But that's not all Jesus said about what we would know. Jesus added:

Being alert to the fact that the end can come at any moment is good. Always being on the watch that our conduct is proper and that our attitude is proper, and that we serve Jehovah for the right reasons and in good conscience. This is proper.

(1 Thessalonians 5:1, 2) . . .Now as for the times and the seasons, brothers, you need nothing to be written to you. ² For you yourselves know very well that Jehovah’s day is coming exactly as a thief in the night.

Also, if it were as simple as BroRando makes it out to be, don't you think at least one of the 100,000,000 angels would have figured it out from reading about "tree dream" which Daniel said was fulfilled through Nebuchadnezzar?

(Matthew 24:36) . . .neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.

What kind of hubris would make any of us think we could know better than the angels?

Speculation can be fun and entertaining, but if we try to limit the words of Jesus, we might end up actually rejecting those words. And we can end up giving too much credence to "meaningless talk."

(1 Timothy 1:4-6) . . .nor to pay attention to false stories and to genealogies. Such things end up in nothing useful but merely give rise to speculations rather than providing anything from God in connection with faith. ⁵ Really, the objective of this instruction is love out of a clean heart and out of a good conscience and out of faith without hypocrisy. ⁶ By deviating from these things, some have been turned aside to meaningless talk.

They were not even yet anointed when they asked this question.  They would understand things better a little later once they received holy spirit. 

Down the stream of time we have enough other evidence and many prophecies to help us to see where we are in the stream of time right now!  And talking about "seasons" - Jesus  also referred to the budding fig tree.   One can know the season (but not the day) when the fig buds.   Of course the TIME was too far off for the 12 apostles because the Messiah had just arrived!  - they would not understand.  Further down the stream of time disciples would be able to understand the season is ripe with the fruits (signs). 

This does not mean we will ever know the DAY and HOUR because only Jehovah knows when the issue of human rulership has been proven to be devastating to mankind  beyond reasonable doubt and requires his intervention. This we do definitely not know!  We can see we are here (the season has arrived) but we do not know how deep this tribulation will be allowed to develop.  By all indications things are really speeding up! The figs are getting riper and riper and the pregnant lady are in birth pains every minute and will not go onto 12 months! LOL. 

The watchman must be standing on his post and keeping alert! 

One of the largest banks in China failed this week. (Lehman brothers type). Soon USA will have food shortages and energy crisis!  The tribulation is growing and fear for the future!

T deny what is in front of your eyes is to deny that figs can get ripe!

Actually, we do know the hour and the day.  What question was Jesus answering?  While he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the Sign of your Presence and of the Conclusion of the system of things?” (Matthew 24:3)

He told his followers what SIGN to look for in that Chapter since he was not returning in the FLESH. Then we also the Book of Revelation that repeats them by the means of the Four Horsemen!  Getty Up!  

So WHEN was the day and hour of Christs' Prescence and the Conclusion of the System oif things?

October 1st, 1914 

It's the world who has No Idea.... They look with Physical Eyes.... Yet they can't SEE the PHYSICAL MANFESTIONS of Christ Presence...  today!

True, we know when Jesus started ruling invisibly and we know we are deep in the time of the end... but the Day of Jehovah is getting closer as the alert watchman is seeing signs of activity by the enemy.  But the actual Day of Jehovah is still a mystery!

YES...we know the hour and day Jesus was enthroned as King.... Yet Jehovah's Day will come as a thief....when?  When the sheep are blessed and marked for surviorship.... since it will be done on an individual basis, Nobody can name a sepcifc hour and day until that Last Sheep recieves his marking for survivorship.

When the Brothers and Sisters start living beyond the 70 or 80 year mark... know that we are in Jehovah Day.

I scanned it for the word "hour" and didn't find a number corresponding to the 12 or 24 hour time measurement systems.

lol.... oh good one...  Jehovah's time table is revealed to those whom he chooses.... his day is near... is that better?  Guess we will find out at the same time...   I do have a clock that ticks the time away though...

It's the problem with language.  But I was referring to the hour the parousia began, not the denouement or conclusion.
