spirit/teachings, Matt 24:48-51)                                                                                                                                         He said the Father would send the Helper in his name, not develop an organization on the earth where Satan has a field day with confusion and deceit…to assist in preaching truth;  the good news.  John 14:26   Those who are given this help, testify about Christnot about an organization!  John 15:26

Let me specify.  During the last days, who receives the “good news”?

Matt 10:6,23; Rev 11:1-3 -  “Israel”…the royal priesthood…the “remnant”…the “Temple” of God…the “kings of the earth. (1 Cor 3:16,17; Rev 5:9,10)

Why?

God’s anointed are “conquered”.  (“overcome, conquered”, “prevail”, “get the victory “)  Rev 13:7

Has the Watchtower made this known to God’s people?  That the anointed are overcome during the last days by a false prophet and its Beast/organization?  (evidence of deceit)  Revelation chapter 13; Dan 12:7

Do not let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and who exalts himself over every so-called god or object of worship, so that he sits down in the temple of God, proclaiming that he himself is God. 2 Thess 2:3,4

Who has replaced God’s priesthood? The Temple of God?  (1 Pet 2:5,9,10; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22)  Who “represent the royal priesthood”?

The elder body, at the heart of the organization, who have the power to inflict pain and suffering on their “victims” – those anointed not “sealed” in the heavens, as well as all JWs with them.    Rev 9:2-6; 13:1,2,5,6

On the surface, does it appear that the anointed are overcome, or conquered? Luke 21:8; Col 2:8; Rev 13:10  No, because it comes in the form of deceit.  Rev 16:12-14  A “spiritual paradise” masks the reality.  1 Thess 5:3  The anointed know they must preach.  So, conveniently, the Watchtower “preaches” a basic truth, yet it is riddled with lies and failures.   Once “in”, having been captivated by what initially seems “the truth”,  they are caught in the web of deceit. Jesus warned us that it would happen in the last days. Matt 24:3-5  The organization becomes their god of salvation, inseparable from the true God. Isa 46:5  This isn’t new, but a repeat of history in the nation of Israel, mixing idolatry with worship to God.  2 Kings 17:7-12   However, the minute an anointed one stands up and speaks truth by recognizing their true Head, Jesus Christ.  What happens?   If any desire to heed Christ’s words, they are judged by this counterfeit priesthood as “dead”.

“And it was given to him to put breath into the image of the beast, in order that the image of the beast both spoke and caused that all those, unless they worshiped the image of the beast, should be killed. “  Rev 13:15

Can YOU separate God from the organization?  Your words say no.     Before the Watchtower came along, was salvation possible for true believers who listened to Christ and worshiped in “spirit and truth”?  Of course!  John 4:23,24  So, what changed?  A working "delusion" came into existence to "trample" the elect by using deceit.  2 Thess 2:3,4,9-12; Matt 24:15; Rev 11:1-3

The “good news” during these last days, is the redemption of “Jacob”/”Israel” for their sins of listening to lies and believing an organization is the way to salvation.  Rev 3:18; 18:4-8

“Hear the word of the Lord, O nations,
And declare it in the isles afar off, and say,
‘He who scattered Israel will gather him,
And keep him as a shepherd does his flock.’
11 For the Lord has redeemed Jacob,
And ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he. Jer 30:10,11

Redemption doesn’t happen if one remains where deceit and false doctrine exists. (failed doctrine are falsehoods; which are simply, spiritual darkness)  We accept God’s gift by turning away from “organization” by men and worship in spirit and truth.    Isa 42:7,8; 29:18; Acts 26:18

There needs to be a point in time “WITNESS” that your personal views need to make some kind of logistical sense to the untrained Bible reader. Not only are you adding to scripture, you are also removing things from scripture.

I have never added to or taken away from God's Word.  That is WT's strong suit.  Do you need examples?

This is why Jesus never became a formal rabbi with scholarly works. He didn’t need to, just like we don’t need to.

It is fine, as you said @BillyTheKid46 that JW's rejects Formal Religious Education. I am little surprised how in own comments you looking for supports of sources that belong to Formal Education of this World and Religions. :))

There’s also another action the Apostles took without Jesus. To appoint an apostle to replace Judas.

They cast lots, an age old Jewish tradition.  When in doubt, cast lots.  Does God always answer our prayers according to what we desire?  Did the Holy Spirit tell these men to cast lots in order to choose a 12th apostle?  No.  They decided to choose someone to fill in for Judas, who was never a 12th apostle anyway.    Who WAS chosen by Christ to be the 12th apostle and one of the foundations stones of the Temple?  1 Pet 2:5,9; Acts 9:17; 1 Cor 3:10,11; Eph 2:20;  Rev 21:14 ("twelve foundations")

When it involves choosing a living stone for His Temple,  God makes the choice, not men.

Once again, your hatred of 8 men disqualifies you from being anointed.

Who is hating who?  Who condones the spiritual "killing" of their own brother in Christ? John 16:2; Rev 13:15  I certainly don't have that power.  :)    You are saying all those anointed ones who defend Christ's words over the words of a false "christ", are not anointed. Mark 13:22   Wow.  You judge on the same plane as they do.  Falsely, and in blasphemy. Mark 13:22; Rom 14:4; 1 John 3:10-12

You speak of Jesus, but you do not recognize God's true Temple built with living stones on his Body. Isa 43:10;1 Pet 2:5,9,10   Instead, you support "Jehovah's spiritual temple"/organization - an idol. Rom 1:25; Rev 13:4  So, in other words, you support false christs who preach another Jesus; and you put up with it, fulfilling your need to organize according to the desires of men.  2 Cor 11:4; James 3:15

Formal education is not denied. Personally, by the experience, it’s a waste of time. Those at the high end of life just need it for prestige and to boast. Those who struggle through life that receive a higher education get NO guarantee they will be successful. That's a myth set forth by ex-witnesses and opposer's. Show me where it's written once you receive a higher education, your life will be transformed to a better life? I will show you stories of millions receiving a higher education that settled with what they could get.

First time mentioned "formal education" was when you spoke about Jesus and rabies. That was about Religious formal education. And you gave final idea how JW's don't need formal religious education, because they are like Jesus.

After we came to "general education" about all stuffs, including knowledge about some Bible Issues, language, historic events, anthropology and similar.

And now you gave statement how,  you didn't deny formal education, but you came to experiential conclusions.

-It is waste of every-bodies time.

-Many of your posts are supported and explained by quoting "worldly sources" of people who get Higher Education because of profit, fame and because they wasted own time.

-And while living in own misery of unsatisfied life they wrote books which supports JW's Doctrinal Standpoints.  :)))

Don't mistake core doctrine with interpretation.

15% core doctrines that are true.

85% agenda driven drivel that is not true.

..... to support a failed agenda,  weaponized interpretation, including the taking of family as hostages,  made up from thin air.
