How a Christmas song would lead me to believe that our 1914 teaching must be right after all.

You SERIOUSLY need to get the Isaac Asimov book “I, Robot”, and read the third chapter.

I'll ask my son for a recap.

To quote the Eagles, “don’t let the sound of your own wheels … make you crazy.“

Who, is seriously spinning their wheels?  Who was implementing intense damage control in the May Broadcast on unity?  Be sure to listen in. 🙂

Truly, Wt. was not built in one day, but I guarantee it will come down a lost faster, than it went up.

Ezekiel chapter 13

Sure. I have no idea who will be saved or not. Nor does it make any difference to my personal responsibility to make known the good news.

To me this is why I don't sweat it when someone says that I gave a "bad witness". I try not to, but it's going to happen and happen repeatedly. We all have patterns. I just keep trying and relax while

So here in Genesis 15 we have a verse of the Bible, which in context is about the Abrahamic Covenant and is also a very clear discussion of chronology. It points out the time, the actual number of yea

Very clever. Fact-checking Jesus!

and pretty much the truth. I mean, no one actually does what he says today. They have fact-checked him away.

Oh Tom.

Matt 24:4,5 - And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray."

"Christ" means "anointed".  Is it not true that the GB are proudly saying they are the "anointed", who have come in the name of Jesus, but have led their flock astray more times than one can count, without a typed-up wordy list called "Beliefs Clarified" to count from?  Of course, all  wayward teachings of your leaders are not included on that list.

Since Jesus is Truth, the list alone, has fact-checked Jesus away.  It accuses the Wt leaders before Jesus Christ, as false prophets, false teachers.

As Jesus said, "For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”  Matt 12:37

I strongly suspect to the point of certainty that anyone who reads the third chapter of the book “I, Robot” will remember the governing principle that is revealed at the end of the chapter …..  the rest of their life.

Since I have attached the PDF file of the book, it should be very easy to do so.

I read the book more than 50 years ago when I was in the seventh grade, and especially the third chapter was so memorial that I never forgot it.

Hi! …. My name is Pudgy …. And I am a cartoon canine newsaholic!

(the room responds “Hi Pudgy!)

I used to listen to talk radio at least 3 hours a day, and it’s been two weeks since I have listened to the radio …..

( the room nods and mumbles approval )

Recently I heard for the first time the word “conflate”, which I would have assumed had something to do with blowing up several balloons.

After hearing it three times, not in that context, I decided to look it up.

The reason I brought this up is Witness has conflated and translated two entirely different ideas from what I actually said, to her agenda driven internal obsession, to wit;

…. two COMPLETELY different ideas!

The only common element is the word “wheels”.

☺️  When wheels spin they make a sound, right? Thoughts put into words. The sound of the  spinning wheels in the brains of the GB, have produced their insane teachings.  "Conflate" - Instead of naming the list of doctrine, "Beliefs Clarified", "Beliefs Conflated" would be more appropriate.

Thanks for that.

Pudgy, I totally understand what you are getting at. When people  have such an abundance of  hate-OCD, they conflate all non-compatable subjects to lead to ONE conclusion every time. All thinking processes lead to ONE conclusion and all scriptures are thrown together to lead to ONE conclusion.

Now we both can look up OCD and "conclusion" and   "fatuous"  in Websters dictionary together - LOL......

No the Org. is NOT the means to our salvation... but Jesus' ransom  and his father Jehovah.  If you are dedicated to Jehovah and his Son and you are associated with his org.  you are assisted to maintain pure worship (without idolatry etc.) and to remain in a relationship with them. This helps you to remain in this life-saving situation.

Answer me this question. Did your GB and it's Org teach that a person "Had to be a baptised JW to be saved" ?

I do not believe that the Watchtower / JW Org is HIS (YHWH) org. If it was it would be a clean Organsation teaching truth.

But the JW Org is idolatry. And the worship is not pure because the GB and it's helpers try to 'run ahead' of God and His Son.

I have been a JW, I have seen the hidden sins of the congregations and the false teachings of the GB / org.

I’m working up a post with more on that topic of so many going down in the census and subjects related but I’m just not going to do it in front of that moron who ignores the substance of any remark to insert some completely irrelevant insult of those taking the lead in the evangelizing work. In time it will be in the closed forum.

Ha Ha More click bait from little tommy. Be careful with your insults, I thik there is a scripture which warns you of such.

From your hateful attitude and complaints about everything (except complaints against Satan's organization - which is world wide) - I would say you are well on the way to self-destruction.

I have indeed said myself that I'm due to destruction. As for all the other parts of Babylon the Great, this is a JW forum is it not ? And I 'don't do politics' I leave that to the rest of you.

Look, it's quite simple. Yeshua showed up the faults of the Pharisees etc, but do you say that He had OCD because He did that ?   Yes, Yeshua had the right to judge them, and you might say i have no right to judge the GB and the Org. But as I've said before, each of us judge things and people everey day. As an example, it seems that tom has judged me to be a moron. But seriously, we all judge what we believe, who we believe, what is truth and what is lies. In my opinion we do not one day without making judgements of some type. You judge me and accuse me of OCD.

If by giving the warnings that I gave, it helps to save one child from abuse, then I will be happy. If by giving the information that i give it helps just one person to steer clear of lies and destruction, then i will be satisfied.  And Yeshua will judge me.

Needless to say Bro Luciano gave a excellent talk recently on …..it is only Jesus who can Judge who will be saved NOBODY else can say that or even try to say it….he was politely letting us know..the above statement is wrong…

It must be lovely belonging to an organisation run by men that get so many things wrong. BUT as I've said before, the damage has been done to so many people that were JWs or that were looking to serve God. Colateral Damage by a bungling group of men that pretend to be God's mouthpiece.

“Follow the data—we need tithes, loopholes, and ever-changing rules, not repentant hearts!

Ah, this is advertising for the JW Org i see. tithes = donations.  loopholes = clergy penitent privilege

ever changing rules = new light.   not repentant hearts = immoral elders and m/s.

    • Should Christians place greater trust in human-created philosophies or should a genuine Christian ground their desires from the scriptural perspective on the frailties of the mind and body? Psychology often falls short when it clashes with personal beliefs, regardless of the intentions behind it. James 1:14, Romans 12: 2 It also acts as a guide to clarify misconceptions, such as labeling "shunning" as an evil act rather than recognizing it as a corrective measure or a personal choice. This suggests a misunderstanding on the part of experts, more so than scholars, regarding psychological matters. The forum is structured around Christian ethics.
